I bought a Restonic Magnolia last month on the 21st of May and this bed is making funny sounds and i went back to the shop to report this and i was told i cant be helped due to lockdown, why did they sell me this bed in the first place if its lockdown and now they are not able to help me but the store operates, i feel like im being scammed.
I bought the Bed set at Bradlows Virginia, please advice because I'm not happy with this product

I placed an online order on the 26 May 2020 and it was the last time I interacted with Bradlows. There is no feedback at all except for the email comfirming my order has been received. My order no. isĀ #800007919. Numerous times I called the customer care line to no avail.

Good day, My order was placed and and confirmed by the the 25th of May 2020, the confirmation from the store stated that delivery will happen within 3-10 working day,It has been more than the stipulated days and I am yet to receive my delivery. I have on numerous occasions called and sent mails to have my query resolved however I am being sent from pillar to post.

Scammmed by John McGregor.BI promised to investigate my case to date no response was received from them. I also lodged a case about money ilost through Luno. They promised a prompt investigation. I forwarded all the correspondence they required. I am extremely disapponted as they promised to assist me

I bought a microwave from bradlows on 29 December 2019. I returned it two weeks ago because it was not warming up anymore. They called me two days later to collect it. But it was not fixed. They told me that the technician found a rat stuck inside and refused to take it out.

What should I do?

December 2016 I bought couches at Bradlows in Queenstown for R19999.00 and i noticed that they were torn at the back but I didn't have a problem because they were facing the wall and showing. Later the following year they started to crack. I went to complain at the store and the manager at tht time was Lonnie and he promised to replace them bt he only made empty promises.

I kept on going to the store and the sales lady said i should take photos she will send them to the Head Office. Unfortunately i lost my slip and the current manager asked me to write an affidavit and i did but still my complain is not being attended to but instead am told to come back the manager is off sick.

I am very disappointed in Bradlows because I've saved this money for a long time to buy quality couches but only to have lasted a short period of time. Please attended to my complain urgently because now am ready to do anything about this matter because am hurting and very angry.

Dear Nathan I am conveying my deepest hurt that after more than 25 years of dealing with your holdings when it was still Morkels, we have to part this way when you declined offer after initially offering R100 000 offer on Saturday the 6th of June.
I have no choice but to cancel one of my investments but certainly not for your holdings. I would understand if I was at fault here. But I am being penalized for the person who admitted his fault before the Intuzuma Magistrate with court number 2747/16.

I am only taking this to Hello Peter and other sites and I know it won't help me. At least I have your name because I was going to hate Mlungisi in kwaMashu branch. You waisted my time asking for all documentation related to court that I was framed here and Mr Dlamini is responsible for the unpaid matter and he admitted in writing and before the court. I had never thought I would leave this brand this way.

I bought sansui TV 32 on the 31 of may 2020 in barberton today on the 11 june 2020 when I open the tv it was blank but sound was there..I took back the tv to the shop but the salesman told m that he have to put the complain via email...then I went back there for the feedback but the manager was rude n she told m to go home n wait for them to call me imagine such response.. I bought that tv cash...I just want a new tv that's all from them

I bought a double bed at Bradlows Promenade Mitchell's Plain. The bed was delivered but the stitching is loose. I called the shop on numerous occasions, was promised the manager will call me back , I'm stilling waiting for that call. I'm still sitting with this reject bed.

