Tracking number 173385463591. This was place for shipment since March 28. Up to now, it's yet undelivered. LBC is suppose to contact the receiver if they are having issues that the delivery address is on lockdown but didn't even attempted to call the receiver. I was informed the receiver is capable of receiving deliveries since April 4 but has NOT receive any calls from LBC.Receiver can't pick it up from the branch. Its suppose to be delivered and recepient should be contacted for any issues.

Hi, i've been waiting for my parcel since march 24 and I expect na you will contact me since nakalagay naman po doon yung contact information ko. Kung hndi pa ako nag follow-up sa Sendee ng parcel ko hndi ko malalaman na nareturn na pala yung inaantay ko. Very disappointed.

This is not my first time to encounter their rude attitude at the branch so i decided to take some actions..

I tried to be friendly to them so atleast i can get some smile on their face and a little kindness.But i was wrong..i own a online page but just started to offer a COD & COP which LBC is offering.I send parcles almost everyday and i’m really trying to understand them but with the way they talk to customers is really something bad.they are not profesional dealing to customers and you can feel that they dont love their job.

Tagalog lang para maintindihan ni ate girl APPLE JEAN ESCOBAR. wag kang mataray at arogante sa mga client nyo.pag walang client WALA KANG TRABAHO, madaming courier service na pwedeng gamitin. Sinasayang mo ang effort ng Marketing nyo at binabayad sa mga advertisement para dumami ang client nyo tapos ikaw APPLE JEAN ESCOBAR ang haharap, malamang hindi na uulet ang client na magpadala using LBC.
Naka assign xa sa CITYLAND 10 Tower 1 branch.

Same here sa tandang Sora Branch. They don't know what customer service is. Unang una kung napapagod na kayo dahil sa dami ng nagpapadala sa inyo it's not our fault we the customers trabaho nyo yan first and formost alam nyo ang pinasok nyong trabaho. Utang na loob dapat laging maayos kayong makipagusap sa customers nyo kasi kung wala kayong customer walang ipapasweldo sa inyo. Nakakabwisit lang akala nila mababang uri ng nilalang ang kausap nila kasi yon lng ang afford magpa lbc. Kahit pulubi pa yan o presidente ang pumasok sa vicinity nyo dapat kausapin nyo ng maayos.

Hello! I just want to complain regarding my Lazada return parcel which was no yet shipped up to now. I have dropped the said parcel on March 10, 2021 at LBC SM Downtown Tuguegarao Branch. However, upon checking on the given tracking number, no record cannot be found. I have reported the incident to the said branch awhile ago but still no record was found that shipment has been made. There has been a negligence in handling the parcel that's why its nowhere to be found. Lazada has declined my return because no parcel was delivered to them. I can no longer refund my payment with Lazada. Please address this complaint. Thank you!

Tracking no 1734 2257 3919. Transacted on March 19,2021. 11:30 am.
I called up customer service last saturday, March 20 to deliver the package to LUCBAN QUEZON branch for pick up and it was mentioned that it will take 2 to 3 working days.
March 23, Tuesday it was delivered to Mauban branch (wrong sent) So I communicated customer service again and complained. The cust agent stated that she will just call Mauban branch and will ask them to deliver it to Lucban branch since it was only 40 min away.
I was expecting that the next day it will be delivered. March 25 thursday, I was hoping that the package will be at Lucban branch but it was still at Mauban branch. I made a call again at cust service and complained. The agent said 2 or 3 days it will be at Lucban.
Today, March 27 I rang customer service again and to my surprise it was still at Mauban branch. It seems that the e -mails of the customer service dept are not being read by Mauban branch. There are no phone numbers available too.
The package must be received on time bec it contains supplement needed by the receiver.
Your service is so chaotic. I want it fixed immediately because it is already 8 days in your hands.

We are here in Trinoma and one seem to be old lady personnel in LBC help us to remit our money. I am encashing the money using remitly. The old lady personnel told us to wait until 7pm due the remittance offline. We are in a hurry and we have priorities too. Making us wait until we get our money is crucial. Dont what tikeframe will it be online. Beside the old lady personnel told us that there is nothing we can do but wait because the remittance reference already added in the system. Please help us do something about this lady who is rude and vert arrogant and sad part is she dont care about if we are waiting or not.

We would like to complain the neglegence of your Employee named CARREN TUMBUKON of LBC Gaisano Kalibo Branch, Roxas Avenue extension , kalibo, Aklan

Which she wrongly encode our CASH ON PICK UP Transaction as Regular Shipping.

I hope for an immediate action with this complain with the neglegence of your employee so that it will not done another problem again in future transaction with other clients.

This made us a lot of problem she has done with us.

My parcel tracking no. 98100002912846... 1st day nagtx LBC drting ang 1609php na item ko. delivery man came and said the parcel was 1900 but actuali its 1609. Sabe nya babalik nlng daw sya. We waited for whole day na d dumating. I filled up d form sa lazada kc attempt delivery daw unsuccessful. 2nd day, kahapon, nag tx namaan ang LBC same txt. We waited d whole day dn kahapon, wala, naganga. Andoon na naman if gsto q daw mdeliver fill up ako ng form. Haynako. Next tym mag oorder ako, chechek ko if cno deluvery partner nila kasi pag LBC, i will not order to that shop...

