I placed an order yesterday and paid it right away and scheduled it for delivery on the given times on the app. But 9mins before the chosen time, the order was cancelled. My refund account on panday pay is turned on. I was told by an agen through email and was asked how I want to be refunded. And I was told by all of the agents on chat, it will be refunded on the card used to pay the order. I have been multiple refund issues with Foodpanda and I didn't get those. I've been visiting BDO branches to check on that refund, but nothing came through. How I wish I can attached the email sent to me. I am requesting as well to have an executive call me. This is infuriating!!!!!

I dont like the attitude of your rider he is not good and he needs disciplinary action. He got angry on my minor child, he claimed that our location is wrong, i ordered many times but other riders did not complain and got the location right he is the only rider who got angry. I ordered a 4 Jollibee meals from foodpanda. The driver got here earlier and he chatted me via the built-in messaging app of foodpanda, and I replied just seconds after, saying I am already on my way down. I am on the 32nd floor of the condo and the elevators are not that fast. Upon receiving the text and replying, I made my way to the elevator to go down immediately, was just 3-4 minutes from the room to being downstairs and when I got to the rider, he said my order was cancelled! I was just in the elevator and foodpanda cancelled my order from their end? That is unbelievably unacceptable. The rider is already there waiting for me and I didn’t even waste time to get to him and while I was on the elevator, in which there wouldn’t be any reception, foodpanda cancel my order just because I was unreachable for 2-3 minutes that I was in the elevator? The rider was so humiliated that this happened. He kept saying sorry for your company. Like I already replied that I was already on my way down, and you cancel my order? It wasn’t even like I never even replied that I was coming down. The thing was, I was already on my way down. Then you surprise me that my order was cancelled right when I am already with the rider? This is unacceptable. If foodpanda does not do anything about this by the 20th of December, I am going to sue because this is an unacceptable behavior. Good thing the rider was very nice and still gave me my order, don’t worry, I paid him the 340 pesos that I ordered.

Hello sender, I am also upset with them, but I think you got an issue with the connection when riding the elevator you did not have a connection on that time, that's why you got disconnected or unreachable and it will automatically cancel all the transactions from foodpanda, and they can't do anything about once you get disconnected, remember it is an internet based platform to perform such transactions.

It’s been almost 5 months since I ordered from foodpanda, my order was accepted and then after 10 mins they suddenly cancelled my order last minute. I paid through my bpi debit card and it was credited with the said amount, at first I was just waiting for 7 days hoping they would return the amount they credited to my debit card but waited for nothing, I’ve been sending email and messages to their facebook and I always receiving the same response giving me a reference number multiple times,I keep checking the reference number with my aunt, a bank manager and there’s no refund money with the said reference number. I just wanted to get a refund but it took me 5 months and still waiting.

My order was supposed to arrive 32 mins according to foodpanda but it arrived for almost an hour. When the rider arrived he said he doesnt have change for 1000. My brother asked me if I have smaller amount I said none so just go to a sari sari store and buy me bottled water so the 1000php can have coins and smaller bills. When he comes outside the rider was already gone. I contacted the rider he called me and cursed at me. He also disrespected me in messages. He may just reason out that "I started to curse first." But that wasn't the issue. The issue is he just left and ate my order. Yes he ate my order I can send messages of him telling my boyfriend that my order was delicious because he paid for it.

Hello. I have a serious problem regarding one of your drivers and I am VERY upset and scared. I had given my phone number to foodpanda so that when my order arrived, I could be contacted by the driver. But now your driver has my personal number and is contacting me during the night and harassing me!!! Since delivering my food yesterday he started contacting me and now I do not feel safe, and I do not feel safe ordering from FOODPANDA anymore if this is how your drivers will act. I am a small woman and feel very unsafe even going to meet your drivers if this is how they are going to act. It is EXTREMELY un professional and there is NO WAY someone who acts like this should be employed by you. It was in regards to my last order placed and I have the drivers private number that he continues to try to contact me from. The number is as follows : +63 909 964 6630 . CAN YOU PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!! IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO HARRASS WOMEN ESPECIALLY CUSTOMERS!!! I ordered on 30 October 2020 and my order arrived incomplete. My order codenis q9ak-f486. I filed comolaint at your helpdesk and I was told to wait 7-10 business days. I followed up after 10 days and sent my banking details. I was told again to wait 7 business days. On 23 November I was told my complaint has already been escalates and my refund will be done after another 7 business days. Today is 02 December and i still dont have my refund. I m filing a complaint under consumer welfare act.

