We are in Australia that ordered Shakeys C5 online through Food Panda PH to be delivered to our family in Pateros.

We received an email from Foodpanda that they could not find us at our address so they cancelled our order yet I just noticed that they still charged us PHP3379

I requested for a refund but Food Panda is saying they could not locate our address. How can they possibly have prepared all or food and get to Pateros from C5 in just 8minutes??? Besides, our family has been living in that same house for over 80 years and everyone knows them, they also have a store so it is impossible that they cannot locate the address. Moreover, I ordered from Shakeys C5 last week and they delivered it to the same address.

This is purely a gimmick that they cancelled, charged us and wouldnt refund it.

Please help resolve this so that this does not continue.

I regularly order thru FoodPanda, 1-3x a week sometimes more to to QC and never had a problem.

I hope they can refund and think of customer sentiments rather than short term gain of $97. Thats just low.

I placed an order and paid by card. Shortly before my order came, someone called me. She claimed to be from Chili’s Greenbelt 5 and my card payment was supposedly not processed, so I was told I had to pay by cash to the rider. I was assured I would be refunded. I spoke to a female.

When the rider came, I paid by cash. I said, I was told by Chili’s that my card payment was not processed. The rider confirmed it was what happened. Supposedly.

I called the number again. This time a male voice answered. He said he was “Raymond” from Chili’s. I told him I had called Chili’s about my refund. He said he was just on break. He asked what Chili’s told me. I said they were looking into it.

I then called Chili’s Greenbelt 5 to check the status of my refund and informed them of the number and my conversation with “Raymond”. I was shocked to learn that the number that called me was not Chili’s Greenbelt 5. I was informed they had no employee on break at that time. It seems they also had no employee by the name of “Raymond”.

Long story short I WAS SCAMMED. It is so frustrating because you cannot contact foodpanda PH immediately for immediate concerns like this. The lack of accountability is incredible.

I am one of your customers from Cebu City. I've ordered foodpanda today for my girlfriend, I instructed the driver to call the number i provided to him(my gf's number). When the order arrives, the driver called the number I provided but no one answered. After a few calls, my gf answered but the driver was recklessly shouting at my girlfriend. I understand that they may have another orders to deliver but I don't think that it is reasonable to yell at a custumer knowing that the delay was only 2-3 mins. My girlfriend even apologized to the driver but still, the driver is yelling. Please be kind next time.

My name is atif riaz and im a resident of sukkur city. Today i have ordered on foodpanda, a delivery boy came to deliver me food when i have gave him money he dsnt had change. I asked him for a change he said "he said we are not your servents to keep change with us". I asked him to behave gentle because u are standing infront of my home. Then he started abusing and threaten me and my family and said that "i have seen your home now see what i will do". This criminal is working in food panda and if anything will happen to me or my family then food panda will responsible for th loses.
That terrorist and a criminal rider's contact number is 03104893197. Order number is n8yz-roxq.
Im also attaching the order number and detail. I request u to take a serious action against this criminal, otherwise i keep a right to contact law and order agencies, police and court.

I contacted Foodpanda Live chat to complaint about the order I received. I ordered a Grabde and I receive a regular size. I wanted to have it resolved and get my money back for the upgrade I paid for. The agent told me that someone will call me or email me but I never receive any. The fault of your partner is not my fault abd I have to get my money back as it is mine. Also, the agent disconnect me after asking to speak to a manager.

i ordered from shake shack and my rider marked my order as delivered but i never got my food! apparently the rider gave my food to someone else! the rider never contacted me at all which is kinda suspicious he might be the one who got my food! and now foodpanda has guts of not refunding my order!!

I requested to receive a call from foodpanda about a voucher that was not sent to me within the agreed time frame. I received a call from a representative at foodpanda whom was very rude and wouldn't let me get a word in our conversation. Then, when I insisted to speak she hung up on me.

I've attached the call log and the phone number the foodpanda representative used to call me

PS: you would see 2 call logs from foodpanda because during the first call I received from foodpanda, I requested to be contacted again after several minutes because I was in the comfort room.

