Good day,
I trust that you are doing well.
Saturday, 6th March 2021, I went to Pep stores brighton Square kraaifontein.
I called a sales associate to assist me with the below attachment, immediately she went off on me infront of all the customers saying that someone put the shoes there and that the shoes is not R49.99, I told her well then it is false advertising and she should remove the price. She said it is part of the merchandising.
I am disgusted with the manner it was dealt with.

Good day,I bought a phone at Pep cell (Mabopane square branch) in November, and in December the phone had a speaker problem, and I tried to take it back at the shop and one of your staff members told me to get the memory card ( of which I was surprised how the memory card can affect the phones performance)..., Fine I bought the memory card, the phone still have me the problem with the speaker and it couldn't download some apps...fine, until in January I insisted that they take it for repairs cause I run a business and it was and still is till now difficult to run my business without a phone... problem is the phone is not back till now and I've been to your shop more than six times to find out what the delay is all about and each time I go there, I'm being told that it's not yet back from repairs, and nobody is taking efforts to find out what the delay is all about. On Thursday the 4th of March I found a lady by the name of Imma, and she told me that she will find-out what's the delay and come back to me and she never did, fine on Friday I went there again and she told me that she forgot and I should call her on Monday to remind her. I mean really I bought that phone with my hard earned money and this is the treatment that I get from Pep store after getting my money, it's like I'm nothing now ..and when I ask her to refund me so that I can take my money where I'm valued, she tells me that there's no refund and I can lodge a complaint, she will wait for the reginal manager to give her instructions as to what she must do...I mean how can you put an incompetent person on management who is not even able to resolve a mear complaint. ..with due respect, I'm just pissed off with this whole ordeal of being send from pillar to post, so kindly liaise with her and give her instructions to refund me since she is waiting for her regional manager of which I don't know how cause she is the one who should be communicating with him)her with this matter. Please I really appreciate it if you could give me my money back, I'm done with Pep store and it's incompetent staff which doesn't value their customers...0826782633

I want to phokeng mall pep store to buy my magnolia tissue oil it was such a disappointment that I had to stand on the longest queue with their slow service as heavily pregnant as I am was sweating my legs where painful I was so dizzy but because the is no other store where I could buy my magnolia tissue oil I had to endure the line this was the worst service ever such a disappointment

Good day. The pep Stillbay manager Daniel, has been in contact with you on my behalf re an overcharge by the Waverly Pretoria pep branch. I paid for two parcels to Stillbay.. One was incorrectly addressed to Stilfontein. When I pointed it out.. The manager, said that I had to pay for another R90 bag addressed to Stillbay because they could not cancel the incorrect one. Here is a photo of the three bags.. They took the incorrect bag and placed it inside another bag. So my two parcels cost me R270 instead of R98. I use Paxi often. You can probably check your system to see how often my cell number appears. 079 588 8155. I find the attitude at pep Waverly Pretoria completely unacceptable. The Stillbay manager has given your call center, Melungi all the required information re capture details etc. I am sending you the photo of the 3 bags to speed up the reimbursement of R90 which I have been overcharged for an in-store error. I went to pay somethings and layby as well on the 2nd of March at 10:58,as I'm paying I could feel something cold on my arms, a few minutes later the lady assisting me says "I am sorry I forgot to tell you we applied bleach all over, we are trying to remove the marks on the side of the counter". So when I get home I see there are a few bleached marks on the shorts I was wearing

We were at Pep Robertson, well we wanted to Send Cash. As we proceeded i recognized that the cashier is speaking in really rude manner, besides that she was very impatient with helping us. She was at till 6. Her service was really very weak. I didnt feel like a customer at all.

Good day.
I would like to know why your store in Longbeach Village has the advertisement for printed folding chairs for sale. When you go into the store and enquire about the chairs, you get told that they dont stock it and will not order any for you.

So why have the large window advert of something that you don't stock. What a waste of advertising space.

Secondly every time you enter the said store you are overpowered by the smell of dagga wafting from the stock room. And staff dont care and leave the stock room door wide open.

