I arrived at your Lbc branch here in Bulua Cagayan de Oro city arround 4:05Pm at September 12, 2020. When I was about to enter of the said branch, the security guard suddenly turn their sign board from open to closed in which I actually saw him in action turning their sign board closed in their door as I attempt to go inside. Me and my wife as for a favor to the SG to allow us to transact only our transaction to get our package but the SG refused us but he said it's already cut off. Not only that, one of your personnel open the door and he also said that it is already cut off. And so we ask again a favor to him to allow us just for the last transaction only because we didn't know in that early hour they thier cut off considering they did not put in thier door of thier cut off ours and we travel a distance area to go to thier branch just to claim our package but he strongly denied our favor that is why we argued too much and I was not able to control my temper anymore just like him. We hope that you should put your cut off time at your door at all times because in my knowledge LBC store will be close at around 4:30 or 5:00pm but unfortunately that branch is already closed at 4:05pm when we arrived and I am very disappoint on that kind business hours.

Comment Same with me sir. Just today September 18th. When I checked their page it says that the store hours is 8 am - 5 pm but when I enter the lbc branch they also said that its already closed. I arrived at the branch around 4:30 pm and I got the update for my parcel that the branch received it around 4:10 pm today sept 18th. The staff also said that the branch is open around 8:10 am and closed by 3:00 pm but the page says the operating hours is 8am-5pm. So disappointed since the package is delayed. The sender send my order to lbc pasig branch last monday sept 14th. And no updates from the page that the pasig branch received it. I waited for 2-3 days and still no update from the tracking page. So disappointed with lbc for providing updates. The sender apologized for the trouble since i know its not their fault.

May transaction kami thru LBC na pinadala ko sa kanya yung pambayad ng shipping fee kasi akala ko hindi pwde COP, akala ko kailangan agad bayaran ang sf kaya nagpadala agad ako ng pera kay Rolito, kaya ang gusto ko ngayon wala na akong babayaran pagdating ng items dito. 4500 yung pinadala ko kasi kasama na jan yung binayad nya sa taxi papuntang LBC. I would like to file a complaint against LBC Urdaneta Branch regarding our mailings dated April 24, 2020. We've mailed on that day and they noted pick-up on our mailings, we found out when we ask them last June 13, 2020, when we followed up personally our mailings to their branch because the recipient of our mailings followed up us that they did not received yet our mailings. I had also emailed your customer care (custom***@lbcexpress.com) 3 times dated July 9, 10, & 24 using my email (acemve***@ipi.ph) but I did not received any response. So, again, we went personally to LBC Urdaneta Branch to follow up again our mailings, they said that they will coordinate to their head office and will return to us. We've waited but we did not received the said mailings. We were getting the phone number of of their head office but they said that it is confidential. So, again and again, we went to LBC Urdaneta Branch dated August 29, 2020 to follow up but they said that it was already disposed. How come that it was already disposed when they said that they will coordinate to their head office to follow up and return to us our mailings??? They were also texted us last August 29, 2020 at 6:41pm and asked what are inside of our package (take note that this is only the text message we received, nothing more). We replied that those mailings are important, it has documents and receipts of our expenses here in our branch to be submitted to our main office. They were not informing us again until today, September 10, 2020, so we went again to LBC Urdaneta Branch but they were not entertaining us well and said that our mailings was already disposed.
Please notice this complaint because we want our mailings to be retrieve AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Thank you!

I recieved a text messege from LBC san jose branch located at bonifacio street san jose city nueva ecija on september 5 2020 saying that i can claim my COP. On september 7 I travelled from Lupao nueva ecija to san jose city just to claim it but i was so dissapointed because the employee said that they cannot locate my box and base on thier record my box is already at thier branch but cannot be found.. LBC please explain why did you texted me to claim the item if its not there?? i spent time and money just to claim the item then they will tell me to come back after they trace the box.. LBC your waisting my time and money. please be accurate on your text messeges and please find my box! and once you found it,as humanatarian consideration can you please deliver it on my house thank you!

