Based on LBC leadtime, parcel should be received before christmas, the delivery services lied by telling that our building was closed. The Globe Tower-Cebu will not close even lockdowns and/or ECQ. We have Antennas/ communication equipment/ Data centers inside the building. If the building will be closed. 75% of internet connections for Visayas and Mindanao will shut down.It's quite frustrating that their online track and trace lied to your client. This is not the only time that happened to my parcels.

The parcel has a very important document (gov't issued) that can be used for unlawful acts. Already emailed to their customer service as well Thank you.

I'm waiting the whole day for my parcel to be delivered at home, LBC only sent me an automatic message but the rider never contacted me. Neither a text or a call. Yet, I was doing a Ff up the whole day through your hotline. Upon checking after waiting the whole day. It has been claimed. I never received anything. Nothing has been delivered at home. Can you give me some explanation?

Since my parcel was picked up on Dec. 02
1. Online trucking never update.. the last time they update is when i already call the customer service to update because it seems my packages is not moving
2. LBC Malaysia always always deceiving the sender for false evidence on our update
3. Cant give the real update , their update always changing without the history . just simply superceed their previous remarks without knowing others.

Please see attached.

I want to know this if its true

Your customer service cant explain to us the real story because theres no real story coming from them
Now I want to know , Where is my parcel. Is it true that its already departed on Dec. 20 base on the text that they gave to me .

How can i expect that my parcel will arrived in Manila on the said date if the Depart confirmation here in Malaysia is still "Estimated "
means may possibly not yet depart and waiting for other vessel.

Almost 12 days since may client pick up and paid it on your center. Can you please make an action on this issue please.. My business was pending because of your delay remitting my payment collection

I send two boxes last December 23 bound for different addresses. 23rd, that early because we need to anticipate the 25th because these are supposed to be for Christmas day presents. From the booking and handing over the items in their branch, I made everything was made clear and so the booking was done properly. I checked the status of the orders on their website and it seems like everything is fine. Both boxes were received flawlessly until my customers nagged me on the 25th (night time) said they received the wrong orders, switched! Now I had to arrange a service to exchange the items and that alone was so inconvenient to me and to my customers and it made a bad reputation to my business.

So I had to send a report to in their email address. I sent it last December 25explaining the incident in detail and nobody from their end seems to care about my concern. What I did was to seek attention on their Facebook page telling them that I sent them an email, please acknowledge. I got a total of 7 agents replying to me in the comment sections, I don't know why they have to switch agents every comments but the problem is you have to explain to them one by one what happend they don't even read the origin of the concern. They just use generic copy pasted spiels. I just want to be compensated with the bug trouble they've caused us. I have all the screenshots of our conversation but I can't upload everything because this platform only allows 1 photo. I can send it in an email.

My package is already 1 week delayed to be delivered to me. When I check the tracking online, it always says that Shipment is with a concern and the customer care support told me that this due to consignee was unknown but the riders did not call me on the day of delivery.

Mayroong malaking butas ang balikbayan box ko. Hindi siya basta nabutas lang. Halatang hiniwa ang box, dahil yung butas kaya ipasok ang isang buong kamay. Ang pagkakasira ng box ay parang ipinilit ipasok ang kamay. Tatlo ang balikbayan box ko na hindi sabay sabay dumating, magkaka-ibang araw. Yung unang box na dumating may butas, after 5 days dumating naman yung dalawang box na may butas din. Parang hindi tama na magkaroon ng ganoong malaking butas sa dalawang box. Hindi rin ito masasabi na bumigay, dahil yung isang box na bulilit magaang lang buhatin pero nagkaroon rin ng butas. Itinawag ito ng LBC Dubai para ipaalam na may butas daw ang box. Ang sabi ng LBC Dubai sinuportahan nila ito ng tape pero wala namang tape na naidagdag, malaki pa rin ang butas. Ang tape na nakalagay doon ay yung tape na ako rin mismo ang naglagay noong nasa Dubai ako. Please do something about this. Nakakadalang magpadala sa LBC kung ganiyan ang mae-experience ng magpapadala sa inyo, nakakawala ng tiwala.

