I opened an account on match before lockdown was implemented. It was successful and on it I took a laptop and I was required to pay R500 deposit which I paid 2 days after. The item was not available in store so I was ordered the one that I wanted and I'm grateful for that honestly. The store had to close until further notice due to lockdown and I totally understood that there's actually nothing that can be done so I patiently waited the whole april month. But now since the store is permitted to operate I haven't got the item it's now 2 months with no update that I personally had to go to the store and hear about my purchase. I'm so disappointed that I the customer had to wait the whole 2 months and still waiting for the item I purchased in March to arrive. This is totally a poor customer service and a disappointing service at OK Ladybrand.

On the 28/05/2020 I wanted to purchase a defy chest freezer of R3200 only to found out I can't purchase it because I have my own transport and I think it is utter madness to have to may R400 for delivery from Wynbery to lavender hill and I do have my own transport for the freezer to be delivered and how is it possible for me not to get the freezer and have to wait for level 1 but if I pay for delivery I can get it immediately I think that is day light robber to do that to a customer who is willing to show support to your store to a chest freezer

We bought the base set from them Nov 2019, hardly 2 weeks the base crackle and squeeked, they replaced it. Beginning of April the mattress starting to make dunning squeeking noises. And feels if it want to throw you off. And because of lockdown we could not get hold of them and since the middle of May we called the branch and they keep saying the stock Controller will call us. Till date no o e called. My husband is cripple and can be hurt badly and then it will be a law suit. What must be do. Go to the consumer council instead?

On the 07/03/2020 I bought Mini oven for cash,I was advised to not collect it because there was a promising special on the upcoming week.unfortunately the store closed due to lockdown.On the 26/05/2020 ,I went to collect My item I was forced to pay delivery fee while I have My own vehicle.I paid the amount while I transported My stove.Please can you look at this as it was cash purchase and prior implementation of new lockdown regulations .These regulations dont apply to this purchase.This is exploitation of customers and I will not stand for it.please adress it accordingly. We all affected by lockdown in a negative way.Im currently unemployed so why should I pay for delivery that I do not need.

Im writting this to report to the unproffessional way in which I was treated at your store in Welkom Free State.
I made a laybye on the 1 st March 2020 for a 4 plate cable stove as it was on special at the time,I deposit R2000.00 on the price of R3390.00 with the intention of getting it within the next month but due to lockdown i couldn't as your shop was closed.Now that I went they want to charge me a different price(R3900.00) and that was not the contract signed.Please can you look into this as I am a pensioner and cannot afford R510.00 more I did not ask Covid to happen, as far as I understand you can only sell big appliances within level 3 and i was willing to pay balance and wait for level 3 to pick up therefore I am appalled at them telling me I should buy a kettle or iron with my product at this time.WHY???Also insisting that I use your transport,I refuse as my son will do this for me for free.
This is exploiting us as pensioners and I will not stand for it.Please contact me soonest as I will be taking this futher if not dealt with accordingly. .Thank you

Comment Same thing happend to me I took a 55 inch tv in 2018 I was paying my instalments the whole time Last year September I paid R4000 and my instalment is suppose to be R588 I was left with paying only R1200... Which of it includes admin fees ect I not sure why we suppose to pay them adim fees... Last week they called me I now owe R3317 which Im really furious with because ti my surprise they now saying I have not pay them in a whole year but I just paid them R4000 which is suppose to be for 3 or 4 months instalments... Now they have a never to tel me that if I do not pay their money they will repo the tv.... What admin fee is this that we should pay and we all are in the pandemic but they act like we not I had rude consultants calling me their legal department calling me treating me... I a really very unhappy customer

I bought a defy MOH9328B 30L MINI OVEN on the 07-02-2020. Today the small plate of the stove stopped working. I tried to call Butterworth OK Furniture at the following number; 0474018500 and some lady answered the the phone and told me that I should lay a complaint online and then dropped the call. When I tried to call the same number again it didn't go through but instead said that "the number you call does not exist".

My name is Zizipho Qusayo in the free state Welkom, i bought a washing machine cash upfront, after a month which was on February i lay a complkaint that the product was not spinning but i was never taken seriously, all this happened way before lockdown take place, been calling the shop, and the lady who was helping me but all that was a waste of my airtime and energy they kept promising that will come check the machine but never showed up, now om done talking i will take the machine myself back to the shop, ok staff is so ignorant and suddenly dont care about thier customers, im so disappointed I've been using shop for many years never experienced any issue, want this problem solved.

