Gusto ko lang mag file ng complain masyado na atang lumalaki ang ulo ng mga rider nyo! Yes we know hindi basta basta ang pagiging rider pero sana be considerate lalo na sa lugar na pagdedeliveran nyo. Today, sept. 29 nagpadeliver ako thru foodpanda i was late abou 10-15 mins but i explain kasi sa airport ang pagdedeliveran nya. Ang hindi po basta basta ang paglalakad around the area. Nag explain ako na hindi ako pinaglakad and i said "pasensya na po, paantay lang, hindi po ako pinag-lakad need ko po mag shuttle" fast forward, nakarating ako sa kanya, then i gave 750 and ang bill ko 724 ibinalik nya sakin ung 50 saying na " okay na yan "EFFORT!" And again nag explain ako, " hindi po basta basta ang paglalakad sa airport" then he shouted, " sa susunod wag nyo nang pag-antayin ang rider!" And he texted me pa. Now, Iwant to file a complain pero d ko alam kung asaan. Very rude ng rider nyo! I posted also his number hoping this will not happen again to any of yoyr customer! So dissappointed!!

Sept 28,2020 @ 1pm pumunta aq sa lbc Rosario epza branch para ipadala ung watch with box and bubble wrap,, sabi skn ng taohan u wag knA pumila kasi dw po manipis bubble wrap ko, at sinigawan pa aq wag knA magpumilit kc hnd talaga nmin tangapin nyan bilhan u ng makapal ng bubble wrap un Ang sabi skn ng taohan ng lbc Rosario epza,, kaya lumipat aq sa lbc sm Rosario wala nmang issue sa knila tumangap ang padala q at ok walang problema about bubble wrap.

Nagpadala kami sa tuguegarao ng item then inabot ng lockdown yung item doon then ibinalik daw sa manila nung nag follow up kami wla na daw yung item na dispose na daw without calling sa amin dapat bago idispose or nareturn yung item tinawagan kami or message para makuha namin yung item.ang nangyari eh wlang call and text kami na natanggap kula sa lbc tapis idispose nyo agad

I sent the package to the customer 10th of august for cash on pick-up, after of almost a month the package was ready for pick up on the 3rd of September so the customer picked up the item on the 4th of September but until now, I still don't have the payment for the shoes that i have sold because the website it not yet updated or i mean LBC's system is not yet updated that the customer already picked up the item. the customer already sent me pictures that he already have the shoes, but still I can't have the payment?! I badly need money the reason why I sold my shoes but now it's almost a month from when the customer picked up the item and i dont have the money still. I've tried contacting LBC multiple times, but the last email i received was on the 18th of September saying they already escalated the issue. I keep asking for updates but there none until now. I'm really worried and i dont think LBC is taking any action regarding my concern

I have been in their phone line twice today for almost 30 mins waiting for a representative to pick up nobody answers my call I have a very urgent issue. LBC are not delivering in my area tagging it as an out of delivery zone. Asking me to get in touch both email, chat and call I tried nobody is helping out on my concern. Is this the proper customer service.Tagging here Government Regulatory authorities so that they would know how dismal your service are Department of Information and Communications Technology - DICT. The items I am supposed to receive are medicine that came from Rose Pharmacy Inc in Cebu. I wish to coordinate that I would just pick it up in their New Divsoria Mall Branch near my home but I cannot get in touch with anybody from LBC's end. This is my tracking number 81132327931.

Hi! Would like to complain a delayed delivery for my parcel (gadget) that was shipped last Sept.12. Then, another problem encountered was that the item is misrouted and it arrived at upper Laguna delivery team last Sept. 21, so it took 9 days just to ship the item to the hub nearest to me. Just an fyi, I have another parcel (cosmetics) that arrived at that hub on the same day (sept.21) and was delivered on the next day. And until today (sept. 25), the item is still not delivered.

Good day.

I hope you are serious about this.i am very dismayed and disappointed with your service in sending parcels. Last monday september 21,2020 i ask my friend to do a special favor to sent my parcels within the day so that i will have it received within 3 days or so the max is 7 days. But then today sept 24 i called LBC telling me that as per your mandate all parcels will pass through RORO. HOW IMPOSSIBLE YOUR COMPANY BE??? It only shows how imcompetent your service is.parcels and documents shouldnt be board on ship.it should be through freight commonly by your instinct it means those are important docs. Your company is very misleading to your ad signs.
I have a big transaction that is why i was not expecting that this will take for 14days and your customer service will tell me you dont even know what ship it is. Very dismayed courier.
Your company sucks!!!!

i sent a package on sept 1 from muntinlupa to batangas city and up to date it is still not delivered. I've been going back and forth to the origin branch but was always advice to wait. I and the receiver have not received any calls, text or any form of notifications that the item will be delivered and today i received an email from customer care that i need to pay re delivery fee! For what?! And when i do what is my assurance that it will be delivered! I paid 500 fee for that package! What the hell is going on?! this is ridiculous! Worse Service!

Dear LBC Team,

We really hope that you guys can resolve this issue ASAP. The parcel under tracking number 173265118692 remains with your internal mail after more than a month. Below are our issues:
1. There is a mobile number indicated in the slip but no one actually bothered contacting us about any issue on the delivery.
2. We called LBC greenbelt 1 branch and were told that we need to pay again for us to retrieve the parcel? WHY??? LBC should have returned the parcel to us when they failed to deliver this on time.
3. We were told that the addressee is not known in the area. We find this hard to believe since the contact person is the school principal.
4. We sent an email to your customer care twice already but no reply from LBC to date.
5. The parcel is very important. The client has been complaining about the delay. So we hope that LBC can resolve this issue ASAP.

Good day,

I would like to file a complaint against your employees at JT Centrale named Christian and Edralyn Mora. They are so rude to my wife with the way they respond to her. We had may transactions with you but because of these multiple incidents, we are thinking of switching to other courier. My wife is asking when is she expecting her documents to be returned since the receiver wasn't able to get the item, your employees responded ''Malay ko, di namin alam. Di na namin kasalanan. Mag antay kayo hangan sa dumating. This is just a sample on how they treated my wife. This is a behavior that cannot be tolerated.

I hope that there will be an immediate action from your end Sine this is not the first time this has happened.
