Good day.

I was collecting a paxi delivery and I asked where to collect the package and the lady told me there's one line for everything and bare in mind it was my first time, had I known I wouldn't have asked. The one at the till also had a bad attitude, she didn't even let me know we were done and called the next customer while I was still in front of her.

Hi..i would just like to inform you of an incident in your Pep Cell Store in KATALE SQUARE in MARAPYANE...Your employees refuse to assist me in activating a rooter that i bought there...as the rooter was advertise , it said if you buy that ZTE rooter that is worth R 599 i will get some datas i bought it , i went there for assistant i was told to go and call MTN by myself for the activation after i failed with MTN i went back and i was told that those datas ,its possible that i wont get them cause they come with terms and condition ,and that their not trained to assist us to register or activate ,please ,get your employees in shape ,cause if i was told about those terms and conditions i would have bought a sim card cause i have a rooter.i lost too much money for nothing cause right now i cant even use the rooter ...this happened ..on Feb 16..how is it possible to refuse to help your customers.. i was even told to buy to some airtime maybe it will activate[ maybe...maybe] ....what awfull employees you have ..not to mention the rudeness and attitude in that shop..i will put this on social media..as i think this is disgusting to your loyal customers..please follow up

I took in my phone for repairs on the 21st of December 2020, I was told that I would get a call once the phone is back at the store but to date I have not got a call, the stores phone just ring with no answer. Pep brakpan station has the worst service regret ever buy a phone there.

Yesterday i bought school shoes with the amount of 300 rands at pep store at Giyani as in today the next day of the purchase one shoe already has a line under it that even shows the inside so if pep doesn't help me as today i will soon capture the shoe and show all my friends and post it online im sure that 80% of people who will see it will never buy goods at your stores thank you

I was at tge store now they suppose to open at 9H00 as per note at the door. She(Uhuru) saw me after 9H00 at the door. She ignores me. Fine i cameback at 09H12. She was so rude to me i even asked her why she rause her voice on me as she is talking to her colleague. She wanted me to repeat the number several times. I not happy about her attitude and behaviour on me.

I sent my phone at mabopane pep store for a phone that was bought less than six months and now not working, it was taken to repairs its been there for almost 5 weeks... Got it back today n my phone is exactly in the same condition nothing was done to it.

Hi..i would just like to inform you of an incident in your Pep Cell Store  in Stelpark in Stellenbosch...Your employees refuse to assist me in sending away a paxi parcel...as they are only 2 employees in the shop..1 cant do it...and the other one is on teatime...this happened  at 10h06..on Feb 16..how is it possible to refuse to help your customers..Carine told me that i am welcome to come back later as she is now on her teabreak at 10h00 clock..shop opens at 9..what awfull employees you have ..not to mention the rudeness and attitude in that shop..i will put this on social media..as i think this is dusgusting to your loyal customers..plse follow up

Bought a phone on 6 Feb. The rubbish lasted 4 days and died. I only managed to get the brand new phone back on the 15th.

It has been a month now and the phone is still not back. I am now told it can take 39 WORKING days and PEP is ok with that. I can also not be refunded as the phone can only be replaced with most probable another inferior example. So much for buying from a so called reputable retailer. Exploitation at it's worse.. Call center a total waste of time stating only te he obvious

I've being calling pep store lifestyle and pep weridapark since 9h00 and I'm not getting any call with the pep weridapark on weekends they are a problem because they want to close early

I went to pep store in Ennerdale on the 31st of January 2021to purchase a sumsung phone. Within 3 days I couldn't switch on. I took it back on the 4th of February,and they gave me another one.Again on the 12th of February the very same problem happened on the 2nd phone.I am not happy with the service that I got and I don't want the phone to be repaired. I just want my money back.so I feel like you guys have been selling us phones that coming from repairs while we thinking that those are the new phones.I am willing to to report this on social media so that people be aware that you guys and not selling brand new phones.I want my money back.

Staff member of Pep Promenade clothing was terrible rude I wanted to do exchange.Carly staff member had a very stinking attitude towards me.I told her it is not what she say it is how she talk to me as a customer.As I walk towards the parcel counter one of her colleagues was asking what is wrong than she use improperly language towards me.I ask are you talking with me she said loud in the shop yes.Another customer told the staff member don't speak like that but it was a joke.I ask to speak to a manager after 45minutes Lauren came I explained what happened.Lauren she told me she never delt with a complaint like that.She ask Carly to apologize the staff member refuse her words why must.November 2020 the customer service I explained everything the person Area Manager is going to come back.Im in February 2021 it is 3months nobody contact me I'm very unhappy with the terrible service.

I was at Pep witfield square on main road witfield. I arrived 15 mins before the store closes, we were going to buy school pants.
There are 2 fitting rooms, 1 was locked, so we waited, for the other customer to finish. When the store closed we were still inside, the cashier started to make rude comments,I ignored and waited for my son to finish fitting, at this time there is no attended at the fitting room.
So the cashier continues to talk to one of the staff complaining about us being inside the store while she wants to go home.
I eventually tried to explain to her that we have been waiting for a fitting room, and there was no attendant, she actually continued shouting that it's my responsibility to tell them when the fitting room is locked.
I was shocked and embarrassed that my son had to witness a cashier who behaved like that.
The behavior was totally uncalled for, and clearly I will not go back to that store again.

