I upgraded the 1 April 2021. On 6 April I cancelled the upgrade and gave the device back. Since then I struggle everyday that the amount on my account to be corrected. Now the wrong amount eas deducted from my account and still no one at Vodacom can help me as the answer is always WAIT. VODACOM CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC they so easy to take your money and to upgrade but there it stops. No after service

I have phoned vodacom for a week now just to get a settlement letter. I still have nothing they just rub the problem of to the legal teem. They are not willing to work of help.

I told them the letter is urgent. It is the worst phone company service i have ever encountered.

I upgraded on 1 April 2021 @ Vodacom Shelly Centre, KZN.
[Karishnee assisted] I live in Gauteng.
What my account is being debited with and the monthly amount that I agreed upon with Consultant, is completely different and amount is too high. I am unable to contact the branch as their no continuously rings with a message that: "mail box is full". Upon using their whatsapp no for assistance: this is simply ignored.

I specifically told the consultant, I want Samsung A12 on my upgrade at vodacom shop keywest. But the consultant persuade me into taking hauwie P smart by showing me wrong specs and was never alerted that it doesn't support Google play store, all my accounts are on Google and am battling my stuff from Google drive. After realizing that I was deceived as well as not informed of the changes on the brand, I return the phone but the manager said there is nothing they can do since used the phone.

If this issue is not resolved am leaving vodacom by the end of my contract.
This complain will serve as a notice that after my 30 months contract am canceling everything with vodacom
Am a patient man I will wait but I won't forget

When I signed up for a fibre contract with Vodacom, I was sold an "INTERIM" LTE decoder to be used until the fibre was installed. Well at the end of March 2021 FROG FOOT installed the fibre to my home. The very next day a VODACOM technician installed a Vodacom router and took the LTE router away with him. Therefore as from date of the fibre installation I have had NO LTE service. However, when I checked my statement I noticed that I have been charged for a LTE router for the month of April. I called the Fibre customer services (082-1904) and asked for a credit for being charged for a service that I do not have. I was told by your employee that I should not be charged in the future for the LTE router, I was also told not to expect a credit because although my grievance was legitimate, Vodacom NEVER processes a credit for anyone. The employee sited examples of people waiting two years for a credit and eventually giving up. As far as I ma concerned this is tantamount to theft. Charging customers for a service that Vodacom does not provide!
This has the potential of being one of the largest corporate frauds in South Africa. If one takes just one example of charging R560 per month to each customer for an LTE service that Vodacom does not provide. With just one million customers, that equates to R560 Million of fraud that Vodacom could receive monthly and that it only one service. The numbers are staggering! Hi I'm not happy i dit a sim swap the number of the phone is suspended 0795097217. We bought R200 data at vryburg vodacom for the number. I got a new phone new number and they told me that they will transfer the data to my new number and nothing has happened yet. I have been to the store a few times asking about it and they promise me that it will be done. Nothing yet again for more than one month please can you assist me

I have a big problem concerning the account mentioned above. This account was fraudulently upgraded last year without my knowledge and it was sent to vodacom investigation unit after all the process was finished the account was reinstated but it contained some benefits which were originally not included in the original contract I had with vodacom in which I was paying on R208 for 5 gig per month but now it seem as if 10 gig was included in that account without my knowledge. Can this matter be resolved as I have been calling your office day and night without any help. I also want to close this account please.

New Iphone12 was booked in at Alberton Vodacom repair centre on 23rd MARCH 2021. (Today is 19 APRIL 2021). After receiving no communication, phoned the week after to follow up, just to be told the phone was ready for collection on the 27th. Upon arriving at the repair centre, he found that the phone was booked in for the wrong thing and had to RE-BOOK it in again. They promised to expedite. Since then, we've received conflicting messages: 1. they're waiting for spares, 2. The phone will be replaced with a new one and now again, waiting for spares....I tried phoning Vodacom customer care - NO HELP AT ALL; I phoned VODACOM head office - to be told this is reception they cannot help, will put me through to repairs (the same department that doesn't give a proper answer). So, WHO at Vodacom can sort this mess out and give a proper and truthful answer? This is a BRAND new Iphone we're having problems with.

When I call for cancelation they said I must pay areas first they will help me then I have paid areas but still they never cancel the contract.

I phoned on 18 March to get an upgrade on my phone on nr 0798823719. Days later, a consultant informed me that the phone of my choice is out of stock and I subsequently only received it on 06 April.

Upon making reception, I noticed that the watch that was supposed to be included in the deal was not included in the package. This was reported immediately and "esculated". I have phoned twice to enquire as to when I would be receiving said product and made it very clear that I get to come to South - Africa once a year for holiday (this time it took me 18 months to return) and then I return to the Congo for work.

Today was insult to injury when I phoned and had to hold almost 30 minutes, only to be told that I'm not the only person with the problem and that I just have to wait, that the team leader is in a meeting and that he will phone me back today, which he did not bother to do. I was also told that stock on the watch is not a problem!
Is breaking a contract legal???

I have been calling customer service and they try to assist in putting me through to billing, or collections.
The phone keeps cutting off before I can tell them that my billing is incorrect. I have been a Vodacom client for 5 years and never had any issues until March 2021. I signed up for Fibre and the interim LTE one month free until Fibre is activated. I received a quote 17 - 19 March for a credit and the billing for the 100g LTE but on my statement this amount was not processed. I am being overcharged and I keep getting sms that my account is in arrears but customer service cannot assist and they even call me back, no one from billing or collections comes back to me. If no one comes back to me to resolve,i am going to lodge a complaint with the ombudsman.

Good day.

My account was suspended for 6 months so that I was able to pay off the areas. As soon as I thought I had reached the limit and paid it off I was told that my monthly subscription is still charged! Which is not acceptable at all! How is my account suspended yet im being charged for a subscription thats not even active? Really vodacom. Even during this pandemic you find ways to rob us!

Since 20 February 2021 I'm struggling with vodacom to pay me back for overpayment on my 6 vodacom contracts and everytime I have to speak to a new consultant and explain everything over again, I'm a loyal customer for 18yr with vodacom and they can't even pay me back the money they owe me and every week I have to phone vodacom and ask where is my money and every time they reply with 7-14 days to wait for funds in my bank account this is not the way customer service is done and I'm very unhappy with vodacom

Still can't believe I'm struggling for a year for Vodacom to get me off of ITC. Still on ITC for a lousy R5.00 , I cant believe the incompetence and poor service one is getting. No one tries to contact you to resolve an issue, no use in calling either cause no one is competent of helping. It's utter incompetence and useless. Ive posted on Hellopeter as well but keep on getting the same reply as per the last year saying that I will be contacted which also never happens.

I reported that my wifi is not working, literally the 8th time this year. I reported the incident on the 1st of april and today is the 14th, i phone everyday but no one helps or phones back. Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wil never ever recommend vodacom as i believe they are the worst ever service providers.
