I bought a fridge from OK FURNITURE GEZINA at the end of May. The fridge doesn't work currently and I'm not sure why.
Kindly arrange an urgent replacement of this fridge. I complained two weeks ago at the store... They said they'll get a technician but the technician only contacted me after three days and when I told him I would be available at 16h00 only, agreed but didn't answer his phone when I tried to get a hold of him.

The staff was busy charting(no social distancing),I had to go to them to ask for assistance, I bought a mini oven cash, the sales lady did not communicate with me after paying I had to wait, then after a while a guy came and gave me an invoice to sign nothing was said about the warranty, when I left the sales lady(Mvalwana N) was talking to another guy, she did not even bother to thank me I felt like I was at a spaza shop,

Comment I went to pay my account yesterday got there at 17:45 I was told they can't assist me as they already cashr up. This morning I got debit order from OK furniture that I canceled last. Your service is ridiculous now I'm charge for unpaid in my bank account for something I canceled.

I bought a bed at OK furniture Midrand, everything went and I was told they will contact me when my bed is at the store since it was at the warehouse. After two days they called as promised and I went to collect. Upon my collection I signed for the collection and no sales person assisted me with my product as it was left outside. I had to figure out which bed is mine from the staff that was loaded outside. I took a bed as I was transporting it with my own transport. When I arrived home, I unpacked the bed only to find that the whole to put a wheel wasnt there. It looks like there was a wheel inserted before then broken inside and the bed was left like that packaged and sold, so practically I couldn't do anything other than to return the bed. When I returned to the store no one bothered to check my complaints until the sales person told me I could have checked the quality of the bed before I left the store of which it was impossible as the bed is covered with plastics. I demanded my refund yes I got it but please do something about your sales people and check your products cause to me it shows that you sell rejected products to clients.

I would like to express my extreme disappointment with the lack of service received from OK furniture recently.
I’ve placed an order online for a washing machine on the 27th June 2020 , I have paid confirmation for it and was sent ONLY AN ORDER NUMBER with no further update since placing the order. No contact has been made from your team to inform me of where my delivery is.
I was charged nearly r400.00 for delivery fee , which I think is ridiculous for having to wait more than 5 days for my machine with no contact or update. Your policy states payment clears within 24hrs and delivery will be dispatched as soon as it has cleared, the payment has cleared and I have no machine. I was prepared to wait up to 5 working days because this is standard but it is now outside of this period and I have not heard a single thing back despite numerous phone calls to useless customer service staff, I have tried to track my order online several times but your system does not allow me to do so. I have emailed onlinesho***@shoprite.co.za and I have emailed and called jhi***@shoprite.co.za with no acknowledgement or response. My partner managed to find out that it is being dispatched from the Wynberg branch, however when we call the line there is a dead tone and cannot get through to anyone. What am I expected to do? I have paid for something that I have not received, that is simply not good enough.
I find this poor service hugely unacceptable and I do expect a resolution to my complaint immediately and it goes without saying that
I expect a FULL REFUND of my delivery fee as you are in breach of your agreement, I refuse to pay so much for a delivery fee for such a poor excuse of a service, you have not delivered on your promise and you have obviously not delivered my machine which I have paid for in full, the money is in your account. I bought this machine in good faith and I was not expecting this to be such a pain.
To be 100% clear on my expectations, I would like to have my machine delivered ASAP or within 1 working day at most and I would like to have the delivery fee refunded back to me.
If I do not hear back within 24 hours, I will address this matter with the consumer ombudsman.

Wendy from the Roodepoort branch in van Wyk street.
I just want to thank Wendy from the Roodepoort branch for going out of her way to help me. I Phoned her on Tuesday 30 June, but they did not have stock of the bed and base set yet. Told me the truck was coming on Wednesday 1 July with stock. Phoned me later and told me that they did not bring the base sets, but they will bring it on Friday. Told me she will phone me as soon as the truck arrived. This morning I got a call from her and told me the truck is there with the stock. I made arrangements to come and pay by 14h00. But my son could only go at 15h30. I guess people on the floor did not want to find out if she was there.I was phoning her and told her my son is on his way. He is only 10min away from them. She told me she is in the shop. Then someone else took the sale. Gertrude was the lady. Please, she did went through a lot of trouble to get this deal. I do not know how you guys work, is there commission or what do you get apart from your salary. Thank you again for a great service.

Good day I'm highly disappointed in the service I received from OK Kathu. I've done the credit application a month ago I had to go back and check on the application after a week and it was just laying there no one contacted me nothing. The assistant gave me the forms to sign I signed them and filed in the debit order firm as well I've been waiting 2 weeks now since I've signed the debit order form I went there again on Saturday the shop assistant just told me he can't help me he's waiting from head office.

I bought hisensefridge 2019 Sept at OK mams mall and the fridge does not work properly.the food got spoilt when it's on 3 and we put it on 4 they make ice (frozen) on top.they send the repair from heisense twice but it does not make different.i went back to OK to complain on 2020 june 09 since I'm waiting for repairs until today.whereelse my eggs got frozen.i bought fridge at OK but when i lay a complain I am told about heisense problem.