Last time i went to lbc to get my salary, i presented my TIN ID and they accepted it, but today the staff even got mad and said that she'll start a quarrel ( aawayin niya ako ) if i insisted like the other customer did because of an ID, this is the 2nd to 3rd time that theyre being rude. the branch location San Vicente Santa Rita, Pampanga. nakakasawa na napaka arte nila! ang panget pa ng way of service nila!

One of the employees of your Branch in LBC San Jose Gusu, Zamboanga City needs to be reminded about treating their customer rightly. Me and my sister (on different occasions) got this disrespectful treatment from this female employee. She shouts at customers (or pabalang magsalita) and treats them like she's their boss. She doesn't listen and simply replies at nanghahamon ng "Kasuhan niyo ako, magreklamo kayo, wala akong paki-alam" etc. My sister on a different occasion (she herself also had an argument with this employee) said this female staff was very disrespectful to customers na nagtatanong lang dahil nga walang alam and she replies irritably and pabalang. This kind of employee destroys the company's image. Hope you can tame here attitude.

Good day!

Regarding my shipment under tracking number 173407929861. I already contacted BDO customer service twice and they already follow up the LBC to ship my cc. Unfortunately, LBC Express Inc didn't response because when i track my parcel it was there in LBC Facility Manila how come my parcel was there supposedly it should be with Pasig Pateros Team right? And until now since March 17, 2021 they did not dispatch my parcel! Please do the needful to deliver my cc, almost 1week now. I need my parcel as soon as possible so please tell to your delivery team to dispatch in my home address, i already gave and note to BDO my mobile no and landmark. LBC should know my home address coz i received a lot of parcel thru LBC and i received my passport recently and it was deliver thru LBC as well. Thank you.

I would like to complain about the delivery.

Last March 19, an item was delivered to our apartment. And our neighbor received the item. However, the delivery man WAS NOT INFORMED us that the parcel was delivered (either text message or call, he does not inform us). Because of this, our neighbor just put this parcel in our window, and was mistakenly identified as a garbage. I recently discovered that this item was delivered when I go to the nearest LBC branch, and it was said to me that the parcel was delivered last March 19.

My point is, PLEASE inform us (either text message or call) if the parcel is already delivered to us, since we are expecting a delivery from LBC. And please do not give an item to anybody when delivering, without proper consent from the receiver. I was very very disappointed in your service, hindi ko man lang napakinabangan ang item.

I hope that this will not happen to your other customers.

My package tracking no. Is 98100002912846... everytime i checked on it or track it, it says its already at CDO city. Expected date was march 18 2021. Just today, was shocked to see a word DELIVERED dated marxh 14 2021... lukuhan po ba? Iv waited and waited, un nlng kokompleto na package ko at makakuwi na q samin, pero wala ponpla ako hhintayin. Kaya po pla lagpas na sa date kc ewan kng san nila gi deliver ang package ko ... badly need it pa nmn eh un pa tlga ang nwala...

March 6 2021, lbc pototan branch texted me that they will deliver my parcel that day and I waited the whole day but nothing arrived. At first it's fine because it happens sometimes. but then 3 days after, I recieved another text saying that they will deliver my parcel again so I waited AGAIN and no one arrived. So that's the time i went suspicious. I tracked my parcel at the lbc website and then it stated there that at the first attempt to deliver, no one knows me at the address they went on while in the second attempt, our house is close. And from that, I knew they're lying. it's either the delivery guy went on the wrong address (which is impossible because I included our business location in the address I gave them and everyone knows about it) or they are just simply lying. So I went to lbc pototan branch office after 3 days of the second failed attempt to get my parcel by myself (because it seemed like they don't have a plan to deliver it) but when I got there, THEY CAN'T FIND MY PARCEL AND THE DELIVERY GUY IS ABSENT. and I asked them why they can't find my parcel because it is supposed to be delivered along time ago right? I waited for almost an hour because they're still finding it and ofcourse I complained why their system is like this but they can't answer. another worker said maybe the delivery guy brought my parcel home and I was like CAN THEY DO THAT?? and they're just silent and I am pissed and annoyed and mad that time. and they just told me to go back cos they can't find my parcel. gosh so irresponsible workers. LBC, please you have to provide good service for your customers and these people in pototan won't give that to us. THEY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE, LIAR AND LAZY. We deserve better.

March 8 pa po ako nagpadala at hanggang ngayon ngayon wala PA po Yung Pina deliver ko 10 days na po mula ng nagpadala ako at pag nag track ako NG delivery ko ay nasa buug lbc branch pa hanggang ngayon ilang araw pa Kaya bago ma deliver dito sa amin, maayos po kami nagbayad Para sa delivery namin.
