Good day,
I have ordered a watch specifically a Mi Band 4 watch through online and cash on delivery, costing P699. Today, July 7, 2020, I have received the delivery. But it was a different product. I noticed that the delivery pouch has no sender's number. The name of the sender is "JSHOP". I searched the facebook under the sender's name, I found out that they have the same complaint. I hope you will put this into immediate attention knowing that one courier service was recently under fire. Please take note of this for your company's good. Thank you very much.

I was expecting an important package to be delivered yesterday. I had it arranged for next-day delivery as I need it for work. I paid fairly for the service, however, I still haven't received the package. The latest update posted on their tracking website is RETURN TO HUB when they haven't even tried delivering my package yet! So disappointing as it affects my means of living.

I SHIPPED MY PACKAGE FROM LBC AIC BUILDING GARNET ROAD ORTIGAS PASIG JUNE 16,2020. THE STAFF GUARANTEED MAXIMUM OF 10 DELIVERY DUE TO COVID-19 HOLIDAY. I CHOOSE BY PICK PACKAGE IN INSULAR SQUARE MANDAUE CITYCBU BRANCH EXPECTED DATE JUNE 29,2020. I WENT TO THE BRANCH , NO PACKAGE ARRIVE. I WENT BACK JUNE 30,2020 NO PACKAGE AGAIN. AS PER LBC WEBSITE THE PACKAGE FORWARDED TO MACTAN CARGO MANDAUE LAST JUNE 17,2020.
MY QUESTION WHERE AND WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY PACKAGE????

My sender sent the items on June 24, 2020. Base on their online tracker, it was receive at LBC CENTRAL EXCHANGED on the same date. How come it was only shipped(thru RORO) on June 30, 2020. THERE WAS NO MOVEMENT OF THE ITEMS FOR 6 DAYS. What took LBC too long to ship? The content of those package is a LIVE ORCHIDS that's why I am very anxious about it. I called customer Service, the assistant said it was already ship thru RORO which will take almost 2 weeks. What will happen to my package then? Nalanta na, nasisira. I called LBC Tacloban hoping they already receive the package, unfortunately none.
Please ayusin nyo naman trabaho nyo.

q month naghintay sa parcel taz after 1 month sabihin lang nila na lost parcel daw hindi ako naniniwala may magnanakaw talaga sa mga tauhan nila pero walang aksyon silang ginagawa..walang reply sa email kung hindi nag msg supplier ko walang report ako makukuha.. gusto kong pa imbestigahan ang lbc sa ginawa nila.. hindi nila inaayos serbisyo nila

Its been three weeks since we send our parcel but until now its not there and it has been delivered to a wrong destination!! HOW IS THAT?! And theres nothing no follow up or even replies from LBC!!!! its really a waste of time.. please please i will not suggest to use LBC!! they dont take an actions.it will take a year before they will do!!! Or maybe not!

My family have to pay extra 500 pesos for the fare of the car we rented just to get my box in sipalay city lbc branch because you guys didn't deliver the said box in hinoba an which is my delivery address its so frustrating on my part coz I've been using lbc for a long time and this is the first time that I encountered this very incompetent delivery services I may say.

Hi!!i would like to complain as my product didnt arrive to destination where supposed to go. It was supposed to go to hagonoy and dropped to plaridel. It was clearly mentioned the address in the receipt i dont know why TAGUIG TEAM fail to deliver it to that place!!and its been four days when they said that they will deliver it to hagonoy and until now its nothing!!!how far is plaridel to hagonoy for them to reach 4 days???? We are waiting for the product for like 3weeks!!!! If you cannot give my product give back our money!!! Youre stressing us we have chosen you to be our courrier and you are disappointing us!i will never ever make you as my courrier again and also will tell to all of my friends not to use LBC again!!!Give back my money or ill be reporting it to higher authority!!and just to let you know all of my 5 transactions are like this!!! Not only 1 transaction but ALL!! shame on you LBC!!

It's more than a month now and my 2 balikbayan boxes hasn't arrived yet. The first box arrived at manila warehouse on June 18 and until now it's not yet been delivered in cainta hub while the other box arrived at cainta hub on June 20 and it's not yet been delivered. I called customer service and talked with Mia Cruz with agent ID 117141 and was promised that we will get the balikbayan box yesterday or anytime today. I was also advised that someone from their team will call us. Someone called yesterday June 25 and was promised that they will deliver the box anytime yesterday or today June 26. No one came. I called customer service today and talked with jingle villegas with agent ID 128650. I asked to speak with a manager but according to agent they don't have anyway to transfer my call. She promised me that her supervisor named Belle Catalan will be the one who will call me and she already emailed her supervisor about my concern. No one called me. What a horrible experience with your customer service giving customers run around and false information. I know we have this situation right now which we can't control however the delay of delivery is unreasonable. The other balikbayan boxes was already delivered to various places including one in Romblon. My box which is in Cainta is like 15-20 mins away from the shipment address. LBC we are all on this situation we also have things to do aside from calling you everyday waited for how many minutes on the phone and talking with your representative who doesn't know how to resolve customer issues. They're not just there to check the status of everything but also to make sure that your customers are satisfied and assured that they're concerns are being taken cared of!!!!

A perishable parcel had been handed over to CABANATUAN MARKET dated 22 June 2019, it had been shown even in the system that it was already accepted. But with great dismay as I am tracking the parcel, there was no single movement Done with the parcel. The contact number provided cannot even be reached. It was even place in the item that DO NOT DELAY/ PERISHABLE but what happened?? What kind of service do you offer?