I was there today I was on tea time I wanted to pay for tea spoon that cost R8.99 cashier said I must follow the line otherwise her Manager will give her warning if she let me pay 1st

Which is the norm in our mall that if you wearing a uniform you can not join the quer werse I even ask a client that was b4 me but the manager refused even after the client agreed that I can pay

Called the customer service Centre on the 5th of February 2021 asking for assistance with an exchange as I did not have a slip, I was promised that a regional manager will contact me between Monday and Tuesday but it’s Friday the 12th was of February 2021 and I still have not been given a call, the item I bought was a curtain worth R249.00 and was a gift for someone but I got the measurements wrong and could not change as the slip was misplaced now I can’t do anything with that curtain because PEP cannot take bake items they sold even for exchange, if I was told that I can’t exchange without a slip I would Understand but now I was given hope that the Regional in Bloemfontein will contact me. This was bought in PEP Home Fluerdal on the 31st January 2021

I purchased a school shirt at the gatesville branch and because i bought the incorrect size i went to the store in Westgate mall where i work to get a smaller size i was told i had to pay in as there was a discrepency with the price as they said gatesville didnt change their price..my problem that i have is why should i cover the cost for gatesville branch incompetence to have updayed their pricing and besides i will not be returning ever to that branch as they are the worst at customer service from all the stores that i ever visited and being an old loyal customer of pep i feel frustrated and dissapointed at the level of customer service that you get ...please address this matter as i will not be burdened with paying in the diffrence for someones incompetence and also Westgate malls staff wasnt very friendly and very unprofessional in the way they handled my dilemna.

i went to pep in elsies 67 halt road and ask for a refund. nozisipho than asked for my slip which I gave. She than told me in a very rude manner that she cannot exchange the item, because it was used. And she wont refund it.I than explained to her that i did not use the item. shen than started to get aggravated and told me where's the tags which i than explained to her that there was no tags on the towels. She than persisted to tell me that she cannot refund the items because it smelled liked muff and it has beeb used. i than asked for the manager and she replied with Rowling her neck and giving me that stiff look whilst turning her neck, which poeple usually give u when they having an attitude problem. i than explained to her i wan a refund and she continued to tell me she won't refund it as the items is muffed and i used these items. if used these item they would smelled like soap or washing powder they wouldt have smelled like muff as she abruptly said and usually when itmes have that smell its either they havent been used. i want some thing to be done about this matter, because its not acceptable for a manager to speak to client like that and to assume that items have been used she also did so in front another staff member, which was very rude really. if you do not wish to refund clients than let customer know so they can know what they letting themselves in for and also no where in pep does it states the terms and conditions for items to be returned. and to talk to customer like that was embarrassing aswell as a belittlement of poeple im very upset and discussted by pep as this is the kind of poeple u employ really disgusting service.

I bought a Stylo cellphone in 2020 at pep Mayville and after a few months it went blank then showed chinese characters, I took it back and did not get a new one for 9 weeks. The new one did the same thing and I took it back, explaining to the manager and asked what remedies do I have because it is the same fault on a different device, I was told to wait for repair, when I asked how long should I wait according to their shop policy I was told that there is no policy and that I have to wait until the phone is repaired and that once it is out of the shop then they can do nothing until they hear from the supplier. I requested a voucher to use to buy a different phone and was told that they don't work that way. I was told that as far as they know I should wait and that there is no time limit to waiting.

Hi good day .my name is olivia.im utterly and disgusted and fuming and very angry about a staff member by Pep Store In Liberty Promenade Mitchell Plain for treating and speaking to me in an ugly manner.never in my life were i so insulted in a store and that infront of my work college and customers in your store.i mean i work in retail for more then 15 years and never in my life did i ever responded to a customer like that.Me and my work college were on lunch and we needed sum braids and we went to pep.Beceause you always get nice bargains and nice stuff.So when we wanna go pay becuz we were on lunch.we ask this lady Denise..hi hallo..can we pay infront.then her reply was..in a very harsh and very rude manner...hallo hallo you can pay there .Is that the way she speak to customers .Is that the way pep trained they staff to talk to people like that.Thats not on.im not trash .i mean when i asked for a manager on duty..the cashier said the manager left..there was no second incharge too.thats unacceptable.i mean we work inda mall.When i spoke to one of your staff members on the floor..she told me that this lady Denise..is rude ..i must report her..becuz she dont know how to treat customer's.My thing is if this employer does that and her own colleges say i must report her..then why isnt your management doing anithing about this rude and disgusting employee.im highly disappointed,irrirated and PEPstore will never see me again in that store and i will tell all my friends and family not to go there ani more .im waiting on a manager to phone me urgently.My number is 0644867043
