161845200444 this tracking number will show that the item was shipped out on September 1, 2020 bound to baguio city but it was misrouted to batanes. The iten is still there and tracking is not moving. Until know I still don't have the item and its already almost 3 months.

I may take a legal action coz this is some fault and error made by your receiving branch at sm san lazaro. Your tie up partner DSL has been very helpful even if the error was initially made from your end.

I trusted LBC to ship a package containing candles in tin cans and other products to my client somewhere in Laguna. I bubble wrapped it thick and bulky enough, that's for sure! Even so, my client sent me a complaint with photos as to how the tin cans were dented. I had to apologize for something that is completely out of my control and offer free replacement as I really shouldn't have. This would really hurt the name of my shop.


Another issue is that one rider i have encountered with, didn't bring any of the bags and boxes I paid for. Please be responsible, are people paying for your box just to use a box of their own??

Nov 17, nagpadala ako ng docs at the same day for pick up na rin ng items ko. It took us more than an hour na nakapila sa labas tirik ang araw dahil sa sobrang tagal ng process nila kada tao. when its my turn so real na mabagal talaga sila magprocess, you can relax inside sa sobrang tagal and unfortunately wala pa sa list yung item for pick up ko khit based sa tracking on website nasa branch na nila. So on thursday Nov 9 today, i was about to pick up again the item kasi hindi ko nga nkuha nung tuesday, and their cut off daw was 4PM nakarating ako sa branch nila ng 3:56 PM. when i entered sabi nila cut off na, i asked anong oras ba cut off nyo , " 4pm ", eh wala pa namang 4PM im not beyond ur cut off. madami pa kaming ippack, napaka-ungentle magsalita nung staff, its just one item, walang konsiderasyon. Hindi naman ako magtataka eh last time ngpadala asawa ko ng motorcycle parts, sf cost 700+ if box nila gagamitin, so nag ask husband ko if malelessen ba if own packaging nya , oo daw kaya naghanap sya ng box outside tapos ang ending same price pa din kesho sa dimension pala nagbabased ng rate, napaka-di marunong magbigay ng info mga staff sa branch na ito, sa katirikan ng araw naghahanap ang asawa ko ng box then same rate pa din pala lalabas . Please naman ! pakiadvise naman yung manager paki well trained naman mga staff dito or pakipalitan ng maayos kausap. nasa front sila they should treat their customer nicely, hindi yung wala silang pakialam. Thats it!!

They never deliver parcels to its delivery address even though it's not for pick up. Want us customers to drive a long way to get it by ourselves, they neither text nor call if parcel is already on hand. And always answer our question that "they don't know why the delivery man did not deliver our parcel" so irresponsible! My mom and I experienced the same thing over again. So it's time for me to complain about their worst service!
Arrived at 14th of November Saturday but they never deliver. We picked up today and that's all they say about their service which "they don't know why or whose assigned to deliver our parcel" Therefore, they are irresponsible and doesn't deserve to still be in the business industry of couriers.

Its been twice that i order in Lazada and im just wondering why Lazada trusted LBC express as a delivery partner i been waiting for my order from them and they just keep me waiting even i message them already and yet the there is no solution is this LBC Express management knows that they have so many complains about their poor service i bet no one knows and they do not take actions or ignore everything they keep on cancelling my orders and their reason is the system im very upset because i been waiting for my order for a long time

oh. ganyan pala talaga courier service nila kahit saan lugar. i experienced the same thing. its supposed to be door to door delivery. first attempt, di dineliver kasi consignee unknown daw. tinanong daw nila sa certain Reyes Family. e bakit sila mgrerely lang sa info nun e may complete name and address, contact number naman. saka deliverable naman area namin. and sinabi nila na di raw ako macontact..walang text or tawag ako nareceive. then sa 2nd attempt ng delivery nagfollowup ako, wait ko raw til 7pm ang delivery. bandang 5pm upon checking sa tracking, Lo and behold, iniwan sya sa Branch at for pickup na. ni walang tawag or text yun. basta basta na lang. napakairresponsible! and what’s worse e hindi sila apologetic sa kapalpakan nila. lagi sinasabi, hindi nila alam bkit nagingn for pickup, sa delivery hubdaw yun. hello you represent the same LBC. dapat mgcoordinate kyo sa isat isa. hindi yung customer/client pgaadjustin nyo LBC. kung ayaw nyo na mgcourier service e magsara na lang dapat.

The staff said that arrival of parcel might be 3-5 days, but more than 2 weeks passed, the receiver did not recieve any text confirming that the parcel has arrived already. Sadly, the item is perishable so the buyer/reciever do not want to pick up the parcel anymore thinking that the plant might died already which could be true. I paid 335 for the COd. I went to the lbc office and they said that parcel has arrived already in its destination but until now the receiver did not receive any text. My question is if I can refund the payment I paid for COD since the buyer doesn't want to pick the parcel anymore.

