I am not receiving a monthly invoice and have to phone for it every month. I need to speak to a consultant as Toby cannot assist. It takes me 10-20 min and more and it is unacceptable. If this is not resolved I will take my contract elsewhere.

Sir,
I had a mishap and my Samsung tablet was badly damaged. I took the tablet to the Vodacom store in the Langeberg Mall in Mosselbay for repairs. The tablet screen was replaced together with some other components at a cost of R3300. 0I collected the tablet on Saturday 1st of May. On Monday 3rd of May, I noticed that the screen was loose. As I am on a farm, i could not return the tablet to the Vodacom store. On Monday evening when I opened the tablet cover, the screen fell out and broke. I returned the tablet to the store on Tuesday 4th May and explained my story. I was told by the manager that he does not believe my story and is of the opinion that I dropped the tablet. I am a man of 59 years old. I am also a business owner for many years and a upstanding citizen in Mosselbay. I have never been told to my face that I am lying. I have been with Vodacom for many years and I demand that tablet be fixed, a new tempered glass be fitted AND a written apology from the said manager. Please respond asap with acknowledgment of this email as well as what the course of action will be.

I have been trying to cancel my contract since 26th March. End date 30th March. 0821958. Called again 7th April, not cancelled. Advised cancellation was loaded and credut can be passed due to internal mistake and could only cancel the cancellatiin end April. Called again 29 April, to enquire about the credit and als0 verify cancellation in place.Advised that cancellation on system will happen end April and to call back monday 03 May.
Account now charged for 2nd month and contract still not cancelled to pay as you go. I WANT to port the number. No I have an arrears accoubt that I have been trying to cancel since march and still cant port my number. Habe been paying my new service provider for April and May.
Vodacom has caused this problem and I need it resolved. 15+ years with Vodacom and this is the poor service we need to part wuth.

Hi my name is Alan. I have been having constant issues with having my debit order being removed upon countless requests being made. All I want to do is make manual payments at the end of every month.

Time after time my requests are ignored and not resolved leaving me with double the debit order fees from Vodacom and my bank. Whether filling out a form,contacting Vodacom and going to a store for assistance is not helping me resolve this issue.

Is there anyone compentant who can respect my request.

I have relocated to a new place two months ago. I’ve called Vodacom over 12 times now requesting assistance for my fibre to be connected. Each time I get someone “understanding” that I still have not been connected and they are “escalating” the matter.

I’m told that there are specific people who liase with VUMAtel and they have been sent an email. To date, I keep paying for a service I’m not getting but what is really sad and frustrating is that the people who are supposed to assist aren’t assisting!

In Jan 2021 my contract was wrongly upgraded. Spoke to Gené van Wyk 04 Feb 2021. She was supposed to reverse it and she would phone me 01 April with a new deal. This was never done and it is more expensive that what it was. I want to cancel my contract and no one at the call centre want to assist me.

I logged a cancellation request on the 19th March 2021 and i received quotation to accept and i sent it back signed. I then later received an email from Nolubabalo Lukhele confirming that my services will be cancelled and released on the 30th of April 2021 so that my new ISP can take over the line. Its the 3rd today and my line hasn't been released. When i call the customer care they told me the line has been successfully deleted. My infrastructure confirmed to me that the line hasn't been deleted nor released, they only cancelled my services. Now i'm left with no connectivity and i work from home. I'm unable to do my work because there I don't have connectivity. I called them again and no one knows how to resolve my issue.

WE HAVE NOT HAD FIBRE FOR THE LAST TWO WEEKS, CALLED AND TOLD TO SWITCH ROUTER ON AND OFF DONE THIS HUNDREDS OF TIMES.... CALLS TO AGENTS DROP GET CALLED BACK PROBLEM STILL NOT RESOLVED. HAVE GIVEN A MONTHS NOTICE, STILL NO RESOLUTION!!! STILL PAYING FOR A SERVICE WHICH IS NON EXISTENT!!!!

