Poor delivery team toledo city cebu. No response on txt.
Kahit tawagan mo babaan ka or hindi sasagutin yung tawag mo
Ilang days na andon yung package hindi parin nila dinideliver
Expect days ng delivery only 2 to 3. Mindanao to visayas. Pero mabagal yung trabahu ng toledo delivery team. Plss gawan nyu ng paraan . d nagtratrabahu ng maayus yung lbc delivery team dito.

Nagpadala ako ng parcel sa lbc pinadala nila sa ibang address mali ang address na pinadala nila,tama naman ang address na nilagay ko pag fill up ng form mag one month na po ang parcel sa August 21 hanggang ngayon di pa rin nag momove ang item pangatlong beses na ako pumunta sa lbc kcc mall de zamboanga branch,ang sabi sa akin kinabukasan eh padala na sa shopee warehouse kasi yung item na yun is damage po eh refund yun ni shopee sa amin pero hanggang ngyon di pa rin nila napadala may time frame po binigay si shopee sa amin sana mapansin po ang complain ko.

COMPLAINT #5452 - Delivery Issues
The transaction date is last August 12, and yet when I check the status of my ite. It's still in the brach where i processed it. Particulary in Grandmall Lilian LBC. It was suppose to be delivred in Dasmariñas Manila. But they don't eben touch it. The receiver is waiting but the did not even process it. Please take action for this. My receiver is exoecting 5-7 days.Today is the 4th day. Pleas le process it already.

• COD/COP Serivce Request: I requested a COD/COP transaction via their online services last June 19 and for pick up on June 22. They failed to pick up that day so I requested online last June 22 to pick up June 23. On June 23, they were able to pick up but the prices they ask me to pay was different from the online price posted. I resorted to pay because I needed to deliver the item for my customer in Laguna with committed dates to receive. Documents like Official Receipt, Pick Up Receipt, Tracking Number, and SMS from LBC included in the attached documents
• LBC Delivery: My customer was able to receive the items successfully thus the presumption of crediting the payments to my BPI Account will happen within 2-3 days as they promised in their website and the call center agent I've talked to.
• Custumer Support Contact: 3 days have past, no money was reflected in my account. This made me find ways to follow up via call, FB messenger and email
o Contact number provided by LBC was not able to reach despite numerous efforts to try
o Tried their LBC FB page which led me to their FB Messenger, ending up talking to a chatbot. After many trials, I was successful in talking to a REAL cUSTOMER SERVICE Agent (details of conversation in the attached document. This happened on June 30. I've waited 3 days for them to reflect it to my bank account but none. I contacted them again via messenger but was not able to talk to a real human customer service representative. I resorted to email them in July 3 (see attached email sent to them). But to date, no response from them.
o As of this writing, no feedback from LBC yet and no amount was transferred to my account

Same scenario complaint #5428.
COD/COP Transaction, 5 tracking number walang payment July pa received and paid ni consignee. Everyday follow up sa cust service na kadalasang napuputol ang line. Follow up na din kay rider dispatcher but still follow up lang din magagawa sa back room, follow up na sa mga branch - follow up lang din kasi hindi daw nila handle ang online.
Head Ofc called me to ask acct number and still wala pa din nadedeposit sa acct ko.
Naka iwas ka nga sa bogus buyer, hinold naman ng LBC ang mga payment for 3weeks!

Same here! Sarap ipa tulfo ng LBC. For sure hindi lang isa or dalawang costumer yan. Masakita nyan magkano ang hindi naidedeposit. Nakikita naman nila yan na hindi pa nila nadedeposit. Sabi sakin invalid account daw. Pano kaya maging invalid ung ilang beses nakapag deposit sa account ko.

Same issue! I have almost 30 COD/ COP transactions already na hndi nadedeposit sa bank acct ko. All of these transactions were booked online. I guess my prob talaga sa online platform nila. Kakagigil! Follow up ng follow up wala kna man makukuhang resolution!

Comment Same din. Oct 21 pa nareceived ng buyer yung package gang ngayon wala pang payment nacrecredit sa bank account ko from lbc. Reached out to them 3x about this through email. Nung una my reply saying na nireport na daw nila to sa dept na nakaassign sa mga ganitong concern. When i ask again for an update kasi wla pa rin, wala nang reply galing sa kanila (through email ulit). Kagigil sila ah.
COMPLAINT #5428 - Service Issues
The COD payment of Php 1120.00 for this shipping below was not credited into my bank account. The consignee confirmed that she received and paid for the cod amount last Saturday, August 8, 2020. I also had 2 other shipping on the same day and both has been credited but not this one. Please check.