I contacted your help center today because an amount of Php376.00 was deducted from my GCash account last Sunday Nov. 15, 2020 at 10:29 a.m. My order from Chow King was cancelled because as I viewed the info it said .. traffic. Your Help Center messaged me that I already have a case number and that they will process within 24 hours. I followed up today and was able to talk to one of your customer agents who said that it was cancelled because my address was wrong. How can that be? If you check my data it has been my home address registered ever since? Then the second agent I was able to contact just closed my complaint saying that since my address was wrong I will no longer get a refund. You better address this concern because if not your company would have a reputation of fraudulence, taking money from customers without delivering the food ordered. I am hoping that I will get my refund as fast as you deducted it from my account. But it has been two days since.

We place an order last Nov 13, 2020, around 10 am. The rider, Julius contacted us and informed us he doesn't have a change for 1k because it's his first pick up for the day. We replied POLITELY that we don't have a smaller bill. Instead of asking us if we can do something on our end to have a smaller bill, he arrogantly tells us "IF YOU WANT YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR ORDER." My partner is so furious that he replied "GAGO" but translated to "STUPID" and the rider told us that we should not underestimate him and we are only ordering food, which FYI is where he gets his financial income. That is not good customer service and you should do something.

I am a doctor who orders from your app whenever at work and your riders have never misbehaved. Today I ordered my breakfast at home today and I was alone your rider called to confirm the address. He delivered my food and said he has no change he went to bring change and in the mean time he started texting me. “ hy G aa jaay bahir” even when I was receiving my order I didn’t like his attitude. I just moved in here in paranaque and your app (food panda) cannot pin or locate my exact address and even when I checked the “current location” it was not accurate, so I just typed in our village name instead and found out that the app can’t really locate any street on this place so I decided to just use the village name and just typed in on the “note” the exact address since it’s just 1 street away.

The rider called me on the phone and said that he’s on the pinned location (village gate). I instructed him to go to the address written on the note but he insisted that I should go to the pinned location instead (which is the village gate).
That’s only one street away but he’s too lazy to go to the exact address and he really insisted that I should go to him.

After a long long long conversation finally he ended up going to my exact address and when he saw me, he started yelling at me instead of giving my order.
I already explained to him the issue on the map of this app and tell him that I placed an order before with the same scenario but the other riders didn’t have any issues about it.
He continuously yelled at me and when he’s about to give my order, he said that he will not give it to me, he put my order back to his box and then leave me with the rude attitude.

Please orient your riders to always read the notes before they accept the order so that if they have an issue on the “note”, they will not rant as if they’ve been treated like an animal.

Btw, the rider’s name is Egbert M. Gogotano. I guess he’s not fit to this job. He’s really temperamental and he caused me so much trauma. That behavior seems to be like the criminal/snatcher that I encountered before. I hope this will never happen again to anyone.

I hope you will give those riders a real disciplinary actions.

I hope this complaint will not be just a complaint.

My son wanted to treat me, and ordered Jollibee products which was prepaid and delivered via Food Panda. However, the rider failed to reach my location. I received message from him and immediately gave him a call. However, upon talking to him, he said that he was not able to locate my place, so he returned the Jollibee products in Southmall branch where it came from. I phoned Jollibee Southmall but they said nothing was returned to them. Jollibee Southmall then confirmed that this kind of dilemma and complaint is only one of the many they have received.

In this regard, we would like to seek for your help so that this kind
of wrongdoings of your riders would be given due solution, so that it would be prevented in the future.

I would also like to take this opportunity to request for refund, as I think it would only be fair to get from your company as immediate action to preserve your customers' trust to continue availing your services. I am sending the details of the purchase to support this letter.

This is a feedback on your riders (or probably your agents). I always order from Foodpanda for my senior citizen mother via website and I have a default note to contact my mother's number. But your riders are always bothering me by calling my number.

I am already (and very) busy during the delivery time because I am working as a professional and besides my mother will be the one to receive the order. The very reason I put a default note to contact her number.

Please tell your riders to make it a habit to read the note I indicated in your website. Or let your agents forward it properly to your riders. It is becoming troublesome for me, actually. It happened a lot of times already.

I don't want to think that you are hiring dumb people, excuse me for the term. Please orient your riders/agents.

He contacted me and said that he is there already but when my helper went out the house he is not there. Then he texted me that i have to be aware if ever there's a delivery! He got the wrong house! Then I told him I am aware and he is at the wring house then he asked me if im mad, I said yes, and I'll file a complaint against him, he said "sige mam, sasamahan pa kita!" What kind of driver is that?!
