Hi I bought a comfort at pep home for queen size it's smaller then the rest of the comforts that I bought there Before, the new one doesn't even fit on the bed and now my granny took it back they told her they can't get it because it's open and they won't be able to sell it, but how would I have known that the queen size I bought won't fit on the bed when I have 2 that I bought first in 2017 and another last year November and both fit properly but the one I bought now it's smaller and fits for a double bed. Please note they were very rude towards my granny and they were speaking there own languages shangani and Venda shouting at her in front of her as if she's a stupid in so angry

I Bought a phone (SAMSUNG A21s) at PEP Cell at Blouberg Mall in Bochum on the 16th February 2021. Yesterday i discovered that the phone doesn't touch. I went to the branch the refused to give me a new phone they said they have to book it for repairs and that it will take 5 weeks, the problem is that i can't afford to wait that long without a smartphone because i bought the phone for business purpose. Can i please get the new phone or you can give me just a smartphone that i can use for now while i wait for my phone to be repaired. Please get back to me.

Today I visited pep in Montclair Durban, where I was attended by a Rude cashier (Mfanafuthi Mlema) who did not even understand what i was there for. He was quick to dismiss me and move on to assist another customer without even wanting to hear me out. It was disgusting.

On the 25th Feb I bought a device Mobicel Blink from Pep stores Wonderboom Mayville in Pretoria.I work as a delivery agent.Unfortunately the instrument couldn't meet my work expectations.I returned it for exchange(by adding money for another one)
Instead I received a sour attitude.Is it too much to ask for better customer care? We get better treatment from your rivals like game stores,Makro and expect such treatment from a dignified store like Pep.
I will never lose hope in a store cos of individual's unbecoming behaviour

Hoping for a speedy resolve on the matter.

Good day. My name is Kholofelo. Today 25-02-2021 I went to pep store at Grobersdal game centre to buy few items, when I was busy shopping I see the light that use battery. I bought it. Later on the same day I referred my friend to buy the light, I even accompany her to the store. While we were shopping a lady with dread locks recognise me. She told to and take my plastic that I bought in the morning. I didn't ask many questions, I just went to my work place to take everything. When I arrived they started to check my things and check the slip. Later they told me that they thought I have STOLEN the batteries, because they are short with it. I felt embarassed to, they think I'm a thief. Now my co workers are laughing at me as a thief. They didn't respect time. I need help as soon as possible I am so embarassed.

I went to PEP Birch Acres on the 20th of Feb to make an exchange of Jeans I bought for my daughter as they are small, I lost the receipt and I was told they cant exchange it for me without receipt so what must i do with them as they are useless. And you staff are not friendly or have customer service.

On Tuesday last week 16th February 2021, I bought a few items for my daughter from Pep Elgin Mall in Birchleigh, KemptonPark. To my arrival at home I discovered that some items were small in size but one vest out of the two bought was worn by my daughter so it got stained, so I couldn't return it. On 22 February 2021 I went to Pep Norkem Corner also in KemptonPark, returned a trouser and one vest that I bought on the 16th, I was refunded but the store manager refused to hand back my tax invoice. Her reason being as per Pep regulations, they don't return tax invoices back to customers nor make copies for that matter.
There were other items on my tax invoice which were never returned, only 2 items were returned but I was denied my original tax invoice. Angie(manager) was rude and stubborn towards me as at some point I requested her to give me back the invoice so I can make a copy from next door, but she refused, she even left me by the counter unattended, unsatisfied. I was so humiliated, ill-treated by your manager.
I demand for your return policy in writing and for my tax invoice, a written and personal apology from your manager (Angie)

I have the problem with pephome ilanga mall, they have a problem with me when I post my parcel .. it happen 3 times with the same ladies I think their shift are the same unfortunately I dont know their names because they did not have name tack . But I can describe one ladies who was on duty today the 23 February 2021 around 11 am , she is shot , light in collection and has the short hair...I went to pep to post my parcel I wrapped my parcel with the bubble wrapped and it was inside the nice box, and bubble wrapped on top the lady ask what is inside untold hair that its hairfood she said the 2 ladies says they wont take my parcel it's not allowed and I asked ladies m always sending the parcel to this shop evryday incane even show u ubthe proof and worse I receive this things to this pep and she even reminded me that even last time she refused to take my parcel and she asked me to open and I did and theyddnt take it and I asked ... are u not gonna help he .. they said yes.. and I went out and ddnt get help .. so I really need a clarity about paxi .. who supposed to send parcel and who not to send .. I have the proof of the paracel ..pls reply

Hi, I was at one of your stores pep empangeni-6471 to send a parcel however i recieved bad attitude from both staff member by the Name of Qondeni and the manager in charge. They both told me I should have sent the money to where the parcel was going instead of just waisting the time and money. I am really concerned if that is how customers are treated especially with manager involved.

I went to the pep home store at Glenbalad Kempton Park and request to send a parcel through the paxi service to Pep Warden They did everything but when they try to select the store Pep Warden it did not come up on the system I had to search for it on google I had to phone them from my phone to get the branch code they did no effert to assist me they spoke to them and then they said they cannot except a parcel that is not my problem then I requested my money back but they refuse because they already put the envelope in the bag please help me in refunding my money the paxi tracking no is D531000741052 they were suppose to make sure before they gave me the envelope so please assist me I spoke to the manager Bo she was unhelpful just told me there is nothing se can do for me

On 01/02/2021 I wnt in to pep Stanford square cell shoo to buy 10 Telkom had to make emergency phone call,as I stood in the bank que the airtime didn't I phoned Telkom they told me its Mtn,I immediately went back and said sorry mam you gave me wrong airtime she flipped in a cheecky way saying I bought Mtn as said to her no I bought Telkom I don't use Mtn she insisted that u bought Mtn and I left the airtime there.I than phone pep immediately to lay a complain they said regional manager will contact me till today no one has contacted me,so what must I do now I'm not gonna leave it like this its a very bad customer service.

I was at Pep cell at Flagstaff to collect my parcel , arrive at 16:56 but they already closed the door , but there were 3 customers in the shop. I asked one staff member to assist me coz I need this parcel , she said they already closed and refused to help me. She said I must come back tomorrow with the attitude. She did not even know how much do I spend to come to town,And how many km

Pep in Jacobsdal Free State has terrible service. The staff are always sitting around chatting to one another or having guests at work. There is always a long line and only one till open. This pep has really gone backwards after the manager was let go.
I will not be shopping at pep Jacobsdal again.
