Good day,
I visited Clicks Silver water in Silverton this afternoon to purchase a bathroom scale I saw on sale on the web. I got there and took the scale and proceeded to pay and when I got to the cashier the scale did not reflect a mark down and I told the cashier that the scale is on 30% sale according to adverts and the mark down tag next to the item by the isles.
The cashier next door insisted that she sold the last scale that was on mark down and I requested they go remove the 30% mark down tag as it is false advertising for all the remaining Safe way products.

And sure enough they send a guy to check and he found the tag and advised that the price 240 showing on the scale is the already marked down price. And I opted for another scale as I could not argue further as I did not have my phone with me at the time to show them wt was on the website. However the the second option scale was showing 230 on the tag by the aisles and when I paid it deducted 74 which brought the total to 165 and I asked da cashier why this particular scale was deducting as I was told the prices were marked down already like the previous scale I needed and she said she doesn't know. I got home and checked on my phone and saw the ads again and both the scale I need and the one which I bought and ddnt want were showing 165-same price and I drove back to the store with my phone only to find the store closed at 18:20 and on the website it states that the store closes at 19:00...waste of time and resources and I'm stuck with a product I didn't want initially because your staff is so inept and don't keep abreast with current events at clicks, let alone know what mark downs are. Please educate ur staff about your products and mark downs and so forth, they r clueless!!!

9 out of 10 times when I purchase something from Clicks there is a discrepancy with the shelf price or special price and the scanned price at the checkout. I purchased Panado today. Shelf price R20.99. Scanned for R25.99. When I queried the price the cashier looked at me as if I was lying. I fetched the shelf sticker to prove my point and still she was hesitant about the price. The supervisor was called and even she hesitated to give me the product at the advertised price. Service at my Clicks store definitely needs to be improved as this was not the first time I received this attitude.

Reference 17270265. I'm waiting for order #201006-001-0227, Tracking No: PAR4068737819 placed on 6 October to be delivered from CLICKS. The incorrect package was delivered (parcel PAR2029079922) 8 October. I logged a call with CLICKS Thursday, 8 October (reference 17270265), and was told to wait 72 working hours for feedback. I followed up Monday, 12 Oct but received no useful information as to when the incorrect product would be collected or when my order would be delivered - I was told Clicks is waiting on feedback from the supplier.Received call 15 Oct from Oscar to say orders swapped between me and another customer and it wpuld be sorted oit ASAP. Incorrect order collected from me 16 Oct yet and again delivered back to me 22 Oct, this time I rejected the delivery of the wrong order. I've missed one call on 21 Oct but called back numerous times to follow up but person (Oscar) dealing with problem is always on tea or on another call as told by other teleoperators. No one has called back after leaving messages asking for Oscar or another superviser to call me back. I asked for the matter to be escalated to a manager but told the manager is on a call. On top of that, while giving contact details the call was dropped... I believe I was hung up on! How to make your customers irate and stop supporting you 101. No one has called me since. I feel completely helpless and like Ive been robbed of R2000.00.I want what I paid for (a MEACO AIR CIRCULATOR FAN 1056) to be delivered!!! I am beyond angry and fed up!

Bonita Collins at Clicks Central Square Pinelanids refused to cover her nose when I asked her to do so.

She felt wearing a shield was enough to cover her nose. She said she has a health issue.

Firstly, if she has a health issue that means she cannot cover her nose with the mask, then she should not be at work.

The shield is not enough to prevent her uncovered nose from spreading any virus she may be carrying.

Secondly, her attitude is totally unacceptable. She should not be in a position of authority where she makes up her own rules about what acceptable covid-19 protection can be.

Clicks at Elim mall in Limpopo it is very untidy. It is fully packed with stock everywhere the corridors is just loads and loads of boxes.

A pregnant woman almost fell because she got tripped by one of the boxes, i had to complain and i was referred to the manager who said there is nothing they can do because they are forced to receive that much stock even though their stockroom is full.
She explained that their stockroom is full already and the head office doesn't care where they put thier stock they must just make it work no matter what.

The store is very untidy and it is close to impossible to do shopping there, if you guys are not going to do something about this, am writing to HELLO PETER.

What unprofessional staff you have. In age and days still calling a client MAMA. I’ve been using clicks pharmacy for years, even after the tresseme debacle!
NEVER again. Moving all my and my family’s scripts to Dischem.
I’m a professional nurse and Jessey Mkhonza at Doornkloof clicks made me feel like i am an imbecile.
Word if mouth will follow!
They didn’t even apologize! Racism?

Ordered 13 hairdryers to the value R7397.00 on Friday 16th October through the check out pro method.
On enquiring on my order I was told that they were waiting for payment. Proof of payment was sent and now all I am told is that the order/query will be escalated and that I must wait 72 hours for a reply. All I get from you is a reference number (17404488)!
This is totally unacceptable as payment was made in good faith and I need these goods by Friday the latest or I will need to have my money refunded.
It is now Wednesday evening 19.45 and I have no further insight as to what is going on.
Please appreciate that this needs to be resolved by tomorrow midday.

