How long would it take to return my parcel?
It has been in the scs return hub for couple of weeks now! Your service is just so disgusting! Haven’t received any updates.
No clear updates also from your agents and associates!
I NEED AN URGENT UPDATE FROM THIS! PLEASE BE COMPETITIVE ENOUGH TO ADDRESS MY CONCERN!

Good day! I'm a frontliner who's working almost 6 days a week and Sunday is the only free day which I can only do personal chores. That includes going to malls and deliver some stuffs to my family. Yet, your branch in Tanauan walter mart has put their cut off everydat at 3pm. I am working until 5pm everyday which means I can't avail your service at all cost due to the conflict of the sched. Moreover, they did not put any signage of their cut off, instead it clearly shows that they should be open until 6pm which leads to misinformation of those who are waiting outside. Limited people can only stay inside the branch and that's by protocol. Can they serve faster to accommodate the remaining people or atleast inform the customers that there will be cut of or certain number of people only that they can accommodate. They said, they have more things to do after the customer service, I don't think that's our problem because your branch posted 9-6pm as their service hour.

Please do something about your staff. Is it really your protocol or they are making their own protocol.

You were sending text messages for several days now informing me that you are suppose to deliver my item but never attempted to deliver it and now the order is going to be cancelled. That item is suppose to be birthday gift to my 81 yrs old inay. Sobrang excited nya ng malamang bibilhan ko sya ng TV tas until now wala pa din tas malalaman ko na makacancel. Wala ng tv sa bahay at yun na lang ang libangan nya sana. How can I tell her na hindi na madedeliver yung tv nya knowing that it will disappoint and sadden her heart.

JUNE 12,2020 pa nakuha and nakapagbayad buyer ko until now wala parin. Nakapagprovide na ako sa branch teller nila ng dalawang active bank account dahil ang reason nila una may problema daw sa unang bank details na binigay ko which is for CHINABANK SAVINGS, nagbigay ako METROBANK naman, ang reason puro binavalidate, until now wala pa rin. Sa LBC QMART CUBAO mother branch ng issue. May complete conversation rin kami ni Teller ng LBC, I also have conversation rin with them thru email and even thru fb msgr.

I bought cacti from an online seller in FB, I know the risk that this may cause delay of the delivery. So I constantly tracking the parcel this is the tracking number : 381010329743. It arrived in cdo last july 29 and there wereattempts it says couldnt find my address.. Is it your task to find the address becuase part of the shipping agreement is to deliver it at you residence. My area is not red in the lbc map area. SO which means delivery is possible.
I waited and hoping it will be delivered until its already AUg 4 , I looked for contact numbers so i can be able to inquire. I got the number of the delivery HUb in Baloy , Cagayan de Oro . I was told i need to contact the guy assigned to deliver here in my place. I tried to call him but didnt accept my call so I texted him ( Reuben is the name given to me ) He didnt reply as well. NOw I checked the tracking number again online. It says my parcel is ready for claiming at Cagayan de Oro delivery team... I ordered online and paid the shipping to be delivered at my place.. why would i go there? in the first place I do not know the place where it is. ANd besides there is pandemic , I limit my going out of my house ..
The parcel is not much , but for a paying customer I demand quality service. I paid for shipping to be delivered at my residence..

Im very upset with your delivery team.. Its almost 2 months and still did not receive my parcel.. I sent numerous messages to lbc via msngr,fb and twitter... I had a chat with one of your rep and I was advised that my parcel will he delivered last Saturday but I never receive any phone call or sms.. I Was advised its being escalated and it will be delivered today!! Now they tag the delivery as address issue!! What the hell is going on? I already received lbc parcel last month and I received several packages with the other courier with no issue!!! Your delivery guy did not even call or send sms.. Pleaae check this 173178010039 I will escalate this further if still unresolve. Ive been calling the number in the website its not working