LBC Paliparan branch, mali yung address ni consignee nanilagay which is kokopyahin lng nmn dun sa form na sinulat ni shipper, mabagal yung service kc ng chichimisan muna bago mg trabaho, ng pm aq tru messenger which is di nya seen,, kaya ng effort aq bumalik ulit kinabukasan despite of having a work that day,, at nung pag balik q aq pa sinermonan na di ko ba daw na check?? Na check q nga ee kaya nga nalaman kung mali yung address nnilagay, dapat nga kau una ng checheck yan kung tama yung nilagay yung info base dun sa sinulat na form ni customer, db?

My balikbayan box pick up in my house at Aljunied Crescent Singapore last October 7 2020 by LBC Lucky Plaza but until today not reach family from Tarlac.

I follow up many times in Lucky Plaza agent cel no. 8125 7047 but neglected and no answer. After 28days I texted "Why LBC STAFF no follow-up? she replied She will follow-up but until today she cannot answer me where is my balikbayan box. Today Nov. 16 2020) I called hotline 800-101-2708 but the customer service told me they do not have record of my tracking no. 44200000014409. My bad experinced to LBC Lucky Plaza is unforgetable and nightmare. Please take action.

My 2 balikbayan boxes were picked up in Yew Tee last 10-Nov-2020. The other box was received in Phil warehouse 30th-Nov-2020 but the other box status still at Singapore warehouse. I called LBC hotline twice but they can’t give any information. I went to Lucky Plaza to check, unfortunately they do not have clear answer. They do not know where is the physical box. It’s almost 1 month now and still the status of the box is in Singapore warehouse.
I pray that the box was not stolen.
It is our hard earned money. We are separated with our family to give them some comfort in life. But, LBC do not have any concern to their customers.
Please is there anyone who can advise what government agency In Singapore who can help us to address this issue. We need to stop this. We pay LBC to get the things we have for our love ones.

September 24,2020 I sent a parcel bound to WES Canada at LBC talavera branch. It has been more than two months since then but theres no update in my parcel.Many times we followed up for an update in my parcel but up to this moment in time there is no clear answer from LBC.Even them they can’t locate where is my parcel now.I chose LBC knowing that they have a better service among other courier but I am failed in my expectation.I am badly needed my parcel to be sent to the consignee and get a favourable action regarding this matter.

November 1,2020 I sent a parcel going to WES Canada at LBC valenzuela branch. It has been 19days , since then but theres no update in my parcel.as per the instructions of lbc employee it will come after 3-5days. We followed up for an update in my parcel but up to this moment in time there is no clear answer from LBC. I am badly needed my parcel to be sent to the consignee and get an action regarding this matter.those were important document and the delay of my applications is due to lbc delay of service. Very much disappointed to lbc.

Hi,

I'm the receiver, and I've been tracking my LBC Balikbayan Box since time immemorial via their website, Facebook page, Facebook Messenger and email, but all to no avail. They failed to provide me with real-time updates, and they wouldn't provide me with the Bill of Lading number.
Sure, they respond but they're only focused on their scripts. They're not focused on providing the customers with clear answers and/or resolving their real concerns.
I hope this reaches their contact center director, or the best person who can do something about their representatives.

Good day!

We are expecting a parcel sometime last August 2020 from Manila. It was only recently that we came to know that it was for pick up. We were not even notified that we have a pending parcel although we frequently visit LBC and our offices are located only across the street. We badly need said document as it is very important. Unlike any other couriers, does your system does not include program which notifies receivers if they will have a parcel to pick up or notify the sender if the parcel shipped was not yet picked up? I was expecting a delivery from a provider post 1st Nov however delivery came early on 29th Nov via LBC, as was not aware there was no one in the house. No communication on missed delivery from LBC . On 2nd Nov I tried checking on tracking and found that they tried 2nd delivery on 30th but no one was there however that is a lie as that day we received another LBC delivery

Since then have called LBC 5 times and each time they promise that they will get it redelivered but no update. Also most of their customer services team is unresponsive and keeps on repeating one statement ... I would have spent 2 hours minimum last 1 week talking to different people . They also don’t transfer the call to supervisors , they start saying line is not clear

Got a mail from customer services but inspite of so many calls and each representative saying they are documenting my concern , the team from LBC is asking me my concern, plus unprofessional mail with no subject etc

I order in lazada a product and it cost 914 includes the payment in the lbc. I was confused... they message me that "Gud day mam/sir. Please claim y0ur parcel/package/docs ASAP here at LBC Maasin Delivery wareh0use,located at l0udie bldg.,kabar0y st,brgy abgao maasin city. We cann0t proceed on the delivery due to address is already out of our delivery z0ne. Thank u and godbless" so i go to the city and get it in the warehouse. But all of the sudden after i get the parcel i saw in it that its a door to door but they didn't deliver it. And they want me to get it ASAP?! if its not important i won't get it tbh. I paid for the fees but why they make us fool?! And the worst is after i get the parcel they message me that they will deliver my parcel knowing that i already get it. Or its just part of their trick for them on their laziness. I hope it will have a good inprovement of the deliveries. Thank you

I cant claim the money that was sent to me for a purpose. The LBC cotabato city branches keep saying that they are experiencing system breakdown. They'd also offered me to claim it in palawan express and i went to palawan express to do it but the palawan express said that they cant process it. My experience is so horrible and mind freaking because LBC Express have poor quality customer service plus having an oven type office! #hari_ng_paasa