Good day I was sold a contract to on the 11 March 2021 by Rishen Gangen rishen***@creativecounsel.co.za on the 17th March 2021 the fiber was installed at my home I was told by this guy that I will get a 3 month free fiber and will only start paying end of June 2021 however an amount of R1890 was deducted from my ABSA cheque account on the 30 April 2021 I logged a helopeter complaint and also called u call center whick I am getting the run around, this is unacceptable and poor service from Vodacom side I need someone to assist

I had a contract with Vodacom for 076 423 2995 and 064 680 0806. These were both under the number 082 497 7465 (which was cancelled at an earlier stage)This was for account number 14313686-5.
In December I cancelled the 076 number effective end of January. In January I called to cancel the 064 number effective end of February, and confirmed that the 076 number would be cancelled.
At the end of February I was billed for both numbers, with an increase in price for both contracts. I did not pay it and contacted Vodacom to be sent a new, correct bill. This did not happen. In March I received another bill. Again for both numbers.
Regardless of how hard i tried, no one would help me until the accounts were paid. I thus paid the accounts as they were given to me. I have now received another bill for an outstanding amount. This is ridiculous. I would like to be fully refunded for the money that I had to pay because of inefficiency on the side of Vodacom.
I have emailed customer care with details regarding the transactions, as attached below

I have been looking for an urgent contract as my phone is damaged. There was an advertisment by Pavilion Shopping Center that Vodacom Pavilion is having a dual promotion on A12 for R299 x 24 months.One phone is on 200 mins 200 smses and 650 mb.the other was on 65 airtime only and once off 20gigs I called the store yesterday and was told the dual offer is available still. When I got there this morning as soon as the store opening I was told by Consultant Seedat there is no such offer.After wasting my time he got the trainee manager who eventually found the ad on the internet and stated they did not advertise this The Pavilion did. They were obviously not interested or willing to help.I went to Information at Pavilion and was told they so not just advertise Vodacom would have had to pay for that ad. So I wasted my time petrol and money for bank statements for a false advert. I am appalled by the service at that Vodacom store

I have had a similar complaint with Vodacom in that I went for an upgrade for an iPhone 12. I went to the Bluff store 3 different times and was given a the same price on ALL 3 occasions I was in the store with my mom and my daughter. On the day I was meant to get the device, I was told “we can give you the device, however its going to be R750 per month and not we quoted you.”
I have sent complaint emails to the Vodacom Bluff store and Vodacom customer care with the pictures of where I wrote down how much I will be charged every month for a device and airtime. To date, I have yet to hear or sniff a response from them. I’m actually in the process of talking to Ms Knowler to see what my options are because they are the ones who sold me a dream. Also their communication with customers is absolutely terrible.

I phoned on wednesday after holding for 50 minutes to speak to a agend,reported the morning early that my fibre was down...they said its probably a maintenance issue...received a message that same afternoon that fibre is restored,coming home it was still down...phoned then again on thursday after holding for 25 minutes...just explaining the whole problem again...vodacom cut my call and i had to phone again holding for 13 minutes,they told me to reset router what i have done by now a hundred times...logging into my router..but the consultants at vodacom with clearly no experienes where to direct me to go to resolve this issue...they were busy with me for 3minutes where they cut my call again...they phoned me back luckily...trying to help with no luck just to cut my call again.NOW WITH DAY 3 OF NO FIBRE I WANT TO CANCEL WITH IMMEDIATELY EFFECT,I AM NOT GOING TO PAY FOR A LACK OF SERVICE AND AGENDS THAT CLEARLY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO GET YOUR PRODUCT WORKING ON MY SIDE.

Please take note that I did not place any order, your sales guy asked me if I want wifi and we told him we do have wifi and need to cancel it first, he then told us to complete the form and they will contact us to put us on a waiting list for when our WiFi is cancelled from the current company. My wife signed the paper and she doesn't have signing right on the vodacom account. We told your sales guy that vodacom must call us and he said they will call us to put us on the list but we have to complete the form.

Explaining my situation on the 1st email. After that she doesn't respond to my mails and I don't have a contact number for her. My problem, I had a corporate account (work phone). The company then put it on my name and I've been using the corporate account number to pay for my other Vodacom accounts.

I have just recently found out that I have a R8000 credit on this corporate account and I requested the funds be allocated to my fibre account as I was advised that I'm R6000 in arears.