I went to LBC Antipolo to send my item in Batangas.I am not happy with the service that you provided.It's been 2 weeks since My parcel was not being delivered. It was My niece cellphone that he needs to use for school which already started two weeks ago and My niece was not able to attend classes because of that. His attendance from school has been compromised.I tried to call your hotline before and there is no one answering my call My 200 pesos load has been used without me talking to your customer service representative. I also tried to escalate it using your facebook account but it did not work. After a week a send an email to customer care email address.They replied to me saying the delivery address was not serviceable which I don't understand why since other courier can reach the location. Now I was ask to go back to the branch where I forward it to request to change the pick up location since the Item was transfered to Bolbok Batangas Branch which is to far from my niece location. I wasted my time going back to your branch to request the item to be pick up in Cuenca Branch and they said I can track the package from your website but there is no update. Again I visited back your Branch in Antipolo to make a follow up and now I still haven't heard anything from you. I am very dissappointed. If you don't want me to tell everyone how bad the delivery service I received from you make sure that you where able to fix my issue.

at LBC Annapolis branch last August 20,2020 then they told me 6 to 9 days arrival on its destination and it is only going to south luzon supposedly 3 to 4 days only but i understand bcoz of the pandemic. But it is already 11 days and i follow up my package hasn't arrive yet,they showed me a signed paper that it has been pick up in Annapolis by their courier guy. Coming 13 days package still not found and they told me the guy who signed the paper is not yet coming to work so they can question him. And all this no body ia reaching out with me im always the one who go to their branch coz the promise that they will call me also is not happening.im already pissed off coz my package has 1kg chocolates that maybe melted already on that 13 days the package is missing. SEPTEMBER 6,2020,It has been 17 days my relative in laguna received a message from a cellphone number telling my relative to pick up the package at lbc Annapolis branch. What is this kind of service here? I send a package in LBC Annapolis and then receiver will pick up at the same branch. Is this some kind of a joke? Im planning to pick up my package tomorrow and will just asked for refund. Hoping it won't be missing again. Im so disappointed with this kind of services you offered to customer. Ako ay madalas nagpapadala sa lbc. 2nd time ko magpadala ng perfume in a glass bottle. Naka tape. Naka bubble wrap and naka tupperware pa sya. So expected ko na sobrang safe ang item na ipapadala ko. Then nung dumating sya sa customer. Nagleak and basa na yung mismong kahon nya. Nung binuksan na to find out na may isang bote na nabasag. So yun ang nag cause ng leakage. Almost a month na sya nangyari. Ang bagal ng progress. Okay i understand dahil kailangan pa imbestigahan.nakailang balik na rin aq at ang kapatid q sa lbc to ask an update.yung customer ko paulit ulit na ako kinukulit kasi anu na dw ang balita dun sa nabasag at nag leak. So bale 6 bottles lahat ng damage kasama na yung isang bottle na basag. Worth 6× 120 each so total of 770 pesos.dahil lagi akong kinukulit ni customee. Binayaran ko nalang sya. Kasi naaawa din nmn aq. Instead na kumita sya mas lalo lang nalugi dahil sa imbes na maibenta nya na ang perfume eh paano nga ang gagawin. Hndi nmn na nya mabebenta at damage and basag na. To cut tje story short. Binayaran ko na si customer para ako nalng ang mag antay ng refund ni lbc. Willing to wait naman aq.wala nmn problema sa akin. Basta wag naman na siguro aabutin ng 2 months!

Nag effort ako pumunta ng lbc mojon malolos branch kasi iyon ang nearest sa amin. Then para sabihin lang sa akin na hindi nila tatanggapin ang perfume na ipapadala ko dahil sa nangyari. And ang sisingilin daw ni lbc na magbabayad dun sa nabasag is yung staff na nagreceived ng package ko. I doubt it, how come si staff ang magbabayad to think na maayos na maayos ang pagkakapacked nung ipinadala ko sya. And kaya nga nakabubble wrap and tupperware for the safety na rin ng item. Even if you are the investigator hindi naman siguro lalabas na si staff na nagreceived ang sisisihin at pagbabayarin. Pero how rude naman na dahil sa nangyari eh sasabihin nila sa akin na hindi nila tatanggapin ang ipapadala ko at i try ko nalang sa iba! I want an answer for this.kasi ang unfair sa part ko as a customer na tratuhin ng ganun. To think na sobrang nalugi na nga ako dahil sa nangyari. Tjen ang sasabihin pa sa akin hindi na ako pwedeng magpadala ng same item dahil sa nangyari. The reason kaya may nearest outlet kayo in every location is para mas mabilis ang access ni customer right? Pero bakit naman po ganun? Last September 2 may nag text sa akin na please pick up your parcel at lbc san carlos. Pag off ko nang 5pm naglakad ako papuntang LBC GAISANO pra mag claim nang parcel so tiningnan kung meron kasi binigay ko sa kanya ang tracking number sinabi ng agent na tingnan ko daw sa lbc locsin st branch so pinuntahan ko doon tiningnan naman nila uli ang tracking number ang sabi ipa transfer na lng daw sa LBC gaisano branch kasi nag insist ako na ang address ko for pick up LBC GAISANO BRANCH talaga sabi ng agent sa locin branch na sige mam bukas mo na lang puntahan sa LBC GAISANO ipa transfer na lng namin doon. So kahapon nang 3pm tumawag ako sa LBC kung na transfer na ba ang parcel ko sa LBC GAISANO wala pa daw at sinabihan ako nang nakasagot gagawa daw ako nang request pra ma transfer daw ang parcel ko sa LBC GAISANO sinagot ko sya bakit ako pa ang maggawa ng request tingnan nyo lng kung ano ang address ko dyan sa parcel mga loko talaga nakakainis talaga pkisabihan nyo yong mga empleyado nyo dito sa LBC SAN CARLOS ksai nakakainis ang customer pa ang mag abala.

