I'm here at pep store Mokopane Shoprite mall the manager Lerato refusing to refund the money as I had to bay an other phone from a nother store the Hisense u963 is the problem the manager Lerato refusing the second sim can not give any network or date without the MTN network and were I live we don't have any MTN network .
I would like to get feedback from you soon as possible and refund my money.

As we entered the store at south gate shopping centre my brother was forgot to sanitize. The security then swore him , he went back to sanitize at the stand and the security started performing n refused for him to entre the shop.
My father was purchasing a phone from the store for my brother asked the security why doesnt he allow his son in. The security called my father a Rubbish. We asked to speak to the manager.

THIEVES AT KWATHEMA SQUARE PEP STORE
On 06/03/2021 I deposited R1200 via pep Square Kwathema at 10:54. At 12:12 I received a call from ********** a lady called Nompumelelo said there is a problem with the system at their pep so if I experience problems with the money that I deposited I should go back to the shop and I said ok and hung up. On 08/03/2021 my mother went to withdraw the money and she was told that the money was withdrawn from Springs U-Save on 06/03/2021 around 12noon. Now when I go to that pep I realised that my slip is written Nompumelelo and the one who called me was Nompulelo that raises a red flag. When I spoke to the manager she said I should go to the police and I went to the police and opened a case but when I want more details about the withdrawal they are refusing. The system should show the ID of the person who withdrew the money and the time and camera should show, but they do not want to give me that information. And the number that Nompumelelo called me from was not the office number and now it is off. Please assist me I am not working that money will feed my children.

I have never felt this less of human, the cashier was very nasty, mean and disrespful towards me. I bought a tray and few items, so the queue I noticed my tray has a crack I go take another for exchanges she both trays and when I told her I was only paying for one she raised her voice on me and I told her for peace sake I'll keep quite but she went on to be nasty on me. Please Pep can cashiers get customer care service training because in most Pep's I've never received a welcome response as costomer, mall@carnival, one in Brakpan town and today was Springs mall. I am so disappointed

I did a lay-bye at Pep East rand mall on the 27 February 2021 but I want to cancel the lay-bye because I did manage to get a clothing account but problem is I lost my slip so the manager said it is fine I can bring a copy of my ID which I did but now they suddenly they can't pick me up on the system and they are not really helping me so I'm not sure what to do further about this situation. please assist

I was at pep cell at khayelitsha mall on 17/03/2021 at15h45 we wait about 30min bc they were busy with the money truck after the truck left we wait again almost 20min we not sure was wrong no one cum and communicate with us when I reach my turn they tell the offline my question to them why did not explain to the client early they ladies they were having attitude until I told them I will report this at head office and I was so furious with they client service I ask to speak with the manager I was surprised when she is the manager I told her I will report I dnt not like they client service and attitude in to the clieny

I bought a Mobicell 1703 2021 at pep store in Motherwell in Port Elizabeth.the problem is not charging i did charge the whole night and a day still not get fully charge. Is the second time i came to pep for the second phone the first one was the camera not clear . I gave the lady to charge she said is charging so slowly. So they refused to give us a new phone im not happy about the phone. The time i bought this is was open from display. I need a better phone than this one i need help please

I was at this Pep and I queued for a good 35 minutes then some customer who came in waaay later than I did, went to the tills called this cashier makazi and she was warmly assisted before we were with the rest of the old gogos I was quiuing with that didn't even have strong enough legs for quiuing but queued anyway.

On the 10th of March 2021 i bought a Stylo cellphone at Pep cell in Keyarona complex in Northwest. The casheir by the name of Mapula assisted me and only switched in the phone because i had my own sim card. However when i got home after updating the date and time, an hour later the phone rebooted itself to the factory mode. I returned the phone but the cashier said she has to see it for herself. It didnt happen therefore i returned the following day.
The cashier was rude and refusded to exchange the cell phone and said i was treating her bad because she was black.
And she accused me of rebooting the phone myself.

COMPLAINT #12972 - Product Issues
Today I went to my local pep and got there at 14:00 an hour before closing time to go fetch my parcel. When I got there it was closed noticing the time I asked the security guard if it was because of the number of people inside and he said no, today they're closing early not giving me any reason why. Showing him the time and a few other people behind me, he became very aggressive and rude and slammed the door on us just because we were questioning this. Pep cell was still open and unfortunately my parcel was at Pep.i begged the security to open just to get my parcel as I needed it and during the week I work crazy hours but told me to rather come back tomorrow.
I am very disappointed with this level of service as I wasted my time and energy going to a shop knowing their closing time and because the workers were tired of working they decided to close early.
Now this is not the first time this is happening and it's really disappointing to not only treat customers like nothing but also take advantage that most of these customers don't know the platform on which they can report this or complain about it.

Comment It’s obvious that PEP does not train their staff how to treat customers. The very same thing happened today at PEP Home campus square. The lady who works there by the Name of Mercy closed the door at 17:30 today and she turned the trading hours board to inside so that client won’t see. When client asked her what time do they close? Can they come in? she gave them attitude and answered them badly. Very sad.

I came to pep stores in setsing crescent mall and bought a cellphone for somebody. The Phone is a Mobicel Rio,costing R430 it is a dual sim. The sim which connects with the internet is sim1 and mtn only. My problem is that the person i bought the cellphone for says he uses vodacom for everything,i was asking the lady for me to top up on the 430 and get a new phone now im told i cant do such thing,meaning that money has gone to waste. They cannot do anything.

Rude Shouting Manager with no professionalism and ethics
I went to exchange my son's school trouser at the PEP Newtown junction today due to the size being small, when I told the lady that I lost my slip and do not want to money or anything but a different size she rudely replied to me with hand gestures , even pulling her mask down saying " Did you not read your slip? we do not exchange without a slip" that rule applies to everyone including you because you are not speacial. I then oh i am leaving this item and walked out, after walking out I remebered my consumer rights and walked back in and said to her i am sure you can go to yesterdays records and retrieve the slip, she shouted Oh now you are back ? Now you want assistance ? From me ? laughing and looking at the other customers and saying to them look at what we deal with, they think they are better than us. I said to her do not talk to me like that I am a client and that is not how you treat clients , she said to me how do you want me to treat you ? In my entire life I have never ever ever ever experienced such a hostile person who is supposed to be a professional ever! she then got me my slip , this time with respect and we said our goodbyes. However I will not let this go, no clustomer desrves to be treated like this or spoken to like the way she did . I want a personal apology from that woman! and HR needs to step in and speak to her about her holiganism towards customers. The authosrised slip says approved by MJ and has her signature

Yesterday 17h55 i went to pep in Alberton city mall in gauteng ,i went to buy clothes for my baby on arrival door was close,so i ask the security why is it close ? Its not 6pm as all the shops close at 6pm ,that security was so rude we disagree untio 17h57 i told him you wasting more time can i please buy the three items ? After i told him im gonna lay a complain he open ,when i got into the shop the staff member were very rude ,they didnt speak medium language ,i felt very bad and will not leave this matter as im gonna seek advice from scorpion how to deal with this matter,every month im buying from pep ,but now they lost me as a customer this i will not leave it like that,the way they were shouting and where very loud while i was very calm didnt even talk back to them ,they were very loud never in my life had i receive such bad service ,i had work in retail before as a manager but never treated customers this way ,cause they the people that brings money to the bussiness,i will appreciate feed back before i take this matter firther to social media and my laywers

A month ago i purchased school shirts for my daughter at your Middelburg branch based at Mhluzi Mall in Mpumalanga, which are a wrong size. I never get a chance to go to shops that much because i am based in Pretoria.