I bought a lounge suite from Bradlows when it was delivered the 2 seater couch leather was throne, the wood inside is broken. I have send emails with photos on the 29th May already. I have lodge a complaint after which a Tanya have send me an email requesting my invoice I have send that to her. On the 5th June I received an email to say that my query has been escalated. I have still not received the new couch. I bought the lounge suit online and paid cash for it. This is very bad service I think it is time to report this onto social media where people can see they must not buy from Bradlows. On the 28/11/2017 I bought corner lounge suite that was on special for R17999.00 and I paid cash for them at the Birch Acres mall.The consultant who helped me and his manager were very friendly and I walked out with a smile. Then on the 24/11/2019 I went back to the store to report that I was experiencing problems with my corner lounge suite. The leather was developing cracks and the hocks to keep them attached were damaged.That day they couldn't log a case because their systems were offline. But they have promised that they will log that case on the following day which was on the 25/11/2019.I didn't have a problem with that because the warranty was ending on the 28/11/2019.Then the first week of December 2019 I got an SMS to say that a case has been logged and they will make arrangements to fetch the lounge suite. At that time only three of them were damaged out of six. They came a week later after getting that SMS to collect. Then in January I got an SMS with a quote that I needed to pay.I call them to ask what is the quotation for and they told me that the lounge suite was out of warranty when it was booked in. I told them that it was not because I came in on the 24/11/2019 and the warranty was ending on the 28/11/2019. When I call the store they telling me they were offline the whole week they couldn't log a case within that week they only managed to log the case in December that is why I received the SMS in December. I must not worry they have case numbers to show that they were offline that week. Till today I'm still waiting for my lounge suite. And the remaining three that I have they also developed cracks and the hocks are damaged. I really need this matter to be sorted as soon as possible it has been five months without the lounge suite that I payed R17999 cash. Every time I'm the one to call they to ask how far they are and they always tell me they still busy with the case and now they are busy blaming covid-19 for taking time. Must I wait for a year without my lounge suite? If I don't get any reply, my next stop will be Speak out. Thank you

I ordered a Kingsley 5 piece dinette on the 24th of May 2020 from Bradlows . After the payment I was told that it was cancelled and I have been calling countless times and sending emails, I even went to one of the branches with no luck. I want my money now because its clear that they don't want how to run an online purchase. I'm no longer interested in their furniture.

I have been contacting them countless times they customer service is beyond bad, I made an online laybye and no one gave me feedback even when I requested for a refund no one is able to assist, Very bad customer service

My dad bought a 3 piece genuine upper leather brown couch from you guys and the couches started discoloring and they were getting ripped in between them. We informed the store then the couches were picked up in March before the lock down. My dad is still paying for those couches n we don't have them it's been 3 months now. I went to the store 2 Saturdays ago to speak to the manager he said he was waiting for the complaint department to open n he didn't get back to me. I called him today he said he'd call me back he still hasnt. I spoke to a consultant who is supposed to be from head office he asks me about a delivery number, that manager Thabiso didn't give me a delivery number

Bad..Bad...very bad and poor service

I bought a bedroom suit last year in June which broke within 2 months it was collected from my house in Septermber till today i didnt get my suits back..when i enquire about it from store manager she used to tell me about the supplier and now she is telling me about lock down ppl went back to work but still no respond nor feedback received from Bradlows central str Pretorius branch...i want my money pls pls pls...0730988633

I send this email with a broken heart, the manager at bradlows has failed me since 2018, I bought a couch 2017 December the couch was R46000 and I have just finished paying my installment this month. The couch has been giving me problems since 2018 and they came to fetch it for repair. The couch haa went fir repairs more than 6 times. Yesterday they bring back the couch and the couch is worse than before couldn't take it back because I'm tired..... I since I had this couch I haven't enjoyed it and in this 24 month only had it for 13 months the rest of the months it's on repairs last year I called the head office and they said to me they will contact me within 3 working days till today I haven't received any call from them. The manager said to me she received the call from the gead office to check my credit and give me another couch but in few days I received a call from the repairs telling me that they are coming to fetch the couch for repairs... Bradlows has failed me, I have reported them ti consumer counsel and I have to pay R2500

The leather sofas worth R27 000 I bought in 2017 cash started wearing off in 2019 and its also broken below.I personally went to Bradlows in Kimberley in 2019 to lodge a complaint and their reason was that I passed the guarantee years.

It shows that the sofas they sold me was of bad quality because how can a sofa of "genuine leather" worth 27 000 wear off within a short period of time.As a loyal customer I am not happy at all.

I am taking this matter to you before I take it to the media (speak out)
