I have tried to make an online purchase on 04/10/2020 at 5.15pm. Upon entering my card details and the amount, I was kicked out of the system. When signing in again, the full purchase price was still due, but my money had been deducted from my account. After numerous emails, with no response, I called the call centre and was directed to Bonile. He gave me a reference number, but after I explained that I need the item for my home business and was losing out everyday, he promptly put the phone down in my ear. I would like this matter resolved by refunding my money (R1130.00) as I have lost my trust in Clicks

We would like to offer you a Cashback reward to the value of the items not included in the order; loaded onto your Clicks Clubcard which is redeemable online or in store, however, should you rather prefer a refund account you used in the online transaction: Credit card refunds will take 3 - 5 working days to reflect and other payment options will require the banking details of the account used in the transaction and a copy of the account holders ID/Driver’s licence. These Bank refunds will be processed within 14 - 17 working days of documents being received.

I then responded the following day with my banking details and since then I haven't received the refund or even the response. I have sent several emails regarding this and all I get is that my query has been escalated and that's it.
No further feedback is received after that.

If this not not resolved by Monday, I'm taking this to hellopeter. I'm really tired of sending emails after emails.

Clicks pharmacy Ben Fleur 10/10/2020 at 09:50 witbank. My wife and myself stood in line for 30 minutes in the prescription side line and than they helped someone from the self medication side when. I confronted the staff about this and they had a bad attitude . The service is pathetic. We left our trolley full of goods and the medicine we were supposed to get. You can see there is no discipline or accountability in the shop. Poor poor service.

I am extremely unhappy and actually disgusted at the service i received at your cradle stone clicks branch on the 7 October 2020. I was looking at purchasing a hair straightener and when i looked around in the isle I then saw there was 1 box of the tony and guy hair straightener with the price under it stating R99.99 so then seeing this I took the box and proceeded to the tills. When the cashier scanned the product it reflected a different price, I then walked with the cashier to show where i got the item from. When the manager was called she came straight to me and without even greeting with a Hello or whatever she yelled "I CANNOT GIVE IT TO YOU" as I was trying to explain exactly what had happened she walked away (all this while i was still talking), after requesting that I want to speak to a manager everyone just seemed clueless, after another 5 minutes of waiting, the manager (Sipho) came to the front and yet again I explained the full story to him. He also went to go check in the isle and then came back in a attitude saying "It's you customers that put things everywhere and its not our fault so I can't help you", it is the staff who should be checking everything and if another customer packed the product incorrectly this is NOT my problem because the price I see is the price I pay and as a customer we don't go matching barcodes and thinking of what other customers do or don't do.It was not the first time I ever came to a clicks store, and if the price under a item is something I expect to pay that price which is the reason I took the item. The manager then said he will speak to the area manager. I was waiting from 14:30 till 15:30 before i was helped and then When i called the area manager (Nicolene Bezuidenhout) and explained my entire story to her she had the audacity to tell me "Mam atleast I'm being kind to you and talking nicely" this really upset me because as a area manager and staff I feel that it is your responsibility to be kind, I am a customer and no one is doing me a favour by being kind. I found the entire management team very disrespectful and very unhelpful. The service is just extremely disgusting. I am a regular customer at clicks and this had just put me off shopping there in the future. I will not accept being treated the way I was and i expect a apology. I do not expect this attitude from the area manager above all.

We are a retail client to Clicks Blue Hills for over 4 years. 3 years ago we moved our medication requirements from Dischem to Clicks Blue Hills because of good service, collection notifications for repeats and being close to home. Unfortunately sadly to say, service has change from professional 3 years ago to rock bottom or lower. No SMS notification for repeats, missing medication on repeats, no script although emailed to Clicks Pharmacy Blue Hills <CLK177***@clicks.co.za> and medication for repeats not available. There is zero planning for repeated Medication or how else can the medication not be at the store. To collect repeated medication can easily take up to 2 hours which I think in the current times is unhealthy, especially when standing next to coughing and sneezing People. I understand not everyone who has the flue has Covit-19 but consideration towards the aged and the higher risk group of people should be taken. Not so at Clicks Blue Hills. The following situation happened. I am waiting at the collection counter, 3 customer in front of me …, finally my turn only to be told medication not prepared need to go to the script counter, 8 customer in front of me …. and my turn to be served again…… only to be told no script.
Script was emails for my Husband 03-06-2020 at 9.47am was read 12.16pm 11 repeats
Script for myself was emailed on the 11-06-2020 at 4.19pm for 5 repeats no read received but had been received as during my last visit it was found.

