The item that was delivered to me was incomplete, no splitter, 1 set of headset was missing. I informed the delivery man but he insisted that it was not fault. He said to me that 2 items were inside the plastic. So to proove that he was correct, i opened the plastic with the presence of 2 city traffic enforcer, barangay tanod who were on duty in our gate (because of lockdown, and we found out that there is only 1 box with 1 headphone only, 2 bubble wrap plastics were also in the box. It was really evident that somebody open and get 1 box of headphone. The first time I ordered from the seller was COMPLETE it was delivered by other courier. This is my first time to recieved item from LBC and it was really disappointed. I paid the exact amount for two items. Hope you will do an action for this. GODBBLESS!

It's been more than 2 months but we still haven't received the payment for a parcel that was already picked up by the recipient last August 19, 2020. I've been trying to contact your customer service thru your hotline, social media accounts, email and I've also been going to the branch back and forth since August to follow up and insist that the bank details are correct. We even gave new bank details last September 29 in the branch.

We even called our bank to ask what's happening only to tell us you only tried to deposit on August 24. That was the last time you tried to deposit, it's almost 2 months ago. It's really hard to get a hold of your customer service department and I feel like I'm being scammed because every time I get a chance to talk to your support, all they say is they will "escalate" and "follow up" our issue. For 2 MONTHS, that's all they've been doing and still no progress.

My seller shipped my parcel last August 5, 2020 at LBC Trabajo Market Branch. The package was bound to Batangas. The details of its LBC San Jose, Batangas branch is very clear on the Tracking Receipt. I was surprised that when I tracked the package after a few days, it was in Occidental, Mindoro. I called the attention of my seller then I called the attention of LBC through its Customer Service. It took them 3 months to return the package to the Origin Branch. In fact, as of writing, today is October 21, 2020, and the package still has not been returned to the Origin Branch (LBC Trabajo Market) My seller and I continuously call and went personally to the branch involve with those three months that already lapsed. At the LBC Trabajo Market, the staff there said the we should shoulder the Shipping fee to Batangas when the parcel has been returned. Why do we need to pay another cost when in fact, it was clear from the receipt the we indicated the correct shipping address and it was their fault they misrouted the parcel and brought it to the wrong destination. They should be liable for the cost of the re-shipping to the correct destination, not us. It was a fault on their part and it should be charged at their expense. Why transfer the liability to the customer? Is that the kind of customer service that they want to convey? It's not just and very improper. The staff there did not even said sorry for their fault and yet they want us to pay again?

They're just saying that they will email this, will check and just wait for the text confirmation but until now I haven't received the text message nor the payment yet.

If you could please check and get back to me as early as possible, I would appreciate it!

I made a COP delivery at the buyer got the item and paid it last 10/05. I called on 10/06 and was told it will be credited between 10/07 - 10/08. I called 10/08 and I was told it will be escalated and I will receive a phone call. I called 10/09 and said it will be escalated and they will follow up, but the rep hang up before the call end. I called in the afternoon and I was told I will receive a call in the afternoon. I received a text on 10/10 that I need to go to the branch. On 10/13, I went to the branch. They said they can't do anything and will escalate and send an email. I sent an email to customer service and commented on the page. I keep on calling, emailing, replying, and no one knows what happened to my money. Everyone is saying they will escalate. I was promised numerous times of a call back, but no one ever calls.

I visit this lbc branch because I will be returning a wrong item from lazada. At first, when they asked me what transaction would I like to make, and when I told them that I will be returning a wrong item from lazada, they became rude. I let that passed. But! When I am filling up the form, one agent told me "pakibilisan ate magllunch break kami". Then I was shocked because I was just starting to fill up the form. And then I asked that agent if he can say it one more time. He changed it to "pakibilisan kako dahil magddisinfect po kami" in a very rude way! I was really angry! And I am still! What is their position? Customer Associate?! Is that how you train your people?! Is that the proper attitude of a customer associate?! PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS! IT IS IN LBC ANGAT BRANCH AND THEIR NAMES ARE RALPH AND ADAN!!!! RUDE AGENTS!!!

We sent 4 boxes in LBC Warehouse in Hayward , Ca ... The 2 boxes was already received by respective consignees , but the other 2 boxes is no where to be found ... Online system update said it was transferred to the port , but that was more than a month ago and until now no update yet on the cargo package that we sent and customer service said we cannot find the where about of the boxes ... I made transaction with LBC-Dumaguete Real Branch last October 3, 2020 expecting that the package will be delivered on expected date which is on or before October 15, 2020 (1 to 2 weeks from the first transaction date whom the LBC personnel made clear to me).