Hi, I also received a call from this number. I wasn't really sure who is it but I came across this post. Recently, I also asked about my issues with the vouchers. Didn't fully understood the person on the other line, she hung up.

I ordered from Zark's last night via my debit card. It went through and made us wait for 30 mins and then just gave us notify it was canceled. Now, you are stucking my money on that wallet.

I had the same issue! I guess it time for a change! Make a formal complaint against this company! Money doesn’t pop up in our wallets, its hard earned!

I currently have the same issue with Food Panda. I've stopped corresponding with them since they are senseless to deal with. Moving forward, I have sent an email to DTI for corrective action. Food Panda is just infuriating. When I have my money credited to my bank account (instead of having it as a Food Panda wallet), I'm deactivating my account with them. This company has been the worst I've to deal with so far!

It happens last tuesday at around 7:30-7-53pm.
I ordered a food from mcdonalds for my son and his nanny and by the way i am not in the house that time. I was just the one who ordered the food. The problem is i didn't exactly put the pin in our house because there is no specific address or street that shows in the map. so i just pin it to the place that i know where is our house located. suddenly the driver is on his way to our place, then he called twice that he said he cannot find our house. then i called the nanny to go outside to see the driver. But after 1 min. the driver called me again and raising his voice to me that im trying to find the house but i cannot see you. next time you pin the exact location because you are wasting my gas and time. And while im explaining he suddenly drop the call while im speaking. In my opinion he should atleast wait for atleast 1-2 mins. before he get mad like that. because my nanny is also taking care of my 7 months old baby that time thats why she didnt go outside the house right away. And when he is already in the house. he says a lot to my nanny. my nanny gave the 1000 pesos for the payment for the delivery, but the driver ses that he doesnt have a change for that. He also added that its already late night, why you didnt have a small bill to give. thats why my nanny took time to find for a smaller bill just to give for his convenience.

Yesturday i order in mcdonald,sudenlly the address was wrong.I have a note on my record before on my food panda account.On that time i paid my order on my gcash account,then i pick up my wife to work.That meal is for my kids,i recieve a message for your rider but can't reply to him.Beacause my smart signal has low connection,thats why can't reply to your rider.Why your rider did not try to call me,i have cell number in my food panda account?I recieve a message from food panda that my order was cancelled,so what happen about my money that i pay in gcash?When i back home for about 2,my kids was hanggry already and i order again in foodpanda.Hoping that i will get my last order?But nothing...

Same as mine but in my case it was happened last June 3, 2020 & Oct 3, 2020 transaction transaction by merchant. And i used debit atm online payment. Until now not yet credit back to my account. I sent many emails & follow ups but until now same answered i received. They give me a transaction code to show it in my back. Grabeh very hassle. But my bank told me they did not need those transaction codes. They need a report for crediting back. We need to boycott food panda. To update their system like lazada & shopee in refunding transaction their are fast. And not bothering customer to follow up. They automatically credit back.

They are giving us too low incentive and salary. A order of 3 km is 52 RS. Can you imagine it ? The job of Foodpanda rider was very good before lockdown happened in Pakistan. They were paying us 70 RS per order. That was good. But now it's getting worse day by day. They are decreasing our salary on every month. I request you to kindly check and please help us and give us better service like you was giving. I am very thankful of you.

I am a frequent user of Foodpanda. It was the first time for us to experience this last Monday, January 18 2021. We placed 2 different orders, both were cancelled saying it was the incorrect address. We always double check on this and we order more than 3 times every week using the exact same address without any issue. We never got the food however they still billed and charged my account and refused to issue any refund.

Spoke to several different customer support agents on chat and email but all they can say is "order cancelled, no refund" They refuse to listen or check what the real problem is!

The rider called me and told me that he is on my pin location but my current location is @ arguelles jaro iloilo city, i offered him a solution but unfortunately he refused it, it was okay fo me then because i made a mistake but the thing that i didn't like is his behaviour towards me, hes being rude when he speak and it came from his words that hes been suspended for many days due to his behavior and that is why i filed a complaint against him. i don't tolerate that kind of behavior where in the 1st place im a customer. hoping for your kind consideration on this mater.
