Una, tumawag ako overseas tapos puro leave a message, walang sumasagot.
Pangalawa, stressed na ako, kasi di ko na matrack so tumawag ako dito sa SG office, ang sabi sakin hindi raw mahanap yung bahay namin. Kasi wala raw subdivision na nakalagay. WALA naman kami sa subdivision at wala naman nakasulat sa box tapos yun ang hinahanap nila.
Pangatlo, kinonfirm yung number ng tatanggap. Sabi ko, isa pang concern ko yan kasi kanina pa naghihintay yung nanay ko ng tawag ng magdedeliver pero ni isang ring wala. So hindi talaga sila nagbigay ng effort na tumawag man lang at tanungin at hanapin.
Pang-apat, yung customer service ni hindi man lang nag apologise sa nangyari parang sila pa yung naaabala. HAAAAY!!!

Waiting for nothing is very exhausted, For almost 1 month and half, since waiting for my item to arrive to its destination. Ilang beses pa balik2x at ilang beses sinabi ng teller na hindi pa raw nakarating, at nang dumating siguro, wala man lang kaming text na nareceived ano bang serbisyong meron kayo. At ang pinakasakit sa lahat ng sabi teller na binalik daw yung parcel namin at ilang beses na namn kaming paulit ulit bumalik sa branch kung saan kami nagpadala tapos kanina pagpunta namin biglang sinabi na e tinapon na daw nila. Yung pera na binayad ay pinaghirapan yun tapos yung items na ipinadala namin ay napaka importante nun dahil mga papers yun ni mama para makakuha ng PCA, tapos tinapon lang

i was waiting for my parcel to delivered it on december 6, 2020 since it was sunday i was expecting no delivery that time but still im hoping it to delivered it in my house. on the next day monday it is also holiday, therefore there is no delivery. on wed i checked it on lbc outlet at velez to verify my parcel then the teller told me that the parcel had already delivered door to door yet i didnt recieved any of it. so they instructed me to go on the other branch which is at corales lbc. when i asked the teller to trace where did my parcel go, they answered me that they already hand it. then the incharge called the delivery man and asked where he delivered the parcel the delivery man explained everything to us that he already hand it blah blah blah. i told him why he gave the parcel to the person without even asking for any documents as a proof that he/she is the owner. i invested a lot of time waiting for nothing. there is also no confirmation text to atleast inform me regarding the parcel, also they didnt even bother to call when they are about to deliver it. i really trusted lbc because for how many years they are excellent in giving services

Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro Delovery Team. I was waiting for almost 2 weeks to receive my package. I also visited the LBC Hub to check if my package arrive. But then I suddenly got a notification that my package was failed to deliver. I was at my house the whole day. I made sure to INCLUDE my exact address with COMPLETE LANDMARK. But have not see any LBC delivery. I'm so disappointed considering it took a lot of time to receive the package and I was not contacted, NO FORM of communication coming from the PINAMALAYAN delivery team aside that they will deliver and they DID NOT.

Comment Same thing happened here. I waited for over 3 weeks only to find out that my package can no longer be delivered because i refused to accept it daw. How could that be when no one from delivery team appeared in front of me or even made an effort to contact me. Reason: customer reject at doorstep...that's a big lie! I've been waiting for that item because i badly needed it and i already paid for it for faster processing sana. Pero sobrang nakaka-disappoint lang at nakaka-stress. What a poor customer service LBC! Ive been a loyal customer of lbc since I have an online business. This is the first time that I was not satisfied and been furious. I was supposed to pick up more or less 8 parcels for my business at 330 PM today but was told to come back tomorrow since it's already cut off.
I tried asking for consideration since my vacant time to pick up my deliveries was just now since I am working and at the same time full time mom with no help and running a small business. But the person at the counter just said "yun lng cut off na kasi bukas na lng po." Then, I also explained that I had to travel 30min just to get there but the man which I believed was in charge of getting the packages to be shipped said that," madami dyan galing din sa malayo na nakapila." I understand that its cut off time yes but they have to be polite enough to refuse my request. They can say naman, "sorry po maam cut off na po kasi. Balik na lng po kau bukas."
Well I rest my case, I am in at the point of making a decision whether to continue using your service. I have been unsatisfied and humiliated for the first time with a bad customer service.

As per picture attached, nagpadala ako (though ate ko ang nakipagtransact with lbc) ng used cellphone on october 22, 2020. Week passed and my brother did not received the item. Pumunta sya don sa isang branch to ask about it, nung una, wala raw yung item and deliveryman ang nakakaalam dun (wala po bang sistema regarding this? To pinpoint who is the delivery man and to check where exactly it is and also given na big company, I believe there is somewhat internal control to avoid this) on the 2nd time, they admit na nawawala yung item and offered to just pay the declared value of the item (something is fishy with this, parang sinadya, ganun lang yun? As if No accountability given na pinagkatiwalaan ang LBC to deliver the thing. Disappointed customer here). I sent email regarding this, they replied that the matter is being looked into. My brother asked me to follow up the matter on the Oceana branch. Since I got sick, it took me almost two weeks to go to the branch. Upon going there and presenting my receipt, it is as if they are well-aware that there is really something wrong with the item. They said that they will officially file the matter and advised me to wait for a call. I asked until when should I wait, she said 2 weeks and if i got no call, i should contact the number that she gave me, she did not gave me here name, her reason is that, lahat naman ng staff dun may access sa phone. Two weeks passed and no call at all. I texted the number to follow up about the matter. and got no reply. Today, my sister go there to follow it up. They insist that I should have called instead of texting. (Really? Are they too busy to not be able to read some texts and looked onto the matter? Walang custodian/ assigned personnel for that? It might be my error not to call, but text is still a mode of communication and i was able to address my concern and I have provided the track number. I think you should stop blaming your customer, we wont file for any complaint if the promised service was satisfied) . Until now, the answer we got is, they will investigate the matter. How long should we wait? Really? So slow,a month has passed. I believed the thing will not be lost if your personnel can be trusted and I think the item being lost is "sinadya". I hope taht proper sanction and penalties will be applied to those personnel who were in bad faith.

How do I get a medium balikbayan box delivered to my son's address in Novato, California so he can ship much needed items to me? I would just like to ask something.This happened today.My mother went to LBC branch MAMBAJAO, Camiguin, to ask regarding my LBC balikbayan boxes.We just want to inquire when is the delivery of the boxes to camiguin since we traced it and we foundout its already in cagayan de oro delivery team.The employee then informed my mom that they don't have any information regarding this because it is the LBC Cagayan de oro will deliver it.So my mom asked for the contact number of Lbc Cagayan de oro then the employee told her that they are not allowed to give the number.My concern is, is it really true or it is written in your guidelines that employees has the right to refuse to give the Contact number of a particular branch to track the boxes? Is it not the right of the customer to ask or call regarding our LBC balikbayan box??

Twice na pong nangyari na delayed po pinipick up ung parcel po sa LBC Waltermart Paniqui Tarlac..... Nasisira po ako sa client ko po, lalo na mga Vietnam Rose Cuttings po pinapadala ko. Since marami na po ako napa ship sa LBC,pero inirereklamo ko po ang delayed pick up pa sa waltermart branch. Sino po ba responsible sa pag pick up po para di po madelay ng ilang araw ang delivery po.
