My package was not sent to the nearest LBC branch. My package has a complete address: Brgy. Sindalan, San Fernando, Pampanga. How come they sent it to SAN MATIAS?! This is not my first time to pick up my item, and again, my package has an address. So they have to send the item to the nearest branch, not to the branch they want! First of all I hace been sending my parcel to LBC 15yrs already to all my COD And COP transaction. This time when I moved to Marilao Bulacan, I used to send my parcel in Sm Marilao. I would like to file a complaint inregards with ths staff of Sm Marilao LBC. This is the only branch of LBC that do not send a message to the sender once there is a return item. Metro Manila LBC are sending messages with in 10 days to claim the return item.
They are rude and no information from them plus they said my parcel is in Pasay? WTF where in Pasay staff of LBC dont know where in Pasay City is that normal that if ypur working in LBc you should know what will be the process.
No one is helping where to get my parcel.
Poor customer service. Plus once if the LBC staff had mistake for inputing a name why we have to go to the branch where we send the item? What if ur from Cebu and you fly out in Manila the item wasnt recieve why we have to go to Cebu City and fly there to followup and fix the problem which is staff of lbc mistake why we have to go to Cebu and fix is there anyway we can fix in Nearest LbC????
We will file a formal.complain if this is not fix in behalf of everyone has complain here.

Take note,pinabayaran pa sa amin ni LBC Ng 210 pesos Yung bubble wrap na Hindi naman namin kasalanan binabble wrap agad Nila without telling us Kung magkano babayaran. I just wanted to express my unsolicited rant, that I am utterly disgusted with the way you handle your customers. I admitted that it was my first time to avail of the COP cash refund service, and instead of providing me instructions properly, this particular staff of yours had the nerve to throw attitude after not even explaining well the procedure behind the said service. I tried my best to be polite still, since she looked like she had a rough week anyway. But seriously LBC? Where do you get your employees? Do you even train them? I guess not. She obviously looked like she needs to learn a thing or two about customer service. I think even all your other staff should as well. Sa mga taga Parañaque, I recommend LBC sa Puregold Sucat or sa 3/F SM City Sucat, if you don't want to be insulted by these staff members. I, atleast, know better to travel further nalang to avail their services than going back to this branch.
And as for you, ate gorl, you obviously didn't need to raise your voice at me, you obviously didn't need to insult me silently under your face mask, and you obviously didn't need to "dabog" infront of me, especially when I didn't even do anything wrong. Yes, I was confused at first but you didn't need to insult me of not following instructions when you can't even relay it properly yourself. I received a text message last January 23, 20221 (Saturday) and it says, " We will deliver your package today. Pls. prepare exact amount of P246.00. For queries, call 02-8858-5999. Thank you. (Trackingno.:98100002157586)." I was not expecting them to deliver the item since I know that LBC do not deliver packages outside Virac, Catanduanes. Plus I was in Bagamanoc on the 23rd of January so I cannot pick up the item. On the 25th I forgot to claim my package at LBC Moonwalk, Virac, Catanduanes. Today, January 26 around 1pm I went to LBC Moonwalk, Virac to claim the said item. I was informed that the package was sent back to the sender yesterday, January 25, 2021. I asked them why it was sent back already? It was just the 4th day (including Sunday) since I received their advisory bout my package. She replied that the package arrived on the 20th of January, she doesn't know why I received their text message late. I asked again, why did not they inform me that my package will be sent back to the sender? The supervisor replied, that they sent me a message but ?I did not just received it. I asked for a proof but they cannot provide any.

COMPLAINT #11313 - Delivery Issues
I sent the package last December 16, 2020 from Isabel, Leyte to Bayog, Zamboanga del sur. It was explained that it may take 2-3 weeks before it can be delivered. I keep on tracking my package and it was already at Buug, Zamboanga del sur last December 23, 2020, Buug is just 30-45mins away from Bayog. After 3 weeks there was still no new update on the location of the package. I called LBC customer service for update. I was told that the area was out of their boundary, however, I rebutted that the first package I sent has successfully arrived two weeks after sending it. They verified the address for redelivery. 3 days passed still the item was not delivered, so I called lbc hotline the 2nd time and they told me that the item is already on the way to Bayog, that was January 15, 2021. However, until now no package has been received. I tried calling Buug Office for more than 5 times yet no one is answering. I messaged customer service using their email address yet I did not received any reply. I am beyond disappointed and I would really want to escalate this concern to the higher office.

No customer service. Handled customers who came after me. Did not know or pretended to not know how to read the measuring tape to measure the dimensions of my parcel. Said she changed the measure in her computer so I could pay less. I don't want employees to tamper on my parcel's info to appease a customer.
