problema ko yung mga tao nio sa branch nio sa macabebe pampanga.nagpadala ng package yung ate ko sa akin dto sa paranaque,sa AIR21 WAREHAUS, pero binalik nila within 2 days, kc hnd raw pwedeng ideliver sakin kc nagwowork ako s AIR21.dhl ba kakompetensya? ano kinalaman ko don? wala sa ayos yng mga tao nio sa branch nio.

Nagorder ako ng gamit sa pampanga area july 10 2020 nadala ang parcel july 11 2020 sa lbc pampanga. Take note pangasinan area lang ako. Ang sabi 1-4 days. Nung tumawag ako sa head office ang sabi nasa PASAY ang parcel ko and paano napunta naman doon. Tapos ngayon nasa scs mexico pampanga, ano po to nagkakalokohan po ba tayo? Paki ayos po ung business transaction niyo sa client! Maayos kami nagpapadeliver and nagbabayad ng maayos at sana maayos din ung service niyo samin! Luluwas na ako sa manila na hindi ko makukuha parcel ko DAHIL SA INYO LBC! Maraming salamat sa magandang service na binigay niyo. Nagextend pa ako dito sa Pangasinan para lang dyan pero walang movement sa parcel ko! LBC HARI NG PADALA? You’ve done a very great job HARI ng padala!

Ano na lbc gaano nyo ako katagal balak pag hintayin? Ilang beses ba ako dapat tumawag sa hotline nyo? Kilos kilos aba! Nung July 15 pa dapat na deliver yang parcel ko ano na? Anyare? Pati July 17 walang update sa tracker nyo!! Wala manlang tumawag sakin para Iupdate ako! Nung una ang issue hindi ma locate ang address ko, edi sana tinawagan nyo ko sa number ko! The next day wala naman recipient sa address na binigay ko. Niloloko nyo bako? Pano ngyari yon eh hindi ako naalis ng bahay? Baka gusto nyo na I deliver sakin yan? Akin yan hindi sa inyo! Sta rosa lang area ko ang sabi ng rep nyo nasa cabuyao na ung gamit ko! Mahiya naman kayo nagbayad kami para ideliver nyo aba gawin nyo trabaho nyo!!! Irereklamo ko kayo sa DTI!!

LBC cargo delivery was halted from July 12 to July 16. They only resumed operations last July 17.

Lbc gasak malabon almost 1 month my shipping was already pick up by the reciever but until now lbc malabon has no confirmation if my shipping was pick up by the reciepent...until now my branch collect payment was pending in lbc gasak malabon city....pls do something for this issue..

My item has been bounce back to pampanga when it was already here in nueva ecija. The parcel is very important to me, and related to my work. Who will be responsible for this matter?
Are the logistics delivery department involved to this? Are they trying to bouncing the package, try to open it in some cases then, what comes next?
Last month, delivery was ok, but by this month, it wasn't. What happened?
All of us are exhausted right now, no good customer service hotline, untrackable package tracking website.
Hopefully you can give us answers to this matter. ASAP

I ordered succulents from baguio last march.which is lock down so I understand that it cannot be ship during the lockdown days. I Told the succulent seller to just ship it when Its okay the shipping period. So , last june she contacted me that's already okay to ship since they lifted the GCQ to MGCQ .My parcel shipped June 24 . I got the 1st parcel july 3 . I attach the picture/video. It was all rooten and molding. There' s no way to fix it. But I have still one parcel left and It was sckedule to be deliver on monday july 6 .. but morning that day the delivery guy called me that they wont deliver my package because it was already not in good condition. LBC tracking no. 181348374730 and 181347975205. The seller wont refund because they said the plants are in good condition before it was shippped.My parcel worth 3000.00

Hi! As per your website, the delivery time within Mindanao is only 2 to 4 days. I have a package that originated just near to the destination but until now, package 173219700386 has not been delivered yet. As per receipt, they accepted it June 7 and it has been 4 days now.
Pagadian City to General Santos City are just few hours away. Upon tracking in the website, it was from Pagadian City and brought to Cagayan de Oro and from Cagayan de Oro was again forwarded to Pagadian Distribution Center???
I hope you can check on this package and hope this would be delivered the soonest time possible LBC!

Hi youre still not replying on any message that i sent to your gmail and messenger. I have problem with my package because I haven’t received it yet but on the tracking info it said that “received by isabelo de leon” i dont know who that fucking is. You should call to your receiver before you deliver and make sure to ask for an ID or signature. Also, please improve your customer service. Thank you. Again, i need to talk to a real person, you keep replying on messenger pero naka program naman. That’s not gonna work!

July 3 pinadala sa manila un parcel ko. Then july 9 arrived sa cod exchange. Then until now wala pa din sa branch na dapat pick up ko?? My god anung klaseng service ba kau? Alam ko may mga delay tlga due to pandemic but sobrang tagal na po eh.. en ndi nmn na o mahgpit ngaun sa mga daan.. un pong parcel is badly need asap... ang daming napepending ng dahil sa inyo.. make an action naman po sana. And make an effort na mapadali un service as soon as possible.. haist.. kidly pls be sensitive naman po sana.. kailangn na kailamgn na po un parcel... sana maintndhan nyo nmn po....

It's been 9 days since Wack-wack Shaw Blvd Branch has accepted my package. But the package has not been delivered yet to Gumaca, Quezon Branch for pick up. Sobrang important ng laman ng parcel na yun cause those are documents for my credentials. Deadline for submission of those documents has been lapsed and I'm very disappointed kasi di ako nakacomply. According to their FB post, lead time for South Luzon delivery is 3 -6 days pero di naman nasusunod. It's also upsetting that I can't even track my package. The last update on their site is it has been received at Wack-wack branch. Ano ba yun di gumagalaw since July 1? I tried several times to contact their customer service but Wala naman response. Even sa FB messenger nakaautoboot. Sobrang nakakafrustrate na. Please, help naman! I need an update for my parcel tracking no. 181386512832. Thanks
