A scam company with time buying. I finish paying 3 bed on lay bye from benoni lakeside. I waited for my bed from Tuesday until the lady by the name of Sonto said they will definately deliver on Saturday wich they did not. I am pissed tommorw I need my refund the are many store that can help me. I trusted this store even after I swore disappoint another client from speakout.i was looking forward to do business with you, No more read my leap no more and I want my money as it is on your invoice. Pissed.

I opened account cause i wanted to buy TV. They opened the 1st acoount and i paid deposit of 1300,after 3days of waiting for delivery i went to their store and ask about the delivery. The manager told me that i must cancel that account and open another 1 and i will get my money within 7days. Had to pay another deposit for the new account of 1100 while waiting for my 1300. Till today i did not get my money,and now my capitec account shows 2 debit orders from bradlows. The one that i cancelled and the current account. Bradlows service is bad,i have been going to their store to ask about my money and the manager always says "she sent the email,she will call me later"...Bradlows pls cancel that other account and i want my deposit....

Your shop is so useless especially Silverton branch where I bought dining room suite. They took forever to deliver until o complained.after I complained they still delivered faulty dining room suite .now it is sitting in my house without assistant from the shop. Tomorrow morning I am going to cancel the damn product and I want my money.I will never put my foot in that shop again. The head office is also useless they are not assisting with anything

I bought a bad on Wednesday the 27th of May 2020 at soshanguve Thorntree Shopping complex . I was promised to get my order in the next 2 business days. 2 days passed and did not get any delivery. On Monday 1st of June I went back to the shop to check, the manager gave me ‘his word’ that I’ll get it before the end of the day, and said if they don’t call I must call him back. I didn’t receive any call then I called a manager, only for him to tell me deliveries are done until 8pm, but he’ll check what the delay is about and he’ll call me back, which he didn’t . Decided to leave it coz I was fed up and Wanted my money back. It was only when I cancelled my order on the 2nd of June that I was told that the bad I bought is not in stock hence the delay. Bradlows is a scam! Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

I bought couches at Bradlows Centurion Mall cash on the 23 May 2020 and delivery was on 27May but 1 Recliner couch was incorrect, I reported the matter and they promised it will be delivered on Saturday the 30th ,it was never delivered I'll call their workshop no one answered, I phoned sales consultant by the name of Jacob at shop since he said he will phone me back until now .I want my money back they can come to collect two that was left at my place. I will not recommend anybody to buy at Bradlows as their service is not AYOBA poor Customer delivery

I placed an online order on the 25th April, Kingsley 5 Piece Dinette no delivery has taken place and no one is giving feedback as to where the order is. Even with lockdown restrictions many companies have managed to be up to date with their deliveries and I should know what is happening because the tracking system is showing no movement and that is unacceptable. I wish I can just get my money back and go and buy it at DecoFurn.

I bought a Restonic base set in December 2018,within 3 months i was already feeling the springs i lodged a complain 2 times but i was not helped.i reversed my installment to get attention and WOW it worked,they called me and i told them my problem,they said they are going to fix it.i then went to report it at a store but NOTHING happened still.i am still paying for my installment but i am no longer sleeping on it because it makes noise and the springs are now worse.what is it that i must do to get help?I was told that i qualify for R30 000 credit as i am a good payer but how will shop at your stores if you guys are treating us like this?

I bought a Sealy bed set (Queen size) in Novermber 2019. The bed is hardly a year old but the springs are making horrible noises. I bought the bed on credit and I am still paying it.
I thought Sealy was a trusted brand of great quality but what I purchased is the complete opposite.

My bed is still under warranty, I would like to be advised on a way forward

Purchased a Newbury lounge suite November 2019 was delivered only to find factory faults,poor and pathetic service has cost me a lot to keep making calls to the store and warehouse as they picked up my lounge set and delivered it back without the repairs.They damaged my lounge set by dragging it,when I asked them for a cover to cover the lounge set before they take it they brought cling wrap just to say they had something to cover which didn't cover the set, I am paying for something that I don't have

I went to the shop today to buy a bed. I was not attended until I called for assistance. A guy by the name of Mr Pitso gave me an attitude, I then told him it's ok I'll go and buy from Russells then he said go ahead because I was not gonna buy anyway as if I am wasting his time. , he said " O ka tsa aya vele wa ya Russells" I came back to look for a manager then he said they don't have a manager whereas the manager, then I asked another lady then she showed me the manager.