Nag-follow up ako sa Gmail, kahit isang reply, wala. Nag-follow up ako sa Messenger, puro Chatbot yung sumasagot, kapag nagtanong ka na ng iba, ndi ka na masagot. Sa Telephone naman, laging bz. Nauubos plagi yung Regular load ko hanggang wala nman akong makausap! Dapat naglagay din kayo ng Mobile Number kc Year 2020 na po, Cellphone na gamit ngayon, iilan na lang kayong Umaasa sa Landline! Huling tanong ko po, maipapadala nyo po ba yung Package ko O ndi? Nagpa-plano na po kc kami lumapit kay Sir Raffy Tulfo eh, i-cha-chat ko yung ibang nagre-reklamo sa Page nyo. Hi Team LBC,

I've been waiting for an update/resolution for my issue, it's been more than a month now.

I still haven't received the total payment of my client amounting to P2,244.00.

Packaged was received by my client in Olongapo City last June 22, 2020 and payment was made. The transaction was Cash on Delivery and LBC should have deposited the money in my Bank Account.

I called after 1 week since I haven't received the payment. I was told by your representative that the transaction should only take 2-3 business days.

I was told that a communication was sent regarding my issue. After a week, I called back and was told the same thing.

I called again after a week and was told the same thing, that an email communication was sent out regarding my issue.

But up until now, we still haven't received any updates and the payment has not been posted in my bank account.

I also sent multiple chat communications but was receiving the same response and no resolution at all was provided.

We would like to know when my payment will be posted specially with the current situation the we are all in right now (pandemic).

Hopefully this gets resolved as soon as possible as I've done my part already.

We send the item July 20 and until now we were not able to receive the item
Tracking no 362038960021. Called customer service and didn't provide exact resolution. He just wanted us to file a complaint on the brach we send it but same answer, they don't have the item anymore . Its been 2 weeks now and still no update on their tracking app.

We would like to follow up our parcel in LBC antipolo Church branch. It has been 13 days, it is bound to Tanay Rizal only. Tracking # 313207654821. Upon checking, It is in Cainta Delivery Cargo Team for 10 days now and counting. The rude LBC employee told us if we want to get our parcel they can only pay us 5k for the insurance or we can go ahead and get our parcel in Cainta by ourselves. Of course, that is not what we want. We only want our parcel back. Employee proactively promoting the insurance assuming that our parcel will be missing or can't be delivered. She added na, kapag nawala 5k lang iaabot namin sa inyo. So bakit mawawala? That is our question. What are you guys doing with our parcel? Are you intentionally don't want us to receive it if its something valuable and offer just to get the insurance instead? LBC antipolo church and Cainta Delivery Team. What are you up to? I have been doing business with you for a while now LBC Tanay is far great when it comes to service. So disappointed. I only want my package. I can't contact both Antipolo and Cainta Cargo Delivery Team. No one answers. No timeline provided. Worst service ever.

Today is my 4th time na sinabihan akong ipick up nalang yung parcel ko kahit na DOOR TO DOOR DELIVERY naman po dapat. One time pinakiusapan ko sila na please paki deliver po yung parcel ko kasi busy at mahirap ang transpo sa area ko pero yung customer custodian pa po yung may ganang magalit. I feel very offended po talaga. And yung isang parcel ko po sobrang nabasa pati yung laman ng loob that’s why hindi ko na po nabenta. Please paki ayos naman po yung issue na to. Yung lazada lang ata gusto nilang ideliver kasi alam kong malaki pera ng mga couriers dun. Thank you so much in advance

The seller said she already forwarded the package to LBC since july 11,2020. And now its already August 3,2020. Cant even reached your numbers all numbers from LBC in lapu-lapu either busy tone or phone keeps on ringing only. Tried alot of times but no help at all. JULY 07 pa yung parcel na pinadala ko to Bulacan but until now, wala pa rin sa client yung package nya. Ang tagal na. AUG 02 na. Halos 1month na. Wala pa rin usad? Ano balak?
