We paid for crating to ensure that monitors and other parts of the computer will be safe but when delivered it was packed only with a box without any protection considering that the package is fragile.When tested,2 monitors with damaged lcd.Please see uploaded photo below. Would like to file a complaint sa serbisyon ng mga tauhan didto sa lb tgu branch IT park cebu. Sobrang bagal kumilos it took us an hour to wait. Keep on talking walang paki sa mga naghihintay na customer.

Lbc i just want to ask why your staff in the branch didnt inform me or txtng that my parcel is already there.now it was return to semder? I am not a fortune teller to guest where is my parcel.pasong tamo gil puyat branch not updating.

My parcel that has been sent from lingayen last July 22 has been forwarded to Dumaguete Distribution Team instead to Tacloban Distribution Team since it should be delivered to Ormoc City Leyte ..Last Update of my parcel online as of last July 25 until now still forwarded to Dumaguete ! I think it's fine to make some mistakes but you should have send it back right away to its correct destination when it arrives Dumaguete but until now there's no new update no matter how many times I've complained to lbc branch about this issue What makes me anxious is that my parcel is PERISHABLE!!

Diko na kayo matiis madami na kayo nasira sa Negosyo ko. Ito nalang Pera na para sakin hirap na hirap kayo ibalik! Dami nyo atraso,dami kona nabayad sa SF tapos wala naman nangyayare, issue, parcel bukas, sunod naman di tumatawag mga delivery boy nyo tapos mag rereport ng mali mali, keso wala daw sa bahay yung tatanggap, eh sasabihin ng Buyer ko namumuti na mata nya kakaantay. Kaya wala nako tiwala sa Courrier na ito! Masisira negosyo ko sainyo at buhay ko sainyo dahil sa pera palang na deley babagsak negosyo ko sainyo.

Before pa maglockdown pinadala ng bdo yung credit card ko at ang magaling na LBC sa maling bahay dinedeliver. Pinachange address ko na kasi nakakahiya naman sa LBC na maling bahay ang dinedeliveran. July 24 nagtext na ang BDO na on the way. Every hour trinatrack ko sa website ng LBC, all of a sudden unknown yung recipient. San lugar niyo na naman pinadala yung credit card ko?! 4 na beses na to inabot na ng lockdown. Hotline niyo walang sumasagot, email niyo walang sumasagot, messenger niyo walang sumasagot. So pano niyo ibabalik yung credit card na inaabangan ko simula pa nung January. Pakiayos LBC!

We sent two boxes of LBC againts anniversary promo was picked up on June 2,2020. From that time on we are tracking but then only 1 box is visible in the system. We continously called LBC 2-3 times a week but customer service response are always we will check and call you back.. till this date.. only one call back we received from them,,WE WILL CHECK and call you back... almost 2 months has past. We are really frustrated because we dont know what is happening. In this present situation we are all expecting compassion and concern from our fellow filipinos hoping that our box will be found because we worked really hard for our families.

I sent a package via LBC COP last July 7, 2020. The customer picked up the item last Monday July 20,2020. The customer sent proofs (photos) that the Item was already received. But the branch where the item was picked up never marked the item as claimed. The branch was LBC Edsa Guadalupe and up until now the payment could not be processed since the item never changed status. Please Help!

July 1 pa nadala sa lbc branch somewhere in QC ang parcel ko.
Then til now July 23 wala parin. From QC to Sta rosa Laguna 1 month na??

2 times na ko pumunta sa warehouse nyo sa BANAY BANAY CABUYAO LAGUNA, and driver mismo nag sabi na hindi daw yon wrong address kasi suki nya ko. Pero binalik parin yun parcel ko sa caloocan kase wrong address daw. Perwisyo na ho kayo masyado sa customer.

Kaya kinabukasan JULY22 tumawag agad ako lbc at nag iwan ako ng contact number sabi ng LBC bukas daw deliver kaya naghintay ako sa bahay pero walang dumating na LBC mga 2pm tumawag ako LBC ang sabi sa report close dw bahay namin samantala nasa bahay lang naman kami kasi hinihintay nga dumating ang LBC pero wala naman tumawag na LBC at ang masama pa dun binigay ko ung contact number ko pero hindi naman tinawagan...magaling di ba..Good job LBC ipagpatuloy niyo yan ginagawa nyo....

I was expecting a parcel in LBC Paliparan 3 Branch in Dasmariñas City and waited for confirmation that it arrived in the said branch. And on JULY 15, I received a message from lbc express saying that i can pick up the parcel. I went at the branch JULY 16 Jn the afternoon and was entertained by this staff and said he cannot see my parcel and probably the warehouse had done wrong tagging. I told him to message me once it is sure that my package is ready for pick up. But I initially complain on him that why would a text reach me saying that its already in the branch though it’s not. So I went home without the parcel and wasting my time and money because the branch is one ride away from us. Then trying my luck again to get my parcel though the staff didn’t text me yet, i came at the branch again on July 19 before lunch. I asked if my parcel came on the same lbc staff and seen it personally on the pile of boxes outside the cashiers’ window. I asked this staff why he didn’t bother texting me while he committed to text if my parcel already arrived. He was very inconsiderate pa that he wanted me to take the last number of waiting customers. And he didn’t consider the inconvenience brought about by the inavailability of my parcel on July 16. And sarcastically said on my face “pumila ka at nakakahiya sa mga nakapila” and so i said “sa akin hndi ka nahiya?” And he never entertained me again. Giving ne an insulting look pa which I think I don’t deserve.

I’m filing this complaint for that staff, I didn’t get his name but I’m sure you can track it with the schedule of his duty at the branch and photo that i will attach in here. Your staff should have given the consideration I deserve and that’s because I’m exposed with people at branch several times and given this pandemic and the waste of time and money this incident cost me.

Poor customer service indeed!
