Naidiliver ang item ko nung oct.29 2020 galing sa LBC mangaldan Pangasinan to diliver door to door bayad na ang shipping fee na 305 pesos bkit nung pagka diliver naningel pa rin ang LBC.Makati Dilivery Team ng shipping fee na 305 pesos.Ilang beses na ako nag email sa lbceexpress kaso walang tugon ang aking.concern nakakadisappoint sana marefund yung 305 pesos ko.

Happy friday;
I would like to raised my concern regarding with my last pay.Until now I dont receive any last pay from your office.Before they give me Ipp and other docs naming different person with different details.I refuse to get those ipp because aside from wrong name also details are wrong.Its been 4 months already since I am not in Lbc ,I failed in their evaluation but I am not resign employee thats Why , its a big question mark why until now I diddny receive any.Another thing is Human Resource for lipa ms.liz and Tl ms.mabel , I called their numbers but it seems they blocked my number.How Inam going to have update with my concern.Please make a fastest move since I need the money badly.

I have been waiting for updates regarding this shipment 173238585149 that has been marked as RTO last December 2019. I keep on making followups from the Origin Branch LBC JCenter Mall Mandaue, on your facebook page the status of this. I even emailed the mandaue lbc team and your customer care, but no actions taken. Until today when I checked your facebook page and post a comment the status of this, and the support told me that this has been disposed last September 2020, why was that??? Are my requests not enough?? I need my money back!!! Attached here is my email last June 2020 to the mandaue team and your customer care. Please take actions on this complain asap!!!!!!!!!!!

This to call the attention specially in LBC Savemore Dasmarinas branch, this morning i asked my niece to send document to me here in Dubai, but one of your staff open the envelope and charge my niece P4,000 php. their reason its document. I want to asked you do you have a protocol or direction to your staff to open an envelope of your costumer? 2) are your staff allowed to give extra charge to your costumer?
I will appreciate if you assist me regarding on this issue.

I have waited several times for more than 2 hours just to get my package in which there were 3 personnel attending only one reseller client sending lots of items and customers for pickup of item and money are suffering for waiting. Personnel in this branch have poor ability to manage its clients well and they dont care about quality of service in which lbc is promoting faster and better services. I have proof, but can observe by your self for a better services.

Lbc robinsons cybergate. Whats the exact time ang lunch break nila? Everytime mag punta ako laging naka lunch break. Last time i went there past 2pm, nka lagay sa door lunch break. Next i went there 1pm, naka lagay lunchbreak 1-2pm .. sunod 1230pm naka lagay naman lunch break??? Ano bah talagang oras ang lunchbreak nila???

Good Day ,
My sister sent my school documents to be send to WES TORONTO CANADA, and she sent it via LBC WALTERMART CABUYAO LAGUNA,
last september 5,2020 and lbc waltermart cabuyao sent via DHL EXPRESS LAST SEPTEMBER 17,2020 and until now my documents not yet arrived i keep on sendjng email TO LBC .I ALSO SEND A FOLLOW UL TO DHL AND DHL CALLED AND INFORMED ME THAT MR MARIO BORBON OF DHL MANILA IS TRYING TO CONTACT OR EMAIL LBC REPRESENTATIVE MRS MARIA THERESA OBOGNA REGARDING MY SCHOOL DOCUMENTS MAYBE THERE HAVE SOME PROBLEM BUT UNFORTUNATELY LBC IS NOT COORDINATING .I am having hard time sending emails just to follow up and there reply is same ,no news regarding my documents And now they are not replying anymore.
My Tracking number to lbc is 201048978385 and my dhl tracking number is 1391456544. Please help me .Thank u and god bless

Nag delivery daw pero Wala Ang mag receive Ang delivery next business day ulit.then nag deliver na Naman after 2 days. Sarado naman daw Ang bahay.ay naku ano ba talaga. Kaloka.

Walang kwenta yang bacolor hub nila. 2x nagdeliver, wala daw ang recipient. Hindi man lang tumawag. Isa pa, may cctv cam kami, wala namang pumunta. Mga sinungaling. Then we called the hotline sabi expedite daw ang delivery pero wala pa din. Worry ko baka ninakaw na since cellphone yun. Decided to just pick it up sa hub. We’ll see what happens.

June nag padala ako ng item, walang advice na hindi pa nadeliver dahil sa nag pandemic ang advice ng teller may delay ang shipment dahil sa pandemic, hanggang sa dumaan ang 1month na hindi parin na deliver,wala parin advice or kahit email or text man lang sa iniwan kong number na naka indicate naman din sa resibo nyo. Kahit tawagan ang receiver hindi ginawa nung time of delivery. Tapos ngayon binalikan ko ang item naka dispose na daw kase lagpas na ng 2months? Ang sabe noon matatagalan delivery kase pandemic, ngayon naman dinispose na. Sayang yung ginastos hindi lang sa delivery kundi gastos sa item mismo. Sana magawan ng action to, hoping for a refund sa item declared at sa shipping fee.

What is the use the landline's number of LBC West Avenue Branch if they are not available on the starting time of their duty? I called 8am in the morning due to I still have a work after and I have no time to go to the brance because of the pandemic also. I called for a hundred time already but no service answered my calls. Nakakapikon. Sobrang mali na 8am na hindi kayo available to take important calls of the customer. Anong klase yan. Wala bang punctuality sa trabaho? Nakakaasar.

Tumawag po sya na andun na sya sa baba ng bldg. Sabi ko sandali lng po bababa na yung kasama ko kasi wala ako dun. Still he has the guts to threaten me na aalis nlng sya pag wala pang bumaba ngayon. Anong klaseng service to LBC? Na late na nga expected date of delivery tapos you hire pa people with an attitude like that? Sayang lang hndi ko nkuha name nung delivery guy. Please work out on it.
