Iba nilagay ni shipper na item instead of Vivo S1 with orig charger, ang nilagay nya ay deffective at basag basag na Samsung A30 at sinabi nya sa nag transact sa LBC na lowbat lang ang phone which is di chineck ng staff .IT IS VERY CLEAR NA SCAM UNG NANGYARE. COP ung parcel kaya binayaran ko muna bago ko i unbox sa LBC din mismo at ayon nga marami nakita ang ung staffs nakawitness sa unboxing . Hinold ng LBC ung payment at parcel at proven na scammer si shipper. Ngayon since nasa rules na ni LBC ang refund and return process the day na un nag email daw si staff dito sa head/OIC nila pero until now wala pa daw reply and approval . Why it takes too long for this process of approval kung LBC staff na mismo witness at may proofs and evidence naman na.

Nagtiwala kami sa LBC na makakarating ng maayos at maganda yung mga items na aming pinadala sa kanila, pero sad to say, dumating mga powdered drinks namin na pangnegosyo sana na basag basag at wasak. Ang laki ng aming naging lugi at problema dahil dito. Una, nagbayad kami ng maayos kahit mahal yung shipping fee na siningil sa amin. Ikalawa, may nakasulat na fragile sa box namin pero bakit hindi iningatan. Ikatlo, hindi namin sariling box yung ginamit, nagmula mismo sa box ng LBC bakit walang pag-iingat ang ginawa ng mga nagdeliver sa items... Kakaistress sa part namin yung nangyari. Nagbayad kami ng napakamahal na shipping fee tapos hindi naman pala iningatan. Sana ibalik nalang sa amin yung aming nagastos tutal hindi na namin napakinabangan yung mga items at ang laki ng aming naging lugi dahil dito.... Sana po maaksiyonan niyo ito. Thank you po

Bat namn po ganun! sabe 3-5 days ang shipping ,manila to ilocos. peru 6 days na wala padin po❗❗ tas biglang sasabihin na di kasama ang saturday and sunday sa delivery day. anu ba LBC? ayusing niyu nmn trabaho ninyu. yan na nga lang pinagkukunanng pangbubay nmindi pa maayus trabaho niyu. at sana nmn po iniexplain nyu din sa mga costumers yung mga information tungkol sa mga araw araw na yan.

Just want to extend my DISAPPOINTMENT to one of your Employees in Moonwalk-Talon Las Piñas Branch. His name is Charlie.

I arrived before 3PM sa branch.Nakapila kami sa labas kahit sobrang sakit yung sikat ng araw. After an hour of waiting, nakapasok na rin ako sa loob ng branch. I placed the Meralco Bill sa counter then get my money out of my pocket but suddenly, CHARLIE said na may kaangasan," KANINO TO? SAYO TO? WALA NATO CUT-OFF NA". And then Nag next na siya.
So I was like,"Whaaat??? Seriously? After an hour of waiting and standing kahit sobrang init tapo sasabihin lang WALA NA? CUT OFF NA?
Yes given na merong CUT OFF time, pero THEY should have informed us or the People outside na they have cut off time for bills payment or they could have asked us kung sino yung FOR BILLS PAYMENT pra unahin nila. Or simply they should have PUT a SIGNAGE sa Door na , CUT-OFF time for Bills Payment is at 3:00PM only. Pero wala! Ang masaklap pa dun even a single SORRY from that CHARLIE, wala akong nakuha!.
You should not tolerate that kind of behaviour! Sobrang nakaka BASTOS at NAKAKA INSULTO!
Just because I wasn't wearing a fancy clothes or jewelry that day hindi niya ako I- entertain PROFESSIONALLY?????
Of all the LBC branches na napasukan ko, yun lang ang branch na NAMBASTOS sakin!!!


Btw, this incident happened last Week,June 30,2020. I am a single mother and very busy with my work kaya I wasnt able to report this immediately.

I tracked the package on line and it is still in sta. Rita. We asked LBC sta. Rita why it is not delivered but the answer is it is already. But til now the package is not received.
How can this happen? I've been shipping thru your company for many years and this happened only now. How incompetent is your employees.

I would like to file a complaint regarding the package I sent last June 18. The package contained a bicycle helmet that was declared Php500 worth. The consignee is Bon Cecilio A. Academia, and his address is blk 9 lot 8 Silliman Heights, Junob Dumaguete City. He got the package but received it badly damaged. I chose LBC because I have high expectations with this company. For this matter, I would like your good office to investigate this incident so I can fairly claim whatever I am legally entitled with. Thank you!

So, I've got these super important documents that is supposed to be shipped from Tuguegarao to Tabuk City, Kalinga...it's super important because we can't do our business without those policies...days had already passed and i checked the status in a Lbc branch but they said it was in Pampanga and was in Manila previously...why would my package be there when that isn't even part of the route from Tuguegarao to Tabuk kalinga?..why is my package being travelled around? i wouldn't even be surprised if it will go to Tarlac next...Pretty disappointed and upset because this is the only time I've experienced this service especially when the papers being shipped are very important

It happened today and yesterday!!! We were home the whole time today and yesterday. When I check the status of my shipment, it showed this message "We tried to deliver your shipment but house was closed and no one was there. LBC will deliver the next business day."
I will be filing a case for this crap!!!! I need my supplements and they lied about their tagging!!!! NO ONE IS DELIVERING MY ITEM!!!!

Hi,

Please assist sa expected delivery namin na napunta ng Cuayan Isabela last June instead of Cuayan Angeles, Pampanga.

Nobody is owning to the mistake made at wala na pong nagrereply sa messages at email namin.

Regalo po yun sa birthday ng anak namin last June 23, July na po at wala pa rin nagbibigay ng feedback at di rin nagbabago yung tracking since 19th June.

Sa inyo po mangyari yan ano po kaya mararamdaman nyo lalo na nasa ibang bansa kayo at yun lang ang way para sana mapasaya ang anak namin which ended up in disaster.

Please lang po paki update at deliver na yung package.

I requested for a package to be delivered in Taguig, as to limit outside exposure. The package was only coming from Makati. It was shipped on June 24, 2020. But come June 25, 2020 and there was a Delivery Failure! Not one single text or call was received in my mobile number regarding such delivery.

I followed-up with the sender regarding this, and they said that LBC will try to redeliver. Lo and behold, no delivery still until now. And there's this message in the tracking page where it says "Shipment is with a concern. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels." I tried their hotline 8858-5999, and it has "circuits are busy". I tried FB Messenger, and there was just the chatbot and no human response. I emailed them through custom***@lbcexpress.com, and no answer!

Sadly, this was my own fault, as I recommended LBC because they do have a brqnch in the same address as mine, and was overconfident that they can deliver with no issues. I didn't factor out the pandemic in all of this, but at least some communication should've been available.

We had a expensive cabinet shipped from Cebu to Leyte and on it’s arrival it’s been dropped and one of the legs is broken. I am not asking for money but a repair. I filled all the forms in and sent to customer(don’t care) LBC but no reply for over 2 weeks. I have sent numerous emails asking what’s the update and even called but NOTHING. we are prepared to wait until after the weekend but after that I will seek legal help.
