My package with tracking number 81133122994 was shipped before august 15 and up to now i still don’t have it and when i check your website there’s still no movement on your part! And whenever i call your hotline or send a message on your freaking facebook page they always tell the same thing “WE WILL ESCALATE YOUR CONCERN TO THE ASSIGNED TEAM” you have a very useless assigned team! u need that soon

The parcel/documents has been stocked in their Gumaca branch for almost 3 weeks and returned to sender afterwards. Saying a repeated message "Please expect delivery within the day" and another repeated message saying that "Shipment has issue. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels"
While other couriers has been able to deliver packages? No updates from the branch nor no reply on their Facebook page.
Please red the history in detailed at the link above.

COMPLAINT #5860 - Delivery Issues
Ang problema ko lang po ay ipinadala ko po sa lbc yung nirefund ko na item sa lazada. Kaya lang nung tinanong ko po sa staff ng LBC Camias San Miguel Bulacan kung kelan ko makukuha yung pera na nirefund ko. Ang sagot po sakin ni kuya kunin ko nalang daw ulit yung item at tatawagan nalang daw nila ako. Pero until now wala parin po akong natatanggap na tawag nila. Kaya muli po akong bumalik sa lbc kinabukasan para sa update. Pero sarado na po sila. Nakapagtataka lang po na ayaw yata nila ng responsibility para ganun nalang nila kadali tanggihan ang mga customers nila. Nakakalungkot lang po na inabot na ng cancelation ang item na dapat ay nairefund na noon pa. Pero wala parin po akong natatanggap na tawag mula sa kanila. Kaya ang pangit po ng service ng lbc Camias San Miguel Bulacan. Sana ay palitan ng yung staff jan ng matinong kausap.

Good day!
I just want to say that i am very disappointed to the staff of lbc robinsons big R branch..
Reasons:
My cheque that send to me from the office stays 1 week in that branch no one texted me that the cheque is already there so i can pick it up.. I follow up it on August 19,2020 they said that they will just texted me once it was there and then August 24,2020 i initiate to came in that branch and then they said August 17,2020 the cheque was already there so i ask why no one texted me? they answer me "HINDI PA PO KC YAN MAM NA SCAN" wat does it mean?.. I am so annoyed today because the cheque that i expected to encash is expired today August 25,2020..and it was cancelled by the bank.. If they only texted me upon receiving that document maybe I encash that cheque
.They should prioritize that kind of document, I am so dissapointed very disappointed..

Ask ko nag pick up bakit 615 to be collected eh byad n yun ang sisingilin nyo delivery fee na lng sabi ng courier nyo yung 615 n yun ay 450 worth at 165 n bnyad ko sa inyo kaya 615 sabi ko d yan sisingilin s nila paulit ulit me sf lang s knila.. Tpos now siningil nyo sila ng 615 pinabyran nyo eh byad na.. Modus b nyo yan. Dpat nyo iblik s akin ang pera ng customer ko d kau mgnda kausap.. Ayusin nyo yan.. Byaran nyo ko sf lang ang sa inyo hindi ko pina bebenta s inyo ang item n.pinadla ko.. Delivery fee lang kau.

The issue is , bakit yung LBC branch nyo here sa robinsons town mall malabon, opening palang ng mall , which is 10 am , ay cut off na ?
I understand naman foe the numbers of customers pero mahaba pa ang oras , dumating ako ng 10 am , pinanalik nalamg ako bukas ? How come ? Please sana may magawa kayong paraan for this matter ! Thank you

LBC Vistamall branch! Walang sistema. Mag punta ka man ng maaga buong araw pa rin ang aantayin mo!. One time nagpunta ako ng 9am dahil 10 am ang bukas ng mall at LBC. Pagkabukas ng malldun nagbigay ng number yung guard para sa mga nakapila papasok. Ang nakuha kong number ay 10. Pero anong oras ako naaccomodate ng LBC? Fucking 2:30 PM!!! I waited 4 and a half hours to be accomodated!. Pinagbigyan ko kayo. Ngayon may pipick uoin naman ako. Nagpunta ulit ako ng 9 am pero what the hell ubos na raw ang number! Papano nangyare na ubos ang number eh hindi pa nga nagbubukas ang mall! Asan yung ibang may number? Nandun sa mga bahay nila umuwe na muna habang nagaantay magbukas ang mall! That is fucking unfair lalo na sa mga pumipila sa labas ng mall at tapat ng araw! Dapat di muna kayo nagbibigay ng number hanggat di kayo nagbubukas! Pano naman yung mga taong pumipila! Sobrang walang sistema! Pati sa pagclaim walang kanumber number! Nagpunta ako ng 1 pm para magclaim at ang sabi nila sakin bumalik daw ng 4:30 pm. Edi bumalik ako ng ganung oras pagbalik ko sobrang haba na ulit ng pila! Ano nangyare? Edi pumila kami at kami ang huling inasikaso!! Sobrang kupad at tanga ng mga empleyado nyo LBC Vistamall Branch!! Lagi pang sira system nyo at di ko na maclaim ang pera ko! Magiisang buwan na!!!

Comment Same here. It was not delivered and dinala daw sa warehouse nila for storekeeping. And they want me to pay to return that to me? E diba nga dapat bigyan ng refund dahil sa poor service nila.

I sent my package Aug 5 in one of LBC branch here in Cebu city. The delivery date is Aug 8,bound for Bantayan Island.
I ordered in Lazada Aug 4 then showed it was sent to LBC on Aug 6. It is already Aug 21 the status of both packages is en route to Bantayan.
I had a chat with your rep last week, says it willbe delivered on that week.
Last Tuesday I had a chat again with one of your reps she said I have to wait 8-12 days. She cannot give me any other information.
Lex PH of Lazada can move the packages immediately. What about you?
Those are medicines for an old woman. My mother does not have her meds because you failed to deliver.
