Today I went to Pep in Paklands. A middle aged lady comes infront of the queue as I was the 1st and only customer on the line and she starts having a conversation in Afrikaans with Fieaza who is now one of the employees. The customer goes on about how she won't stand in a queue because its now her time, And she's old and that she's got far more important things to do, young people should queue. Shocking enough she saw I was in work clothes, this means I was also on my lunch break. What disappoints me even more is now your employees respence to this, she highly agreed with what this lady said.
I feel like whether you're old or not, as a customer you deserve equal treatment and servise. This is a form of abuse we'd had to bare as young people, People take advantage of their elderly. I strongly feel like I was my call to make, whether I would like her to pay 1st or not. Depending on the limited time I had.
The cashier calls for a customer. The old lady who is a customer now looks back and approaches me in English to go pay. How? After the entire conversation I just listened to. I let her pay and my words to her was "You came to stand infront of me seeing I'm on the line. You might as well pay"
That was totally disrespectful. I really would have expected your employee to put aside her personal opinions and now handle the issue in a proffesional manner considering both me and the other customer.
I personally think, as your customer, that your staff members need to be careful on the comments they make. You'll get sensitive customers like me. Because I feel like they had the conversation thinking I don't understand them

I bought a phone on the 14th of november the lady who was assisting me told me the phone can be refunded within 7 if it has a technical problems on the 20th i took the phone back because it had lines on the screen the phone was booked in for repairs..all i want is a new phone or my money back

on the 24/11//20 at maponya mall pep store .i went to pep store in my bag i had darling fibre wich i forgot to take it out as i enter the shop .as i was looking inside the shop for my baby shoes which i ddnt get them i went out of the door a male staff member called me to come inside i went n i asked him wats going on he told me to go inside fitting room later he called a female staff to search me i was told to undress until i was left with my panty and bra she told me to open my bag wich i did she told me that the hair piece its from their stock i explained to her that thats my old fibre .the male staff started insulting me saying i am liar thief he saw me taking that fibre and i was suspicious i also stole the flops that i was holding them in the shop even the manager Ncumisa she also mention that she saw me taking and she wants to teach me a lesson so that i go and tell my friends that am stealing with.after an hour security come with the supervisor as i was explaining to them the manager kept on insulting me and she will open a case against me the security nd supervisor left me there at the store room the security took my cell phone saying that am not allowed to have it there .the male staff said that he will get a bonus for stolen stock i ddnt understand if he was referring to my case after hours a lady come she was from lunch she asked me wat happen as i was criyng i told her the samething that i told evryone she took the fibre and she said no maarn this is not our fibre as she can see its a old fibre she went out to speak to the manager after 45 minutes security guy come to me nd told to go .he even said he was not part of this as he was called by pep staff member i musnt involve him .i was depressed as a result i went to the doctor my blood pressure went up now am started on blood pressure treatment now .not even a sorry .i was embarrased.my rights were violeted

I wanted to get a refund from Alex Mall after been told that at pep home or any other pep there's no light Pink continental pillowcases and fitted sheet so I was told that I must go and claim a refund at Alex Plaza Pep because that's where I left my money.

Today i experienced a very bad services and i felt like am being taken for a fool..As a regular layby customer at pep.Today i went at pep ga-rankuwa complex to do my labye, when i was at the till after Leah the cashier scanned my items which total amount was R1089.00 she told me that the system wants R500 deposit because its over R1000.00 as surprised i asked her since when does pep wants 50%deposit cause as a regular customer i know that usually we would pay 10% or 15% depending on the total. I told her that i only have R150.00 she said we should remove some of the items and take a few which will be enough for the R150.00 that am having.I told her that she should cancel my laybye because i need all those items if i cant laybye all of them then we should cancel. Then she called the manager" a short light in complexion lady" what pissed me off the most was.When the "manager" arrived Leah told her that the system wants R500.00 and she only has R150.00.Then the manager said yes it is true the system wants R500.00 but atleast pay R170.00 but make sure you come and collect your laybye before month end December if not we will take it back on floor cause the system automatically will cancel the laybye. I became surprised evn more how come laybyes for pep last for a month now..The manager and Leah said its terms and conditions.Then i paid the R170.00 but on my way home i realized that i was unfairly treated there is no way i laybye can want 50% upfront and that we can only laybye for a month..As a loyal pep customer i feel that rule they decided on it as a team/store..How many customers fails to make laybyes cause of the 50% thats needed..how many customers are being robbed off in the name of we only allowed to laybye for a month..what am going to do is am going to cancel my laybye and stop shopping at pep cause pep now wants 50% deposit ,if thats not the case then it means pep managers and cashier are not to be trusted cause they give us false information and makes us to panic for nothing. am very terrified and disappointed by the service i received at ga-rankuwa complex for people to undermine me like that?what about the elders who doesn't know the right platform or Chanel's to complain at..i will go and cancel my laybye and i wil stop going to that store.will als right my review cause the service i received was uncalled for. i hope the staff at ga-rankuwa complex will be delt with.