Pep store based in kwathema square made me join a long queue while heavy pregnant. The consultant assisting me was Jeannette she went to the back to confirm with her manager lorraine. I believe the policy is that pregnant women are first priority. I was so dissatisfied and exhausted from the long queue and slow service. I find it ridiculous that i was only buying one item and had to go through all that.

I visited pep home mamelodi mams mall pep home..i wanted to buy the magnolia oils since they are on special..for R50 3 oils
Then the cashier told me that she was out of shopping plastic what i should do is buy the Big R16.99 blue bag that they are selling in order for me to parkage those oils.m buying something that was supposed to be R60 for R50 sale then told to buy the R17 bag ..i mean what was the use of me buying something on special if i have to buy a bag that cost that much..we used to the pep plastic bag fr free now u upselling those grocery bags for something that small..its insane ..ill tk this to the social media n the group m in pep group on fb..n remember in our community we do word of mouth n believe me .youll loose customers .iam never coming to any of your stores again ..i was a rdgular at pep home hence i bought a lot of things there.ill go somewhere else

I bought the above mentioned product from Pep Lakeside mall on the 26th January 2021 and was completely dissatisfied with the product as it was slow and just not up to standard. I could not return it immediately due to my busy schedule but eventually on the 27th of February I managed to make time and return it. Upon arrival a cashier named Lindo attended to the phone and advised that it would have to be booked for repairs for a period of 4-6 weeks. I expressed my dissatisfaction as this phone I was using for work purposes and that time is just not acceptable, I then asked for the manager. A person who identified himself as Thabo(he wasn’t wearing a name badge) came and rudely dismissed my dissatisfaction stating that that’s how things work at Pep. Now I don’t understand how a new phone can be repaired for being slow but I guess you people know better but I would like to express right now that the 6 week period is just unacceptable!! How am supposed to work without an office phone? And what takes so long to “repair” a phone

I have sent money for my mother on the 25th
then my mother sent one of my siblings to go and get the money for her

She was taken from pillar to post was told they couldn't help with no reason

till 16:11 on the 26 when all this happened i was with her on the phone

i told her to ask for a manager who told her that there money was there the only problem was the network

only to find out that was no true because the money was already out by then.

I bought a cheap cell from Pep last year. About ten days ago it would not accept the charger cable. Getting it fixed would cost the same as a new one. I went into Pep Cell Northgate, saw a display phone in the right price range (R500) and asked if they had it in stock. I am partly to blame as I did not check the amount on the slip. The following day I discovered the error and took it straight back in original packaging with the slip. According to the Consumer Protection Act consumers have a four day change of mind period. I explained what had happened and asked for a refund. They told me they only do refunds if there is an issue with the phone. I pointed out that the issue was that I couldn't afford it. They then rudely said they could not help me and I must phone customer care. I asked how to do this as at that point I did not have a working phone. I asked if they could phone customer care and they very rudely said it was not allowed. I can go the whole Consumer Commission and National Credit regulator as by breaking the four day law they are forcing me into a reckless credit deal I cannot afford. I would prefer to just get it done but if I have to I will go the whole hog. I just want my money back - as nice as the phone is it was a stupid mistake and I have to get a refund. I haven't used the phone or registered it on the network. It was an honest mistake and I want to make sure to keep my side clear.

Went to Pep store Ladybrand in Free State on 2021/02/28 to go make inquiry regarding my laybye that expired on 2021/02/05.The lady told me that my laybye has not expired because it still there in the system,then I made her aware that according to my slip it has expired already,she called the other lady who did not even looked at the slip and told me Pep store is no longer making laybye terminations,and I tried to explain to her that it expired already but no they did not listen.Furthermore I told them even if maybe it's not expired my till slip is telling me that I can terminate the agreement prior to the expiring date,they told me not anymore.Now that all eyes was on me and I noticed that I will not be helped then I left.I came back again to buy airtime and was helped by the same lady and I asked her what are their names since they were both not wearing name tags,becacause I am going to lay a complain,she told me I will get her name on the airtime slip so her name is Patience or Patient.