LBC has established a reputation in terms of delivery services that's why I trusted them. However, as I continuously checked the route of the package it was sent to Tacloban when in fact it should be in Cebu City. As a customer, I paid and trusted the company to deliver the items safely and on time. Sad to say they failed. I hope that the company will take actions to this negligence.

Until now wala pa rin silang action na ginagawa. Nag send na ng request email to transfer ang delivery sa Salitran Dasma. Central mall and the LBC Sm Nova branch also did the same so that I can pick up the book of my son. Its a book that my son need for his online schooling but until now wala pa rin.. LBC what are you doing? Kumukuha kayo ng delivery partner nyo na ikasisira nyo.People will never trust your service anymore.

Nagpa deliver ako ng package, small lang tapos 1 week wala parin. Edi nag taka na ako. Yun pala mali ang pinag sendan ng package. Same city pero ibang pickup point. Edi nag tanong ako sa local branch namin sabi ko bakit nandoon, sabi nila nag kamali lang po ata o baka nagkamali si sender. Dinouble check ko sa sender tama naman so nag request ako ipadeliver sa branch namin nag email na daw sila. A week later wala parin progress. Tapos nag request ulit ako sa local branch namin. Tapos ayun na gumalaw na natuwa naman ako at nag hintay ng 1 week. Pero malaman ko dineliver pala pabalim sa drip off point ng sender. Napaka galing hindi dineliver tapos binalik pa sa drop off point. So nag request ako na ipabalik dito. Wala nangyayari everyday tinatanong ko branch namin everyday wala nangyayari. Nag message na ako sa Facebook, Twitter, Email at tumawag na din ako customer support. Sa tatlong yun customer support lang may sagot. Syempre tawag, sabi niya na forward na daw ang request sa main branch pero ano wala parin. Nakakagago e, kailangan pa ata puntahan ko nalang doon kung saan dinrop off ni sender. Nakakagago talaga nag bayad kami ng delivery para hindi naman makuha ang package na napaka liit lang naman.

I call your customer agent to book a pick up but sad to say no pick up man arrived. My god super delayed na ng parcels ko. So Tumawag ako ulit para manghingi ng update. Jusko yung agent nyo parang di alam ano ginagawa nya. Walang siyang alam. Please lbc train hard your agents. Di nila nasasagot ng maayos mga tanong ko at mukhang lahat antatamad sumagot ng calls. And please sana pag nag confirm kayo ng pick up ng ganitong araw sana pick upin nyo hindi yung papaasahin nyo customer nyo. Mygad lbc!!! Super nakakadissapoint kayo.

I arrived at exactly 3:50PM @ lbc poblacion mabalacat branch and was told that i can no longer claim
My package since they already have printed something and that they need to re print if they will allow me to claim my package— first, i received a txt message around 3:20pm. I travelled and even paid double just to arrive before 4pm. I begged but they don’t really care.

An hour ago just been to your branch ,GUINOBATAN ALBAY BRANCH , probably i arrived at your branch at 3 20 pm ,waited and lined up , had a transaction and asked one of the staff a guy ,how can i do COD ,he gave me 3 forms to fill up because i have to send my products to three people to different locations , its almost cut off when the branch about to close .i was filling up the forms , and waiting for my turn again to the counter ,while the guy continue to attend 4 customers behind my back ,so it was okay for me if i can get the last transaction . While waiting patiently sitting on the chair ,one staff a lady , ask me with an intonation and a tiger look in her eye.

Lady staff : sir magpapadala kayo? !!!
I said opo maam , she replied kanina papo kmi closed !!! With the same look and intonation , i told her that i was on the line before the other customer that is being attended . She replied again
Closed na ! Cut off na ! Bahala kayo diyan . !!!

Having heard her voice the way she talked to me ,i felt like being treated a TRASH, my heart was pounding because of her RUDENESS... But i just stayed humble though SHE MADE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE

,WHen the guy asked for my turn ,well im the last customer today ,its just okay BUT , the guy made a mistake not asking my product price and just charging my customer of the shipping fee ,195 pesos to pampanga, the other two product was okay.

I supposed not to complain ,i could just let the guy make a mistake like that ,i can just ask my customer to pay me in my account,

But the LADY STAFF in your branch ? NO! She really made my day ,SHE IS VERY RUDE ! UNFRIENDLY! NOT ATTENTIVE ! Im an OFW , couldn't return on my job trying to survive in this pandemic through online selling , i am always polite and friendly to the people around me and I WANT THAT BACK ,im just Asking RESPECT ... I hope this concern reach you and the company to do action regarding this matter

LBC GETTING THE RIGHT DETAIL ,FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE STAFF , that is im expecting next time thankyou and GODBLESS
