FACT 4: Upon claiming the order RUDE RIDER WAS YELLING “ANO BA KAYO 30 MINUTES NA AKO NAGHIHINTAY DITO, NAKAKA HIGH BLOOD KAYO NAWAWALAN AKO NG ORDER GAWA NINYO”.

Is this the proper behavior? I demand an explanation and timeline of the said 30 minutes of waiting time

This is my 3rd time to follow up on my refund.

Oct 22 - I contacted customer service because my order was arrived damaged, I received a phone call and I was informed that I will get a full refund. I had sent my bank information

Oct 23 - I received a notification via email saying my bank's information is invalid. I provided again my Bank details.

I believe I was wrong giving the type of card. Instead of putting Savings account, I put debit.

Last Nov 1st, I contacted customer service via chat to follow up on my refund. Then, I received a phone call on Nov 2 from the Senior Specialist. She said that she will try to reprocess my refund. I was assured that they will send an email confirming our conversation.

Now, I am sending this again to check the status of my refund. It's been 14 days and still, everything was uncertain if I would still get my money back.

I hope this issue will convey to higher management or I will be considering canceling my Panda Pro subscription and close my account with Food Panda.

I ordered some drinks and paid via debit, but I forgot. When the rider came, I asked him how much and I paid. He took the money and did not tell me it was already paid for. I called him and told him to bring back my money but he never did.

I received spilled milktea orders, rider said complain it to the help center so i will receive the voucher, take note i paid the full price, but how your voucher works is that i have to pay for the tax and the delivery fee, it was not my fault the product was broken but i have to pay for it again? What a total waste of time and money. I was already inconvenienced enough.

Hi, this is regarding my order I have made last time, order s3qm-3gp4. My order was cancelled by the rider as per customer service agents because allegedly, I was unreachable back then. I am complaining because I was not refunded with the amount that was charged on my debit card. The fact that I reordered the same amount of food from the same store, I should have been refunded. Also, I am not satisfied with the reason that I was unreachable at that time and that's why the rider cancelled my order. I just received 1 msg from the rider through the app that time and unfortunately I did not hear the notification. Compared to my past orders, this rider did not even call me nor even text me on my mobile number which other riders usually do whenever they are outside the ER. This rider also did not even approach the security guard outside to look for me. There were also 4 nurses outside the ER that time to whom the rider could have approached or call their attention so they could call me inside. In short, I think the rider lacks initiative in doing these simple actions so he could say that he really tried his best to reach me. For me the rider should have done these things but no..no rider approached the guard outside. So just because the order was fully paid and he has nothing to lose, he would do unsatisfactory things? And if the order is COD they (rider) would really do everything they can (call the customer several times, text several times and call the attention of the security guard) because they got nothing to lose? So is this how foodpanda riders behave when the order is already paid? This is really unacceptable. I should be refunded for such negligence on the rider's part.

I ordered to foodpanda and i happen to have a wrong item so i called the help center to cancel it and they agreed and the next one was a wrong order so need to cancel it bit it was cancelled prior to preparation because foodpanda not allowing cancellation at all. Foodpanda gave a reason that it was delivered, i have cctv and checked that there is no 3 deliveries showing just one that was successfully claimed. I need a refund

1st of all, I placed an order on 9/9/2020 after i got out from graveyard shift. the rider didn't pick up my order. I chatted to get an update but no reply. I waited more than an hour, no call no chat and was so aggravated. Finally he called me just to say hi didn't pick up my order and nothing else he can do as if he did nothing wrong. So i ended up cancelling my order. The chat support promised me that he processed the refund that day and i should wait 30-45 days. So i waited and waited for update. 2days ago i chat with support and found out that they didn't process any refund. So if i didn't chat, no refund will be posted. Now i got my money back. But hey, i was charge P249 and got a refund of 247.88? Is that right after the trouble you've caused? That's only cents but you are stealing money from customers after showing poor service. If you will not address this concern immediately then I'll make sure to let everybody on facebook knows how Foodpanda provided ridiculous service.

I was charged full price for my order that had 2 missing items via card. I need you to refund my money. It's not a huge amount but you have to be fair with your service. If this is not resolved I will never use Food panda or recommend it ever again.