My fridge has been broken since before lockdown, I did get intouch with Parow branch, since they have not gotten back to me now that we in level 4, I just thought I should make initiative to send this email since I saw the message on website. To my dismay the email on website bounced back, and despite double checking, the email address was correct but does not work.I used website contact us form, but I need an actual email address for customer complaints, why would you not have it listed on website [besides the okfurncus***@shoprite.co.za that bounced back].
I hope it can be resolved ASAP, as you can't begin to imagine how difficult life has been without a fridge during lockdown.
The Fridge details are;
[SKU - 210938 Hisense H359BME - WD 268L MET FR].
Some of the details are outdated on the attached documents.
My number is now different.
Email is preferable as at times I'm not available on phone due to work.

Hie ok furniture team how are you doing hope you guys doing great due over quarantine period. Guys am having a problem with your branch the on in delft mall Capetown branch i ordered my touch microwave and it does not even last 2 months it was fucked up i call the branch and they said bring it over i went there and u left my microwave with them and its now 7 months not even a call or update me whats going since by the time i gave them to repairthey said they will come back to me on one week time so guys am so disappointed with that branch can you please try to do some rhing i did pay R4000 for that please OK FURNITURE i will be happy in advance for your respond doesn't matter its after quarantine or........

Asked if it can be installed b4 lockdown? Salesman phoned the installer infront of me to ask if this was possible, he gave the go ahead. Made the payment n waited till today. As far as i know they were part of the essential workers according to the goverment instructions.. soo whats keeping him now?? Im stuck at home fr more than a month dololo

Hi guys how are you doing? Sorry guus am so verry pissed off and so disappointed with you ibought a touch microwaves on one of your branches in Capetown ok funiture delft mall. The microwave doesn't work one week it was already fucked up i bought it on September 2019 and i phone the branch and said i have to bring it to be fixed. I take the microwave to them and the said they will call me after a week so upto now its April 2020 they didnt call me so you guys you steal on me. I want my brand new microwave i paid cash on you R5500 I didn't pick the money on the road i work for it so i want my microwave if i call you brunch they are putting me on hold as if they are the one who call me am wasting my time and my airtime for bullshit am not gonna take this i want my microwaves you customer care do something am pissed off totally 100%..is that how you deal with customers

I bought a Samsung 49 inch TV today the 26th March 2020.When I connected it at home there were lines and no picture and audio was not audible.I could not take it to the store as it was already after five o'clock and it was the start of the national lockdown.So i have to wait because the store will open on the 16th of April 2020.So I am so worried because I have to wait for the three weeks to pass.

I have a canal walk gift card which is a mastercard that can be used anywhere where mastercard and Visa is accepted. I lay byed a TV at OK westgate mall and the manager dnt wnt to accept my card. However I paid my account with the same card previously at that exact store. I'm very upset about this.

Bought leather corner unit from Ok Phalaborwa on 1 February 2019, for R24999 cash, one chair is like lazyboy, that chair broke and on 22 January 2020 I reported it at the store, 2 weeks later went back, no respons yet. Waited 2 more weeks nothing, went back on 21 February promise I will get response in 1 weeks time. Today is 3 March and nothing yet. Nearly 2 weeks again. I get now fedup. Good to take my money but no client service. Please advise.

We bought a fridge on Black Friday last year and we still have not received it.!!
We bought a fridge from Ok Furniture in Mount Ayliff and we sitll have not received it, Every time we call we are told stick will come but it has een almost 3 months now. In December the lady at the branch said other people got other fridges in that range and we should do the same of wait until the 15th of January, the fridge will come then. We have been going there since then and they tell us that they haven't received a new date of when the stock is coming, no communication, no apology, nothing!! Absolutely pathetic!!

here to report that i TOOK a tv ON CREDIT at MQANDULI BRANCH last year Novemver 2019 then January this hisense thing gave me something, it started by having a black line across the screen secondly it use audio with no video i reported it they say i must bring it back then i did as they say later January 2020 since then i haven't receive any feedback what worries me end of the month you keep reminding non-stop about payment while you guys don't care about our assets its really bad you don't care at all
I WILL APPRECIATE IF YOU CAN ATTEND THIS MATTER SOON AS POSSIBLE
