I complain julie carmela mateo for not inform customer in the transaction. Actually this is not the first time that i visit in the LBC NORTH EDSA THE BLOCK BRANCH. Only she is disappointed me. But the other staff is good.

we receive a text msg fron lbc tacloban that there no living on the address we give butthe reciever was thre and after tracking it the nxt the reciever try to pickup the parcel but was directed to lbc tacloban warehouse upon reaching they said they deliver it already the parcel was recieve by other people in the given address we just request your staff not send msgs like that they have try to deliver it yet it cuose truoble to your regular cutomer thanks

I shipped 2 parcels from Taguig going to sorsogon last April 17 and both arrived at Legaspi Branch last April 18. Unfortunately, only 1 parcel arrived at sorsogon. Been calling and sending follow ups with customer service and the only status they can provide is that it is still for verification, that they are still tracking the whereabouts of the items until yesterday that they informed me that it is already declared as lost. I have already informed the customer servive that WE WILL NOT ACCEPT REFUND. WE WANT THE PARCEL RETRIEVED. I have here photos of the parcels and copy of receipt. We are hoping that you do necessary actions for this. We are hoping for an update within 24 hours or else will escalate this to media. Attached is the photo of box that is missing.

This man is not a presenter, he's a racist animal. His behaviour towards black people is disgusting. It's not the first time he has done this and because you won't do anything towards taking him off air, he continues to disrespect and abuse black people. He's not alone, you allow Nick Ferrari and Ian Payne to do the same. I was very disturbed and disgusted to hear Andrew Castle shout at Nimco Ali on his show on Sat. 1st of May, 2021, when she tried to discuss a very important health issue regarding black people but which the failed tennis star, cut abruptly, in order to discuss Boris Johnsons bedroom tactics and when Nimco informed him that she was not there to discuss that, he laid into her aggressively, like he does with all black people, shouted at her, then cut her off. He obviously suffers with his nerves and should not be given such a position and be able to use it to promote his own far right antics. He is disgusting and you need to start listening. He actually should have had a call in regarding the subject raised but because he hates black people so much, he went on to talk about something else, which was not even relevant. When will you start taking notice of the complaints we make about your racist presenters? No one should ever have been subjected to what he did to Nimco Ali on Saturday. Disgusting, simply disgusting. Your presenters do not need to be racist to become popular, which is what they do. "Shock Jocks" are not necessary in 2021 given the fact that life in it self, is already providing us with enough topics to discuss. If your presenters are still using this method to gain popularity, they are failing in their role. The fact that LBC does not have one permanent full time presenter of colour, speaks for it self. Even some of your producers are racist by racial profiling callers who want to air their opinions.

This is about your office in Saipan Garapan and chalan laolao branch..
Your staff c Romy Quizon and the other staff who pick up balikbayan box,I forgot his name...I called yest.June 30th2021 many times In chalan laolao branch.,but no body answered the phone.so I called Romy in Garapan branch.
He said he will call the other branch.So I called again today in chalan laolao since 9 am to 10 am,nobody answered the phone 234 9013.thinking may be will open at 10 am. I calledRomy againAt past 10 a.m.to follow up if he notified the other branch,Romy said he didn't, but will call...the other branch..I dnt know if he really called.,so trying to call again but now the lin e is busy.They know my number.
I dont know what are their reasons why these2 staff is hanging me up..I'm working and consumed my time on these.Please understand...then.Before ......years I'm sending not only money but boxes to Phils....Is it because I no longer se nding thru Lbc now? My reason for this because your two staffs are very rude...in dealing with customers.
If you will not take action on these issue..I will bring it to the higher one.

I emailed your customer service to check why my package was returned to origin and was advised by Maria Theresa Bornillo that reflected on your system, I moved to a new address and has moved out as advised by the guard. I emailed again to validate what is the address on the package and your representatives never responded after 6 emails.
My only question is, how come you can’t answer my simple question? Is it bec I am being lied to? Why can I say your company/rep is lying? Bec of the following:
1. I personally inputted my address on the system of the sender.
2. Sender rep personally called me to double check the complete address I inputted which I confirmed.
3. I get to receive previous documents from the sender which proves my address is correct.
4. The claim that a guard advised I moved out is totally baseless bec for 1, my previous home address has no security guard.
Just so unbelievable! Definitely the worst service!!!!!!!!!!

I tracked my parcel april 28 2021 at says claimed but i never received the parcel. How it happened, i never received a call or txt from LBC. So where is may parcel? O called CS few times already but always saying fpr investigation. As i said i did not receieve the parcel...tracking no. 1171318090

My parcel was claimed on the website track n trace but the receiver did not receive the parcel..it was my husbands medications..173435444075

Comment Same issue. The system says thay my parcel was claimed but i haven't received it. Employees of LBC are unapproachable as well. Tf. I'm helpless.

This is about tracking No:44200000299711. It was picked up by LBC last March 15 2021 as AIR CARGO from Madinah KSA to Iligan City and we were told that transportation will be around 23 days. I tracked it online and it says (APRIL 15 2021, en route to CDO) and its already April 23 2021 and still no update. We've paid for AIR CARGO but now we're thinking that our shipment was sent via SEA CARGO. Can someone update me with right information of what's happening.

I have been calling back and worth about the delivery. No one can give me an update except the same thing I see on your website. You have the wrong expectations timeframe set to your customers. The contact #s of the delivery to Gensan is unreachable. Your representative in Daily Supermarket Branch is very rude and also not answering the phone right away. I had to dial 5 to 6 times every day to follow up.
The cause of delay of your delivery will bring our job to risk. I don;t think it will take 10 days for a cargo/roro from Manila to General Santos. I enquired to other friends who have used other delibery services and it arrived in 5 days. If I have known that your service is terrible I would have NEVER used you. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE I KNOW, for the following reasons:
1. Extreme delay of delivery. I udnerstand It's pandemic that is why I tried to understand that it will not be delivered in 4-6 days as stated on your website
2. I reached out for help to get the details of the delivery no one has the initiative to get more/call wherever you sent it except reading what's showing on your tracking site which I also see.
3. It was very difficult to contact your branches. Most phone numbers are out of reach, no one would answer the phone unless you tried to ring 5-6 times. Extremely unhelpful
If no one can provide the delivery status after 10 days it was sent from Manila. I will make sure that this will get out to open to make people aware of how terrible your services are.
We the customers tried to understand the situation and extended our patience. But If you do not understand the degree of importance of the parcel of your customers then let's get everyone know about that.

Disbursal of earnings should be 3 to 5 business days, however it's 12days already and haven't received/deposited the payment of my customer to my default bank account.
We also need our funds.
Heads up LBC Mexico Pampanga Branch.
I already emailed customer service multiple times and I am only getting a same response from your agents with no resolution to my concern.
Imagine, 12 business days already.
