I bought some items at pep in Parklands a few weeks ago and when I wanted to exit the shop the Security asked me to open my personal handbag. I then requested to speak to the manager. A lady named Faeza then came and started arguing as to why I don't want to open my bag.I wanted to leave but she then grabbed my arm and refused that I leave the shop.This is what I would call assault! I was so embarrassed and stoked at this behaviour. For weeks now I'm in between whether I should lay charges or not.

On the 01 April 2021,I visited one of your branches in Benoni town Voortrekker str to exchange and wanted to lay-by items for my granddaughter and I was served by a lady called Irene(on a Badge)I was told with an Attitude and without a greeting that the system does not allow for lay-bys"but I will try nevertheless" and she asked for my ID,after I gave it to her she just threw it on to the work station with that same attitude on her face.I was so angry and I decided to keep quite and see what she was saying was indeed true but fortunately the system never disappointed.I am dissappointed by the service that I got from the store that I buy from, from a very long time.

I did not receive good service at Ballito pep yesterday ,I had to wait in a long queue when I got to the till I was told that they don't do laybyes month end because it is the 31st ,does laybyes have dates now?

I laybyed some track suit pants for my baby in parow then when I got home I actually didn't like the other one decided to return it in pep delft mall which is my closest the person who assisted me told me I could not get my refund because i didn't buy it in delft...I asked what if I was not in the western Cape and didn't like the item and still wanted a refund he said "you will have to come back to Cape town" which ridiculous because I have proof of purchase and the item still had labbels

My sister bought shoes for my kids as a present and they don't fit they I don't have a slip but the shoes still have tags, I tried to get them exchange and they refuse, I was not asking for a refund I only needed to exchange to the right size

Today I was at pep stores in Durban point road at the Wheel. One of your cashier's by the name boity rudely answered a lady who came to take out money, just because she didn't have the 20rand notes she should have asked manager or supervisor. I was at the till to pay its embarrassing coz we love buying at Pep. But this behaviour is not acceptable at all. So just think how they treat foreigners who don't understand the language

Pep stores in witbank downtown branch(Ok centre), when you want to do a laybe they will tell you laybe from 6items&deposit is 50%of your laybye&other pep stores they don't do that? Could you please clarify that.

I was at Pep Broadway in Strand and was told that no prams are alowed in store. So this mean you have to leave the pram at the door and shop with your baby in your arm and they don't even have trolleys. I'm so disgusted with this rule because you are told that you are going to steal with a pram... Really now. I will never shop at pep again and I will put this in all the media platforms

About an hour ago I was at Pep stores Vanderbijlpark (Checkers Hyper). I was in front of the line, so this lady behind me isn't applying to social distancing, each time I try to move forward (for the appropriate distance), she keeps moving with me! I asked her to please move back because of social distance, and she shouted that I must move forward, not her problem. The manager then arrived and he only said 'O ladies keep calm....' Really. There are no board or anything for the distance between customers. And when somebody finally helps me at the till... It is - No card only cash.... I asked why, we're offline.... No sorry or anything. That was the most pathetic service and 'no covid protocols' I have ever experienced.

2 of my Paxi Parcels are lost. The lady at Paxi does not want to give me a claim form. Her response is she is waiting for the Courier to respond. How long should I wait? I just want the packages or to put in a claim. Very bad service.

My cousin went to pep in Chartam, Mthatha in Eastern Cape to courier a parcel. They refused to help her without a store number which was a first since I always use paxi without hassle. I called and requested clarity since I have never had any issue. Qhama the lady from Pep refused to come to the phone and was very rude about it. She was very dismissive and her behaviour is misaligned to good customer service and very much unbecoming for a manager or whatever she is. We were not assisted and what pisses me most is the manner in which she conducted herself

My wife recently bought a hurricaine cell phone on the 25 march, from pep cell in uitenhage mall, found problems with it and took it back on the 26 march, the store told her that they wont exchange or refund it, they told my wife to buy data so they could check it, which was appauling, the manager claimed it was ok, but when she got back home it was the same as yesterdy, my wife came home and tried using the phone, and its still giving problems, goes off by itself, lags, amd jams up, realy a crap phone, my wife waisted R450! Shes going to throw it away, after this experiance im not suppoeting pep anymore and will pass this on to everyone i know

I went to a pep store at luipaardsvlei to do a cash back but the assistant called Lindiwe was rude for no reason telling me she doesn't understand what I want. Explaining that I had to buy something before I could do a cash back. She further went on to comment about my hair saying I have money to even lay my edges and that she doesn't have money. Like seriously I just wanted to get cash and that's it. Her snarky remarks were not necessary at all.

i went to pep home in protea glen shopping centre to laybye a book shelv but the manager tells me that the book shelv will be broken but the book shelv is not even assembled and she said that is their bet seller so i cant do a laybye ...so it means pephome dsent have laybye on iterms that are their best seller thats what she said.and as for custoer servic they did nothing to help

I sent my little sister to buy flash voucher at pep matsulu yesterday and she lost the slip, i went there today they refused to give me a reprint they said they can not reprint it is not allowed. Tried calling flash and they told me they only want the serial number to assist me. Now I'm lost i don't know what to do. Please assist me.

I visited your bayside branch at 21 March 2021 at 16h30, I was told by a cashier that they have done the cash up already but the store closes only at 17h00.

When I queried that she then went to the office to speak with the manager, her name Derbie. She then came out with no apology and started to do something that I don't know what was she doing on the tills and she later said they r offline. I asked where is the sign that u r offline the then said she is still busy trying to fix the matter, but on the front printer the slips continued to cone out I managed to read on 1, and it had something with cash reference meaning they were busy with cash up.

I waited there till 16h55 with no help, and I asked her how can they close all tills at once but the store is still open she answered rudEly that I mast nor tell her what to do those r the rules for pep cell if I don't know.

I was really pissed off by that behaviour, I asked her about her mask was she didn't wear it correctly, she asked me if must she suffocate her self is she's feeling hot.

I would write a whole book with the way I was treated by her at that store and I wouldn't even recommend it to someone.

The cashier at your Rayton branch who refused to give me her name wanted to assist someone who came after me, when I addressed the issue with her she became very rude and humiliated me and the manager(Ernest Ntuli) was also rude to me.