I was assistant by this consultant called Lenah am not happy at all about her service it seems likes she doesn’t like her job. Am a consultant myself I know that customers comes 1st the way she talked to me i even said should leave me the i went to the other shops

I was at pep store southview soshanguve south today 01/12/2020, the was a guy and a security guard by the door they greeted me nicely and friendly, I was there to do a paxi delivery and it was my first time doing it the guy by the door his name is caphius explained to me how it works and told me to go to the till point for assistance..the was a lady by the name of mmabatho very nice, good customer service skills very helpful shes just amazing.she help me pack my stuff in the paxi plastic..after that she called one of the staff member to help scan the plastic and take all my information, the lady by the name of THULI took her time to assist me, mmabatho was busy calling her to come take the device to assist me but still took her time to come and assist me,eventually she came towards me with an attitude ,first of all not wearing her musk on at all..I asked her nicely to put her mask on and she didn't even pull her mask on, my kids look at her like really,instead she said to me can I pass pls because I was standing rite by the till point door were she wanted to enter, I felt very small, her attitude is very bad, and she said to me to go stand by the store door untill I get a sms from my phone, she's not friendly she doesn't have customer service skils she's very rude the way she was talking to me it wasn't nice at all.In this taugh times of the Corona virus we are told not to enter the stores without mask on but the workers themselves are not even wearing mask.

i was in pep-cell nelspruit promenade... i help by a lady called noz something like thatshe was standing next to a guy called thabo to ask about my parcel because 7 days gone but i haven't received my pin to collect, i tracked my parcel only to find out that it arrived on 27 November 2020 to pep-cell nelspruit promenade and today it 01.12.2020 when i address the issue to the lady she said shes working on pep cell not paxi its not her responsibility to ask what happen, and she even mention that i have drama when i said i already called the head office, she treat me so bad in front of other customers.... plz address the issue

I was in Khayelitsha mall in Cape town..I was help by the lady called Lumka I was buying stuff and hand to use PAX.she was not was not helping at all she scan the paxi bag and giving to me to park my things inside the bag,and she was very annoyed.and ask for the next customer while she has not finished with me..after that she did not know how to send and ask for another consultant to help.after I have wait for her.her service is bad ..I know because it was not my first time sending parcel she was fedup .please address the issue

I stood there untill 5 past 9. When I knocked no one took note of us standing outside. They just continued with their morning meeting. How unprofessional is that.

I always buy at pep clothing centurion lifestyle and ihave all my till slips for this year... Yesterday it was raining, i was wet and im asthmatic, went to pep clothing as usual i could not breath well after i took two kids shorts that i wanted to buy, since i was wet i start to experience difficult in breathing , i hang those shorts nxt to the adults cloths and went to the parcel counter to collect my parcel a short giant lady who was using last till who speaks pedi asked me where i put the shorts that i had, i point fo her because i was feeling difficulties in breathing, she insisted that i should fetch them, i did fetch them and gave them to her for the seek of piece and for me to get my inhaler fast since i was not breathing well... To tell you i was very disappointed... I left and was helped by workers from postnet next to standard bank im a big fan of pep even in pep home they know me well.. They always calls me Wednesdays when they is new arrivals.. Regards

I have send a packet on the 6th Nov 2020. The packet got ripped by Pep. They phoned me. I was there they stapled the package. This now freaken 2 weeks later and my packet is still at Ottosdal Pep. I had to phone and find out. I paid for a 7 to 9 day deliver. Not a 7 to 9 week delivery. You steal my money.

Morning I attended at Pep Port Edward. I was attended to by a cashier on the 10th November 2020. I told her that I wanted to send a parcel to the Meadowdale Pep in Gauteng. She told me that she could not assist us I needed to have the Pep Store Number. Unfortunately I did not have data on my phone and could not get the store number. I am 82 years old and my daughter was with me in the store. She did not have her telephone with her. The lady refused to assist without the store number. She told me to stand one side so that she could assist other customers. In the meantime another gentleman was assisted and I stood there listening to his complaint. He had been overcharged by R120.00 on his earlier purchase. She apologized and corrected her mistake. 15 minutes later when my daughter finally had the store number, The cashier asked someone else to assist us .... My daughter confirmed with the new assistant that the store was in fact Meadowdale, Germiston. Surely they would have been able to do a search in the first place. Why did we have to be inconvenienced to this degree. I feel that they just shunt us older folk around.

Please take this up with the store manager so that in future we can received the service we pay for.

I buyed a dstv with installation fee included at pep store burgersdop on the 13/11/2020

The installer come and istalled it but after that he demanded a R400 cash on the spot for installation fee

I did not hv it then he uninstalled tbe dstv and left ..now am having no satellite now and its been 4days now

I tryed calling castomer help line they gave me onother installers number since saturday no one have been able to pick my calls

Am lost and hv no money to spend on going up an down for this issue please help

I bought a size 46 short as usual in one of your stores in giyani mall.. It was on sale for R69. 95,it does not fit me well the way I want it to be in fact I'm not comfortable on wearing it. I can't find my slip now they telling me I must give it to someone else because they ont exchange or take it back so I left it in store. Because it's their product they telling me that I'm not fair. So is this how u treat your customers

I went to Mdantsane Mall pep 6 November friday to laybuy 2 shoes for my daughter. A cashier and her superior made fun of me because my laybuy was so small that when cimes time to search for it it will be lost in the store room. I dont know how that is my business. They just had to do the job.i didn't get the name but i can pin point her shes dark in complexion

If I where to give peo a star on customer service I would give it 0 star, I'm not happy at all and it's the second time with bad service but different pep stores.