I do have a query for OK FURNITURE branch 8023 DELFT. I bought my LG25L TOUCH MICROWAVES on the 10th of SEPTEMBER 2019 and i used it only month and half it was fucked up was not taking out heat but it was doing on and coming a sound but tgere was no heat. So i took it to the shop were i bought it at ok and they gave me a copy of repairment slip and they said they will call me in two weeks time so from last yer 2019 upto now they ddnt ever try to call me its only me i was calling them so last time i spoke to sales man ZAGA GANNE P bsm01she said she is going to call me and notify me about my microwave so today i decide to call them and i spoke to the manager on duty THANDI and she wasn't saying reasonable thing or undestandable how can a manager told me that ahe dont know about that case of microwaves bcoz am not the one who took it and we are all the new staff workers and manegers so the old workers and managers no longer working here. So guys do something i need my microwave back

A few years ago I bought a freezer from the OK Furniture in Virginia, and there was a couple of issues, concerning the delivery. They sent the wrong freezer and refused to deliver the correct one on the same day. After what felt like days- 4hours to be precise - of standing in the shop the correct one was eventually on its way. After an argument with the manager that I eventually won, since he was wrong.
Then today on the 19th of June 2020, I bought a 13kg, Bosch Washing Machine, and after delivering it what felt like hours, I looked inside and there was no bottom plate, a part of the machine that must be connected, before operating the machine, he refused to send me the bottom plate. He screamed at me, a woman and I am saying this because of the ongoing struggles we as females must face. He even asked me what I think he must do... Me I am not the manager he is. I'm a pilote lady, who just want everything to be right, and then I get treated this bad by the manager, I am so angry. He now plans to send, after a huge and heated argument from his side with him explaining to me that I wasn't clear about my query and how he has more important things to do, after I explained what I want four times.
I expect of you to do something on your behalf, otherwise I will be taking this further. The way he treated his customers and the way he goes on is insane. I will be telling this to the community.

I bought a KIC fridge on the 28th of February this year in ermelo, which I bought cash now the problem is on the 7th of May 2020 the fridge stopped working I've tried changing plugs but it's not working and I have just bought groceries for the month now when I call the sales person they telling me about having to bring the fridge myself and pay for transportation again to have it delivered at the shop now when I ask them are they gonna refund me or what cause I cannnot be left without a fridge because all my groceries will get spoilt because that means I'll have to put everything on the floor and the fridge it's only 3 and a half months since I bought it and the sales person was rude towards me saying I'll have to make a plan on how I work that one out

The bottom line is that the product is of inferior quality. It feels as if it is a twenty year old product,tried to be renewed and placed back on the market. The springs of the products are visible and can be felt when laying on it. Not even a month in and one side of the bed had already caved in. It is honestly unfair and unethical that one spends their money on a product hoping to use it for 5years plus and be let down by it not even a year into usage.This is a way of showing clients how little you value them. I have told people about other good products bought at OK and will do the same as far as the customer care and the and the quality of the product.

Comment I also have a similar problem. However mine is almost a year now but also looks and feels like it's been there for over 20 years. This is really unfair, especially from a big company like OK. It would have been better and expected if the bed was bought cheaper.

My name is GLADYS Masilela I am not happy about the treatment and the service that I got at ok furniture in Siyabuswa Mall.
On Sunday the 31st of June 2020 at about 12:41 I went to the store to purchase for myself a car hover then
1. We stood next to the product half an hour and no one attend to me and I called the male sales assistant who was stationed by the entrance and his response was that he can not leave the department unmanned and then I decided to call the lady who was walking around immediately when the lady was coming to me the guy with the black golf t shirt with black cap on without face Musk as we all requered to comply with COVID-19 standards however him walking at the sales floor without must putting all customers entering the store at risking our lifes exposing us to COVID-19.
The guy called the lady back to him not assist me as customer as I understand that ok treat customer first.i had to call him to come and assist me however he just looked at me and walk into the office and I told them that I am here to buy please then the lady decided to come and assist me it was like they making favor for to sell me the hover.
As I was desperate to buy a car hover and I always buy my products at ok as it is the quality store for me I did continue of waiting for them to help me. The sad part when I arrived at home I found our that the car hover is missing set number (4) I immediately contacted the store trying to understand if set no 4 I am supposed to buy it separately or what they ask me to send them whatsaap of everything that I have with me to them.
The biggest thing that I am not satisfied with as per the lady it was a factory falt that they didn't put set no 4 and they took the one for the display and give it to me. As there was a factory falt mentioned in the machine y they did not give me new box as I brought it back same day now I am sitting with faulty machine and I paid for R799. 00.
I have beg three sales assistant to help me and when I walk out the same guy that didn't wanna leave the department unmanned was sitting laying on top of the couch with white head phones on sitting like a boss.
Please can you please advise me what will I do going forward if the faulty product is giving me problem??