I would like to make a complaint about my transaction in the LBC-Robinson Lipa branch. August 27 I went to LBC and inform the teller that I want to send 2 employee ID to MACAU and he asked me which country because he cannot find Macau in his system so I told him that Macau is part of China and I have written the complete address which indicates Macau, China. I've patiently waited for him for about 20 minutes because he said his a newbie and not familiar with the international transactions. He kept asking his colleague beside him and his manager whos on a meal break. he also has an issue with my recepient because he mentioned that ELAINE CHAN has the same name in their system with a record. All those things were fine for me but in the end, he told me that he can only encode PORTUGAL so he can input MACAU in the address and I told him I don't have any idea about your system just make sure it will be sent to MACAU CHINA OK? he says sure, and his colleague beside him knows the VENETIAN MACAU that's why even I saw in receipt Portugal I did not worry because I've written the full correct address. So when I got home my husband asked me why I paid 2390 pesos for the shipping fee, I told him it's international that's why it is expensive but he is not convinced so he checks in LBC website if the amount is correct and it turns out that I should pay 840 pesos only. And my husband found out that the 2390 pesos fee is for Portugal in Europe not in Macau. So the next day I went back to LBC-Robinson LIpa and told his manager what happened, his manager apologized which is good and she mentioned she has already emailed the issue and I just need to wait till Monday (August 31) for the parcel to be returned and void the transaction so they can give me back the excess payment. And guess what happened on August 31? the manager just sends me a message saying my parcel is not yet returned because it has been forward to DHL even they already request to HOLD and RETURN my parcel. It is September 3 today and I have not received any update about my issue, I will go back to LBC-Robinson Lipa again to check what happens. Please do something with my complaint, they give me so much trouble and delay already. I called at 5:31 am today (September 03, 2020) on your customer service due to some package I cannot track using the tracking number provided at me by the 3rd party courier. I used my mobile number I provided.
The agent who answer my call was so unprofessional and disappointing! He never let me finish my question or my my sentences! He keeps on interrupting me! Is this how LBC customer service works? He didn't even tried to talk to me in a respectful manner!
And when I pointed it out to him and ask why he keeps in interrupting me, he just keep on blabbing as if he was butthurt! Imagine, I was the one who called and asking for a customer service that could help me with my package issue but I was the one who got to listen to him blabbering wihout him trying to resolved my issue!
This is totally unacceptable! This is my first time that a customer service agent do this to me! So unprofessional and awful service!
I want an action for this and to be notified for an update!

Comment I called at 5:31 am today (September 03, 2020) on your customer service due to some package I cannot track using the tracking number provided at me by the 3rd party courier. I used my mobile number I provided.
The agent who answer my call was so unprofessional and disappointing! He never let me finish my question or my my sentences! He keeps on interrupting me! Is this how LBC customer service works? He didn't even tried to talk to me in a respectful manner!
And when I pointed it out to him and ask why he keeps in interrupting me, he just keep on blabbing as if he was butthurt! Imagine, I was the one who called and asking for a customer service that could help me with my package issue but I was the one who got to listen to him blabbering wihout him trying to resolved my issue!
This is totally unacceptable! This is my first time that a customer service agent do this to me! So unprofessional and awful service!
I want an action for this and to be notified for an update!