My name is Shorne Mogale,am from carletonville. Am an Occupational Administrator at Life Mponeng Medical center. I've been buying from clicks carletonville all my life but the service I got today from Eni Moleleki, was the worst service I've ever experienced in my life...it hurts so bad to be treated in that manner yet,am bringing my money every month to clicks,

Today(20/10/20) @ 16:34:40 #9664. I bought eye pencil,mascara,mouthwash and ELGYDIUM TOOTHPASTE which is R71.79,but the sensitive one was priced R44.95, so I tell her,she doesn't even say a word,then she called the tall guy by the name of BAFANA,, he came he went to the shelves and quickly removed the wrong price,I dont know his intentions, but I showed him their mistake, coz I worked at edgar's in 2019 so I know the mark downs and the mistakes that can happen with prices..so Bafana didnt say anything,he went to void and Eni had already put the one toothpaste in my plastic bag, So Bafana put another one in my plastic bag and stupid Eni didnt even notice coz she's so unprofessional ,she didn't even notice ,which is now a stock loss to the company..she just gave me my plastic bag without even looking at me ,to say sorry or thank you

I've been working with people/client's/patients for so many years and I know my rights as a customer,I know customer service as I know my name.. Eni Moleleki Does not have customer service ,I didnt hear her greeting me,she didn't even make an eye contact with me at all,through the whole transaction. She must be taken for training ,coz one day she meet a mystery shopper..

Am going to make her trend on face book ,Instagram and Twitter, she must fall, her bad attitude sucks,and am going to make sure that something is been done,,am not going to be treated like a step child in south Africa ,in my own town..I know my rights,she ruined my day, I work with people, I know the values,mission etc. Of the company, she doesn't not have any of those,she didn't even notice me taking a picture of her, am disgusted by her and how she helped me.Ausi Dikeledi has been working there for years and not even a single day did she give a client/customer a bad service .am so angry

On the 19th of October 2020 around 17:53 I visited a Clicks pharmacy in Bloemfontein Waterfront mall to purchase some tablets that I regularly purchase there in different quantities that I prefer. Yesterday upon my arrival I was assisted by the store manager and told me that he won't sell them to me in such quantities, instead of addressing me in a polite and respectful manner he decided to raise his voice and I asked that I be addressed accordingly but he proceeded to tell me that he will address me in any way and any tone that he wanted. He should be thankful that I didn't assault him in front of his staff and customers and rest assured that it was the last time that I be addressed like that especially from someone that I was expecting something better from .

On Sunday 18/10/2020 at Clicks Chris hani Crossing my wife was helped by Sammy Maema and during the transaction, Sammy was unprofessional in which my wife was made uncomfortable by Sammy. Sammy was more flirting with my wife more than being helpful to a point he ended up giving her the incorrect product instead of the one my wife was there for. After we left Chris hani Crossing, my wife was busy telling me of how this guy was flirty towards her n made her uncomfortable, Sammy called her just when we were talking about him and about to arrive home to let her know that he gave her the incorrect product in which we were not aware till his call but then as much as we were annoyed by his behavior earlier, we understood that it was a honest mistake but my wife then told Sammy after we agreed that he will have to do all the travelling as it was his mistake and bring the correct one and take the incorrect one in which he agreed but during the WhatsApp conversations I was annoyed by the comments he made and made me wonder if it was a honest mistake or just another way of him to continue flirting with my wife. My wife then showed me the massage and I was really annoyed by Sammy but I just told myself that let him bring our product as agreed. Around 6pm Sammy showed up at my place and what made me more furious was that he didn't bring the product with him as agreed and I started shouting at him cause the only reason he was suppose to come was to bring our product, no other business. Please kindly assist me in this regard cause all this happened at a time Sammy Maema was on duty at Clicks Chris hani Crossing on the 18th October 2020 and this will reflect bad to the brand of Clicks cause of people like Sammy who can't be professional and I believe this is not the first time or the last time it will happen. I thought I should lay a complaint against Sammy and bring this to your attention for assist and discipline to Sammy from Clicks. Female customer can't always be made uncomfortable by the likes of Sammy.

I don't know if it was taken out at till cause I did check if it was 24 pills cause this is second time I experience this unfortune.
This is dishonesty and so irritating.

I have been a Click's customer for many years. I liked to buy my facial products from them as I could use my U-Account points so Standard Bank stopped this service since the Tresemme story. I get my chronic medication from Click and it was always a pleasure ....BUT things have changed, Clicks at Cresta Mall staff chatting, very loud and ignoring you , if you do ask a question you get a attitude...but the WORSE is Nortcliff Square Cliks, the pharmacy staff are fantastic. But the floor staff have a terrible attitude, they don't offer help, don't great you, don't say sorry if they want to pass you. I will definitely NOT be supporting Clicks anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!There are plenty other places that will appreciate my money. Sorry that such a nice place turned into a unpleasant arrogant shop.

I bought mascara a few months ago and im not sure my the snanner went off as i walked out, 3 employees ran towards me thinking i stole embarrassed me infront of many people searched me and went through personal ietms. I ma extremely disappointed by the way our refund query has been handled by the above consultant. He seldom gets back to me via email on feedback. I keep calling in and sending emails he never gets back to us and when we speak no solid feedback is given to us. He is very rude when we do speak and does not want to escalate our issue to anyone