They did the same to me, I was charge the full price for a missing order. And it happened twice. They will only give you voucher that of course will only be used if you order again with them. That is their strategy.

Bad business.
Can’t trust them anymore.

Same thing that happened to me, but yours is a higher amount, they cancelled my order 16th of October but still charge my CC after 4 days, first time I complained I’ve talk with chatbots saying the same thing, promising the same “refund” process. After waiting no refund yet, same reasons they told me the same, the refund can’t get thru because of “technical error” waste of time and money, Do not trust them with your CC / bank info.

Sya pa May Ganang magalit at MAGMURA sakin kahit sya naman tong walang panukli. Tomboy sya at parang May gagawin Hindi maganda sa tono ng pananalita nya. Sinisigawan pa ang customer. Napakawalang galang ng nagdeliver ng order ko. Nagkakababaeng tao, (tomboy pa yata), eh ang pangit ng tabas ng dila. Napakabastos. Sayang, I didn't got her name. Ako pa ang sinumbatan nya na wala man lang daw exaktong address na nakalagay sa info ko kaya daw natagalan madala ang order ko. E ang dami kong "NOTES TO RIDER" doon and may map naman to trace the address. And sabi pa nya sa amount ng order ko na P337 pesos, "Ang liit naman pala." May minimun amount ba sa pag-order sa Foodpanda? Napakabastos talaga. Sa dami ko ng naorder sa Foodpanda, siya lang ang namumukod-tangi na masama ang trato sa costumer. walang respeto, napakapangit din ng tono ng pananalita. And lastly, for the payment, nag-abot ako ng 1,000 sa kanya. Sabi nya wala daw siyang pansukli. So binigyan ko ng lower bill, 500 pesos. Wala pa rin daw siyang panukli kasi pauwi na daw siya. Ako pa talaga ang pinamroblema nya. At dahil maganda ang araw ko nung time na un, hindi ako nakipagtalo sa kanya, naghanap na lang ako ng barya. nakakahiya naman sa kanya. I'll still order pa rin naman sa foodpanda kasi hindi lang naman siya ang nagdedeliver, basta 'wag ko lang makakaharap ulit ang babaeng yun sa susunod kong order. Humanda talaga siya.

Earlier at about 2 pm nagpadeliver ako sa foodpanda anticipated naman na magcall or message sila and the rider did.mssge nia palang demanding na.wala daw exact location ko pero andun ang street ko sa pin point na pinaglalaban nia ang gusto nia lumabas ako at ako ang pumunta kung asan sya maliit lang ung street namin binigay q saknia ang description at ang blk at lot namin,wala parin nagmssge sya na ang sabi "willing to wait naman ako" aba ang gusto pa talaga ako ang maghanap saknia nung sagutin ko na ng pabalang saka dumating galing sya sa kabilang street kaya pala nia ko hindi makita sa tindahan namin dahil nasa kabilang street sya at matapang pang managot nagot na kesho masususpend sya at hindi ko naman sya masasagot.unang una palang mali na ang street na pinuntahan niya na gusto niang puntahan ko pa sya kung hindi sya nakanakan ng katamaran nagcheck sya ng address kahit ng street kung tama 2nd nasa job description b ng mga rider ng foodpanda ang maging tamad na mangangatwiran pa ng mali? i am a foodpanda rider i am thankful for that i believe your company is a great help for us Filipino specially in this time of pandemic, my problem start when i was graded as a batch 3 category...during scheduled shift (thusrday4pm) i cannot get any shift because the roadrunner app is not fucntioning well....i havent secure a shift for a month now...i know im a freelance rider but that does not make sense because we are partners, and partners do help each other...i went to the foodpanda san juan hub...sir abel is not helping us but rather treating us as if we do not exist or always tells us that we are freelance rider and we can transfer job whenever we want to....but i love food panda phils i wish to continue work with you...some people in the hub are rumored to withheld shift and offer shift to riders with acertain fee....please help us with this problem....i only wish to improve our company....i believe we riders deserve the right to be heard and acted upon...thank you and God bless

This message is a report about your FOOD PANDA RIDER designated in Marikina.