Nagpadala ako dec 10, from bicol.
- dec 11 pa nag sabi na please exect delivery within the day. Umabot n ng dec 16, wala pa din. So pumunta ako sa branch n pinadalahan ko. (Daet branch - j lucban ext.) Para ipa change address nlng. Siningil n ako ng bayad pra sa pag change ng address (walang resibo) at ang sabi mmesage nlng dw ako. Nag message nman sbi nairequest n dw nila ng change address na at mrequest n wag na singilin yung payment kc nga hnd nila nadeliver n ang rason e wrong address dw. (Ang alam ko dto pag hnd nila mahanap or makontak. Ttawag cla sa sender katulad ng sa la union branch. Tumawag muna sila kc hnd dw maontak ung number ng magrereceive, pero hnd nila ginwa). Pero lht ng naipadala nmnin sa address n un nkkarating nmn.
Tpos bigla dec 17, nahanap nila address. E yung magrereceive nakarating n sa dubai,
Kaya nga pina change address nlng.
Walang coordination. Mabagalang service. Bayad nman. Sama pa kausap ng manager ng taguig lbc branch.
Pag ttakpan pa e kita nmn n sa record.
To LBC management. Ayosin nyo po tao nyo. Hnd n nkasatisfied ng customer. Nang abala pa.

I wanted to express my great disappointment with LBC. November 11, 2020 I personally brought my items to LBC main branch here in Qatar for Aircargo. I was then informed that the next schedule for shipping is on November 14 to Philippines. November 25, I expected that my balik bayan box already arrived in the Philippines but upon tracking my box to my disappointment, the shipment status is showing "Nov 11 shipment is accepted". So then I called every number I know that is linked to the branch here in Qatar, I even contacted through the fb account. "Ang tagal nilang makontak sa main branch " and then to find out that my parcel is indeed still in the branch due to the new customs policy. "Wala man lang pasabi sa akin". Fast forward, finally in the evening that day someone contacted me and then able to submit the requirements on November 26, 2020. Few days later I then received that my shipment will be expected to arrive on December 7, 2020. Today, December 17, 2020 my shipment status is still showing "December 10 en route to Butuan". And to my biggest disappointment, I was informed that they don't still have update yet since my Aircargo box was being shipped via RORO - sea transportation. Didn't I pay for Aircargo for faster shipping? Very disappointed that I have to keep on tracking and asking LBC about my cargo. Very poor service. Worst experience. Very time consuming and very stressful indeed.

I have contacted your help desk on several occasions with regards to the time it as taken to deliver a LBC box from the UK to my address in Bohol, so far it as taken in excess of 100 days, the box is now showing in on your official track &trace site as being in Cebu it as been there since the 8th December 2020, I have sent several emails to your help desk the last one on the 13th December 2020 requesting an update on when it will be with your Delivery team in Tagbilaran city Bohol and they have failed to respond as they did with the previous email.

I understand that due to Covid 19 there are some delays but I have been using you for over ten years and your average time to reach me here in Bohol is eight weeks? The box was collected on the 2nd September 2020 in the UK and still not arrived here at my address in Lila Bohol, There are plenty of ferries operating from Cebu to Tag city Bohol fast ferries only two hours by sea, and Lite shipping fives hours by sea, This box as all the Xmas presents for family and their children, from the beginning of September till now is not acceptable, and for your help desk failing to respond to my enquiry of when it will be here in Bohol is not what I expect from LBC and no way to treat a long term customer.

Please respond to this complaint and advise me of when I will be getting delivery of my LBC box? as i don't want to have to explain to children and family why they do not have any Xmas presents?

Please note: I am willing to pick up the box from your depot in Tag city.

December 2 night I give my SPA document to your staff without explaining to me and tell me the truth because I need my document to send urgent but one of your staff told me that they have their schedule today and he offer me the regular fee instead of express he told me the same they receive my document for 7days so did not pay the express payment because he told me that the same December 8,, 2020 I went to your office to follow my document and one of your staff told me that my document is already in the philippines I ask my sister to check again and she told me she check the tracking# Is still in Jeddah yesterday dec 13 I went there to follow up again in the staff told me that there is a problem between the dispatcher in the philippines in here in Jeddah there is a cancellation of flight a lot of liar history my point is why he didn't tell me the truth so I will make another action because the time is running and this is not a joke and now again your staff told me that yesterday evening there is a schedule of flight again and your staff assured me that today my document arrived in the philippines I ask to your staff that dont liar to me and tell me the truth because my document is very important and they need urgent to receive my document that's why I sent it a head of time now my sister told me my document is still in Jeddah in I check also for my self I call your staff for his celphone number he give it to I'll try to call many time unportunately did not answer my call I call and I send message to his wattsup still not answering really I'm really really disappointed for this happen my document is pending until now in they need this urgent I will go to your office again to get my document in will make a complain to the higher authority because really this is not a joke I waste my time for nothing this is not right and this is not really acceptable...