Your necessary action/ update regarding this matter is needed.

I was about to transact and send my courier to this branch, arrived at around 9:30 in the morning. To my dismay, they said that it is already cut-off and provided transaction numbers at early as 7AM. The customer service representative every bragged that people were in the queue as early as 3AM. What is this? I told them that they should provide an advisory and should have phone hotlines for people who may know their policies. But the CSR was even agitated on explaining. Please train your employees to have orientation on how to handle customers with modest. We may be in this pandemic, but we, customers have still the right to have proper information on your regulations and for us not to waste time.

Last May 1, I sent a cargo box to the Philippines. They said that it will arrive within 30 days if NCR then 45 days for provincial. June 2,my package was released from Manila port then forwarded to Bulacan Delivery team. From June 11 I have been following up with them, and all that they are saying is that an email was already forwarded with regards to my concern but still there is no clear answer as to where my package is located (i followed up almost 4 times still no clear answer to my questions.) We already went to the LBC Bulacan Warehouse but my box is not there. The tracking number of my package is 200092004297449

I know that its ECQ and shipping things might get a little delayed but if you will take a look at LBC Facebook page, some items as far as March are not yet delivered, they will answer your queries, yes but its all chat bot and will only give you the information from their track and trace website (which is always down btw) and also the rate of LBC is a bit higher compared to other courier services. I actually opted for their service and didnt mind to pay a little bit than other services here because I thought that they are very credible. But now i dont know.

The abovementioned tracking nos were not yet delivered when they were supposedly been delivered on June 16 to your Porta Vaga Branch in Baguio City. I have already checked these from the said branch and your staff advised me that these packages will only be available to them once the status online reflected that parcels were already delivered to them. 7days passed from June 16 but the tracking status online did not change. When do you intend to deliver my packages?

321182675755 - this transaction has been coursed thru gogo express. pero hindi nila maremit ang pera kasi pala ang LBC pinalitan ang TRN without letting them know. this has been paid since March 2020 pa. worth 3K

321184303709 - ito naman ay received since June 8 worth 10K

321184712513 - This one naman June 16 worth 5K

They are intentionally not updating their system para hindi mapayout ang mga ito.

Please we need help.

Yun saken 15days na mahigit sabi na deposit na daw sa account ko un payment worth 1,575. Pero wala naman ako na receive. Walang text at payment.

The package was sent from Paete Laguna to Dasmarinas Cavite last May 20,2020 and until now, June 14,2020, its still not delivered. Talked to an LBC customer service which was really annoying since you will only get an automated response. And if an agent replies to your query, the next thing will happen is another automated response. After 2 weeks, we were informed that the roads in cavite were closed due to the quarantine. But how come LBC can transfer it to another branch for pickup if the roads are closed? And we were asked to pay an additional fee for the transfer? I mean, what is this? Another payment for their failures? And they want us to come and pick it up to in their branch? This is their problem. If they cant do their job, then that means they are doing false advertising. Can somebody do something about this? This is really frustrating since that package is needed for work from home.

March 18, 2020 the parcel accepted at LBC Isulan branch to be shipped at Cotabato CIty. By April 2,2020 it arrived at Cotabato delivery Team. Unfortunately due to lockdown, it was not collected. when we try to collect the package, they said it was shipped to Manila!
Now both the branches Isulan and Cotabato were not taking responsibilities! we need the parcel to be delivered back to COtabato CIty so we can pick it up! They even said that we have to pay the delivery fee to ship the parcel back to cotabato city!

Last May 27, 2020, LBC MAKATI SENT A PARCEL TO LBC MIDSAYAP BRANCH WITH DOOR TO DOOR DELIVERY at ALAMADA NORTH COTABATO, but MIDSAYAP LBC BRANCH REFUSED TO DELIVER AND ADVISE THE RECEIPIENT TO PICK IT UP THE PARCEL OR OTHERWISE IT WILL RETURN TO THE SENDER. Please clarify this issue. Is LBC MIDSAYAP BRANCH DONT HAVE DELIVERY TO ALAMADA AREA?

2nd complained, Here we go again, another parcel same complained, the sender of my parcel confirmed to me that there is delivery DOOR TO DOOR Midsayap to ALAMADA, and again upon arrival dated June 30, 2020 of the parcel to Midsayap the lbc midsayap branch texted to pick it up the parcel or otherwise they would return the parcel to the sender and this time, we are determined not to pick up in the lbc store since the contract is door to door delivery and as per advised of the sender.Please clarify this issue? I am really dismayed with the service of LBC
Note: the road is passable from midsayap to alamada since the quarantine is lift up from ecq to gcq.

My item was picked up at Shopwise San Pedro Laguna last May 28, 2020. Tracking # 3120 4984 3126, expected ko within in 4 days papasok na sa bank account ko ang colletion. Pero 12 days na wala pa din, several times akong nag follow up sa LBC Waltermart Tanauan branch kung saan doon ko pinadala ang item. 3 times silang nag email and yet wala pa rin action na ginawa ang LBC. Yung hotline nyo palitan nyo na dahil hindi naman sya working. Then yung sa messenger nyo naka auto reply swerte na kung may mag assist. Napaka hirap mag follow up poor and worst customer service. May contact number naman ako sana tawagan naman kung ano na ba ang status. Pwede ba na sa Waltermart Tanauan nyo na ipadala ang collection kung nahihirapan kayong mag deposit sa Bank account. Nakaka disappoint na kelangan ko mag follow up pa mag check sa ATM tapos wala pa din.