Please take this message seriously and make an observation and review about this,

I am a customer in Marikina and I observed that ONE OF YOUR RIDERS is using a FAKE DRIVER LICENSE, that was made in RECTO, MANILA. (Please double check it)

She sent you her FAKE professional driver license thru online, (Please verify)

Her name is NOEMI PATALINGHOG. She sold her account to a boy that is why I conduct an observation and I found out when the boy picked the order from MCDOnald store, he wrote the name of NOEMI

PATALINGHOG and present us a FAKE DRIVER LICENSE,

This is an act of dishonesty and using a fake driver license is strictly not allowed.

I will also call the attention of the LTO (LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE) Marikina, Philippines, About this.

This act should never be tolerated and the Rider violated the rules of being a respectful and honest rider.

Hope you do a serious action about this after an immediate investigation.

My issue is about the rider that delivered my order from Master Buffalo GSIS PUP Condotel just minutes before I am writing this complaint to you. I specifically instructed that the food is to be delivered at 8:30 pm but he arrived minutes earlier from that. The thing is, I was not on my phone at that time because I was finishing a report I had to submit so I wasn't notified that he got there earlier than what was instructed. When I finally received the order, upon reaching my house, the rider texted me and I quote: "wag na ho kayo oorder pag bobo kayo magturo ng bahay nyo sir" Is that the way you choose your riders? I don't deserve this kind of treatment. I am tired, I want to eat good food and I just lost my appetite when I read his text. Nobody deserves that kind of treatment. I believe that if you value your customers, you should address this issue as soon as possible. I suggest putting your riders' names online so that we know who to specifically complain about next time. Thank you.

You can actually get their name po for using the chatbox sa rider. Just keep on message the rider thru app para mapilitan po sya magreply then pag nagreply na sya dun po lalabas yung name ng rider if he is on the way na. Please note po na di makakapag reply si rider hanggat di pa nya napipicked up yung order.

Hello Team,

I am hoping I could get a clear answer here since the email exchange I have had with sup***@foodpanda.ph was nothing short of a confusing thread, and we are just going in circles.
Yesterday I ordered from Boulangerie 22 - MaDocs for a cake worth 799php, the delivery charge was 39php for a total of 838php. I missed the call of the delivery guy hence he contacted food panda and have the order canceled. I reached out to the delivery guy as soon as I got a hold of my phone and asked him if it can be re-delivered, he agreed to return and deliver the cake but asked for payment as he mentioned that since food panda already canceled the order it wasn't paid yet. I checked my account and the amount has already been debited, however the driver insist it is not. We paid him in cash and since he does not have any receipt he can provide we took a photo of him accepting the payment in cash instead. I emailed sup***@foodpanda.ph for my concern but all I get are template emails from different representatives.
I hope through this platform I could get proper answer and that I'd get my refund.

My first time to use their service and I am very disappointed. The moment I saw the order that it’s already on the way I requested my Dad to wait for the call. I even asked my Mom using the landline to call Shakey’s to confirm if the claim is valid but they weren’t able to get hold of them. Magsaysay branch of Shakey’s is very close to our place and in my note I indicated the actual address as their default address is wrong. I also wrote in instructions that the driver should call first before the delivery. He claimed he called twice but my Dad never recived any call nor text message from the driver. It is the same number I used to register in FOOD PANDA and for their verification. My Dad received a verification text message from that cellphone number that’s why I was able to register and placed my order. So how come the driver claimed he couldn’t get in touch with that number? My 74y/o and 73 y/o parents are waiting for that delivery for their dinner. It is supposed to be my birthday gift for my Dad as he celebrated his 74th birthday yesterday. They are senior citizens, in a lockdown due to Covid19, and just by themselves and were deprived dinner by their irresponsible rider. How sure are they that the rider made a phone call given that my Dad didn’t receive any call from the rider? And what happened to the food that I ordered? I am out of the country that’s why I resorted to get their service to at least make my Dad happy on his birthday. I don’t care about the money that I paid for it is just a small amount but I am greatly hurt for what they did to my parents. Two phone calls were not enough and he could have texted before he left Shakey’s or somehow exhausted all the means before he gave up since he is delivering a perishable item. So who’s going to eat the food? The driver? If this is the case, I suspected that this was done intentionally and with malice.

I just hope and pray that the rest of their customer will never experience this kind of dilema for not all have money to place another order. Very poor service!
