Its been already 3 days, at wala padin ako nattanggap na text from LBC na ref. no. Para ma claim ko na ang payment ni consignee! Natanggap na ni consignee ang item at nabayadan na nya. Tracking no. 313228631837. Hindi din biro kung magkano yun item na yon! Nakakatakot lang na bka scam tong COP nang lbc.

I have 3 PARCEL AT PLARIDEL BRANCH BULACAN , WE ALREADY REQUESTED RTO But sad to say my partner Clarissa del Rosario can not pick them up at the Branch ,because the teller said there is something wrong with thier SYSTEM . OFFLINE rather!now I WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT MY CLIENT FROM MINDANAO IS ABOUT TO FILE CASE AGAINST ME BECAUSE SHE HAD BEEN WAITING FOR MONTHS AND WE DID NOT RESHIP THIER ORDER . PLEASE LBC PLARIDEL , DELIVER THE PARCELS TO MISS CLARISSA OR GIVE IT TO HER EVEN IF YOURE STILL OFFLINE . WHEN WILL BE YOUT SYSTEM WORK?? HOW LONG WOULD I WAIT?? THEY ARE ASKING REFUND FROM ME , I DONT HAVE MONEY, MY LIVE IN PARTNER DONT HAVE WORK . JUST HAND TO MISS CLARISSA DEL ROSARIO MAY ORDERS SO SHE CAN SHIP it again .

COMPLAINT #7168 - Service Issues
Hi,
I went to LBC Victorias City, Negros Occidental 6119 branch, Monday, 10/05/20 at around 9:00 am. I am trying to send my package back to the seller(Manila), and it consists of toys (stacking blocks 1x and squirt guns 2x).
I waited for about 10 minutes without a queue. Upon checking my package. SHE told me that guns or any kind of resemblance are not allowed. SHE just told me to try another courier without showing any notice or documents regarding this issue.
I checked online for any updates on the airport's policy and it only shows that these items are not allowed ONLY for carry-on luggage.
I just want to verify if this is true for future transactions.

i am so disappointed with the items i expected to be delivered but I was told items/package were sent back to sender. delivery guys at this certain branch at TAGOLOAN LBC does not care wether items are delivered to the customer as long as they make the delivery. Is this your kind of customer service? How come J&T guys can make a text when calls are not answered and you guys cant? Are they too fly to make that effort? The supervisor I spoke to told me their guys dont usually send texts msgs bec they are too busy. That is unbelievable! Two items of mine where sent back without me receiving any confirmed calls nor text msg from LBC and it is so frustrating! one package is already paid at 5,500 (S&R bags) the other one is COD (BeautyMnl) and orders got automatically tagged as cancelled when i get to spend couple of nights just to wait for products to be available on stock again.

This has reference to the item I sent thru LBC Marquee Mall branch last Sept. 20, 2020 bound to Cabagan, Isabela. After 6 days, I constantly tracking the item until I saw that the item was received in SM Cauayan City for pick-up. Cabagan to SM Cauayan is more than 75kms away. There are LBC branches near that area (San Pablo and Tumauini) to include Cabagan. I've been calling the customer hotline several times but to no avail. Already sent several messages in the email but failed to respond.Follow up on TN 181379517889....

I am expecting a parcel 2-3 days after Sept 23. On the app and website it still shows as parcel has been received by Caloocan delivery team since Sept 25. It has been more than a week since Caloocan Delivery Team received my parcel and I am not happy. This is unacceptable.

Now they say my parcel is in RTM and I can no longer get it. They should give consideration My parcel delivered in tge middle of lockdown because of covid 19 so how can i can get it that time?

Parcel has been shipped and received by LBC hub on Sept 18, then shipment got an issue due to LBC people encoding of incorrect address which by the way correct on my file that I provided. Called Customer service a lot of times, most of them rep hung up on me after hearing the issue. called again on Sept 25(Friday) talked to a rep and corrected my address and told me that I will be receiving the item by Monday or Tuesday the longest, come Sept 28 my item got returned again to shipper due to same error(incorrect address which was supposed to be correct already). Called again Customer service and ask for Sup but was told that I will get a call back from their manager but no one called up until Today October 2. Called again, on Oct 1 to ask why there is still no movement of my item and spoked with Kristine then was promised again to have their sup called me back(no one call back still)Called again today and the 4 rep that I spoke with namely (Jinky, Derek, Brem and JP) hung up on me again!! What a ridiculous customer service.
Take note: my address on the form that I filled up for delivery is correct. On shipper's side, my address is also correct, how come LBC got an incorrect and incomplete address???

LBC please fix your delivery system. It's taking so long and your staff doesn't even know how to respond appropriately and professionally. My package was received in your SM Hypermarket-Antipolo hub last Sept. 25. Your tracking update shows that it was routed in Upper Laguna Delivery hub the next day. Nothing follows since then. I'm still waiting for it to this day. I can't believe that it will take so long for an item to be shipped from Antipolo to Cabuyao, Laguna. Your website shows that delivery should be within 4-5 days only. Anong petsa na?

What happened sa service nyo? Nakakastress at abala na kayo. Kung ganyan din lang service nyo mabuti pang magsara na kayo. 3rd time ko na to na lagi shipment issue. Hnd nman ako umaalis ng bahay tuwing magtetext sakin ng expect the delivery within the day. Tpos pag nag track ult ako receive at scs returns central hub na. COMPLAINT #6896 - Delivery Issues
I would like to file a complaint against LBC. The amount paid by the customers under COD/COP is 5000 pesos in total. It is already 1 month from the delivery yet the payment has not been remitted to me. And LBC is claiming that I already received the amount for one of the tracking no. Which I still haven't swear to God. And also they are asking me to pay for redelivery of the item that the customer, according to them, refused to accept. But as per customer, "wala ako narereceive. Walang natawag sakin."

Your branch here in Pinamalayan has a problem with their delivery team. Marami na pong nagrereklamo. Mga packages na hindi nakakarating magtetext na out for delivery na then within just 30 minutes posted status was Return to origin at malalaman nlang na return to the sender na ang status?!we have a strict security in our office kaya malalaman at malalaman namin kung may nagdeliver pero we checked our logbook in the time that the parcel should be delivered pero walang record.
how come ngyayari ito sa kumpanya niyo? Ang tatamad po ng mga delivery man ninyo.