COMPLAINT #5422 - Billing or Collection Issues
I sent my documents through lbc on August 5, it was received by pasay delivery team on August 10th. I am aware about the new lead time of delivery due to the pandemic, but it is already 5 days in pasay and I'm being notified of an attempt to deliver but everytime it gets an "unforseen event" error. the documents are VERY IMPORTANT and I need it to be delivered on August 17. Please, deliver it by August 17 because that is the deadline to be received by GSIS, which is by the way, provides my education. There is a reason why I sent it way earlier and I expected it to be delivered before the deadline. Thank you.

I was with one of your LBC branch in Mannga Street Monuz Quezon City to send a package. I was told that they're no longer accepting any transactions. They had a cut off too early it's not even 11:00AM yet.

I am beyond disappointed that my parcels have not been delivered for almost 3 weeks now. I know we have a pandemic but the other couriers are doing their best to deliver the parcels on time or at least 2-3 days late. But LBC? nah, very incompetent. Their system is not updated and they are giving us robot agents. Stop fooling us around LBC.

July 9,I send a package for my client(supplements for her medication) thru LBC, Narvacan Ilocos Sur Branch. To weeks after I visited again the said branch to follow the delivery but they told me it was misroute to Baguio. August 4, I started to have my follow up thru messenger. But no concrete answer was given tome until now. This package was very important since it is for medication purposes. More than a month was too long. Ilocos Sur to Pangasinan Area only.

Un din po ang ngyari skin..ang parcel ko iloilo city galing papunta lng ng capiz..which is kung tutuusin iisang place lng..visayas to visayas..ilang beses kong monitor ngulat ako na me issue ang parcel ko..to the point na ung concern ko nkarating na mismo ng lbc iloilo..ang sagot d daw mkontak ang owner eh ala ngang tumawag skin..den sbi pbalikin lng ulit if ibalik sa opisina..den ngaun ang malala mlalaman ko nlng na ang parcel ko nakarating na ng manila.???

PAANO po kung walang internet ung tao para magcheck sa website nyo about sa tracking status.
Piso lang naman po ang text, hindi nman siguro malulugi ang LBC kahit pa 100 tao itext nyo about sa update ng parcel nila na hindi madeliver.
Sana po, maging considerate din kayo sa clients nyo especially ngayon pandemic.

Yan din problema sa package ko. Tumawag akong LBC tapos vinerify yung info ko, tama naman. Tapos sabi ng kausap ko gagawin niyang “resend” yung stat tapos after a week tumawag ulit ako kasi hindi naman nagbago stat sa tracking. Sabi ng kausap ko kailangan daw kausapin yung sender about the “shipping disposition”. Sender from HK said wala naman silang magagawa about it kasi nasend na nila from their side. So yung problem daw is on LBC’s side. Haaay. Malaking abala.

nagpadala ako sa LBC last Aug 8, 2020 dumating Aug12,2020 papunta Barotac Nuevo iloilo city,nawawala ang 12 boxes of KN95 saka ang box tampered na ang tape na nilagay kulay white na hindi gumagamit ang LBC ng white tape, sana mabayaran ang 12 boxes ko ko ng KN95 worth 1,920.00 nagpapadala tyu sa LBC akala natin makarating ng maayos ang oadala ntin hindi pala meron pala mga taga LBC malilikot ang mga kamay...

hi i am complaining against ur employee at ayala mall legazpi city, yesterday i go there to deliver documents and package..i sit on the right line and when its my turn i go inside coz i see the guy is leaving and walking towards outside the door since only 3 persons allowed, so when i ask for the form to fill up for documents they gave me i started to fill it up, with my amaze ur guy employee shouted me mam fill it up.outside with a rude annoying voice, and i said im next where 3..then i saw one man enter after me, then the one man already finish came back just to sit and take picture with the receit..I said im next and the ither man just arrive and the other man just came back..even if he needs to explain he dont have the right to shout at me and he dont even wearing mask.and thats a protocol to all.of us especially pandemic..and then when i give my documents and cp.the girl employee said they need bubble wrap.I told here that the last time i send like that lbc provided, she said i should buy at the national bookstore so.i did went out to buy but there is no available so.i said maybe they have a ways how they could send it i will just add extra if they have special.box..she said that id rather go.to another lbc branch but its already cut off so i know all of them are close. then the lady didnt entertain me. and i raise my voice is that the kind of being polite can u tell me.other options aside from not entertaining me, maybe ur company should write outside a rules that we should bring out own bubble wrap..but what is so annoying is the tune of voive that shouted me.confident that didnt analize than the situation and should be always be polite to customer and wearing no mask!! i think it should be public to.social.media if i didnt recieve any sorry from that employee