Jabulile Tshabalala advised that the money cant be allocated and that I should make an arrangement to pay the R6000. She also advised that the R8000 credit will be used for my cellphone account and I will only start paying it again after year. That doesn't make sense to me.

Is there someone who can attend to this query please.

Vodacom phoned us in july 2020 to give us a "promotion". After finding out they lied to us we wanted to cancel the agreements. After a huge fight which involved hello peter as well they said both lines was cancelled. We believed them. After a month they deduct again money extra we phoned them they said they will sort it out. They never come back to us if we don't phone them they don't phone. After 9 months i'm still paying an amount for something i don't use. When i phone them they 1st they said they didn't receive the modem which we did send back i'm assuming they lie again as they lie everytime. Then i said we did send it they said they will look into the matter. Never phone back. We phone again they said they will pay withing 48 hours. After 1 week again i phoned now again they didn't receive the modem.I can't cancel or get my R2000 back from august 2020 i have to pay an amount to stop the contract or pay another year and a half. I'm not prepared to pay anything more as they can see that we are not using the modem or data. We are very disapointed in vodacom we are customers for almost 20 years if not more but the last 3 years they bullshitting us. We are fed up.

I have been given the run around with VSP since February 2021 regarding an upgrade that was cancelled 2 days after agreeing to same as it was misleading on the sales call. The dispute has been communicated with various agents and no-one has come back to me with resolution herein, I am being pushed around and no outcomes of my call recording request has been received, no senior staff returns my calls and it appears that I am being lied to over and over when calling the customer care line by repeating myself to a point where I feel I am being taken for a ride. The invoices are now piling up and I am liable for payment taking into account that this is not even a contract I am able to have as I am under debt review which means due diligence were not followed through on when selling to consumers. The external party who has sold me the package names Home Mark does not return my calls and this is getting to a point where I need to refer this matter to the ombudsman and counsel for assistance.

Elite Mobile contacted me and offered me a R3000 voucher if I upgraded my contract. The voucher would be issued as soon as I had made my second payment.

I am about to make my 4th payment and the I have still not received the voucher.

What bothers me the most is the total lack of customer service from Vodacom/Elite Mobile . I have made numerous call to both companies and have had plenty of promises and due dates for the voucher to be issued come and go.

Please find below Vodacom's last promise for me to receive the voucher on the 20th of APRIL 2021....i STII HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT.

I brought my voda tab for fixing at empangeni shop knowing that it was insured. After a week or two it came back without having fixed. I was very disappointed for something costing less than R500 to fix, the problem with is it automatically frozen and turned off after the battery was drained due to having not charged, and it never turned on even after a long stay on charger. Hoping that from my service provider I will get help, but with great disappointment. I therefore request my 0725522242 contract to be terminated and caller ID be brought back as soon as possible.

March 29 2021 I went to Vodacom Key West and were assisted by a so called " senior" Robin. I informed Robin that on 23 April 2021 at noon that my 079 must be discontinued and that I need a new number. I selected a 067 number and Robin confirmed that the process is correct .
23 April at noon my business line 076 were disconnected and replaced by the 067 number I went to the store and spoke to the store manager Tshepo at 12:45 and he assured me that the problem will be sorted out in the next 15 min.
At 15:45 I have heard nothing from Tshepo and when I phoned him his response were " I am busy I will sort it out later. I told Tshepo that I am losing business . response, you must wait, you people think we must jump when you have issues.
Saturday 24 April at 11:45 I phoned Tshepo again and response , I am still waiting. and he refused to give me the franchise owners number , saying that " the owner does not speak to people like you "
Monday 26 April ( 3 days of losing business ) I contacted Tshepo again , response, the owner of the franchise and the CEO is dealing with the problem and he will get back to us before close of business.
Tuesday 27 April still no feedback and still losing business.
Tshepo the master of deceiving and lying,, INTEGRITY ????? well there is nothing
Vodacom Key West have a serious problem with honesty , commitment, customer services and INTEGRITY
A lot of complaints against the store , maybe that owner that does not speak to people like my should clean house and get staff that's competent to do their work