Under no circumstances will I set foot at your shop in Blue Hills again, I rather accept a 10km drive to Dischem Carlswald or to the M o A

Lately i have been tracking my temperature more frequently and I have found out that when i take my temperature like 6 times in a row for 30 seconds in between it always gives me way different temperatures. As if the product is made to give you different temperatures so you would think it is working. But the fact is that it is not working and that it is programmed to give you different temperatures. This worries me a lot. This can cause someone's life if this is the case. Please explain and look into this product. Please Come back to me with an answer to this.
I dont have a proof of photo. But i can take a video for proof if you get back to me personally. I will upload a photo of the specific product that also states it is a clicks product. I have bought this product at Mayville Mall Pretoria at their Clicks.

I’ve been complaining about the aircon not working in Clicks Willowbrook Delmas since 2018. I’m concerned about the quality of the medication and supplements displayed on the shelves and in the pharmacy sector due to very high temperatures in die summer. The hygiene of the store is also under questioning, I did complain several times about the dirty floors and pay points.

I am extremely unhappy with the service i received at clicks Westridge Gate mall yesterday 1 October 2020 from the manager Nadia.
So a week ago i took my hand mixer in to the store as it was overheating every time I used it, she checked it out and agreed that there was a problem with it and that she's going to give back my money or i can take another mixer. So i decided that I'll take a mixer instead because I need it but unfortunately due to the lock down apparently non of the stores has hand mixers, and ever since i kept calling to find out if they have received any, as well as other clicks stores near by. So yesterday I decided I'm taking it back to change it for a kettle instead, Nadia clearly remembered me but refused to take back the item as promised, was so unprofessional firstly with the way she addressed the whole situation. She had a attitude and she came across extremely annoyed by my presents, I refused to leave without my money or a store credit, i asked to speak to her manager but it seems as if he already knew what was going on by the time he came to me because he's mind was set on whatever she has told him, keep in mind this person wasn't there last week when I brought the item back the first time. Eventually they came to an agreement to let me use the store credit but I am extremely unhappy with the service i received yesterday, I felt like a dog with the way things were handled, I told Nadia last week i told her this hand mixer will burn out because it's over heating and her words to me was " why are you using the hand mixer so much then" firstly who the hell is she to ask me a question like that? As a customer you buy what you want and like and use or wear it whenever you like! I'm running a small business from home and I've got customers to satisfy and see to. Not listen to trash coming out a managers mouth on when and how I should use my hand mixer as if she purchased it for me! I am extremely unhappy about this, I've been going to clicks westgate mall for years now and I'm well aware of this manager as she's normally on duty when I pop in at the store and because of her rude and unprofessional manners i refuse to go to this store again. Nadia needs to learn to wake up on the right side of her bed in the mornings and to leave her problems at home and not take her issues out on her customers because honestly that's what it looked like because before I even approached her she looked like she's in a bad mood. I'm a people's person and I actually never received such bad service anywhere else before so I am really disgusted!!

Yesterday I was given a box of 20 Pulmicort amp’s that expire 11 2020 for my 9 month old baby. When I complained about the short validity I was told that they sell the oldest stock first up to the last day of expiry.

Is this what I can expect from a medical care provider?

Now I dont have surplus stock when baby needs it again in a couple of months nor was I properly refunded for 1/2 the pack that the manager kept.

ive been diagnosed with a chronic condition and since then ive had endless problems with clicks greyville. i then take my new script to Clicks Balitto junction-i was advised by the lady at dispensary that i am one day early, i should collect the next day, after driving all the way to balitto they then tell my husband that my meds is not due to me yet, the incompetent rude lady's name is Shireen. i will no longer be dealing with you guys as your service is so pathetic !!!! how can you mess around someone who's on chronic meds and needs her chronic meds to function! You guys need to get your house in order, making excuses is not going to help the fact that you are losing money and customers. i will never set foot in a clicks again considering how much i used to spend each month. you can go get screwed for all i care. i will also be taking both your greyville and ballito junction branches to the media. let them have a field day with your incompetent staff!

I got to the till the cashier never greeted me. Scanned the item I was buying she then asked me to swipe the clicks card i tried 3 times but the card was not swiping she then tells me to call out the number on my card. I stood to see what will she do with the next customer wow smiling and friendly I called the supervisor and complain.she was rude even when her supervisor asked her to apologize. As for Zanele The supervisor friendly and sweet. the cashier spoiled my day I don't think I'll ever shop at clicks east rand mall. With that kind of attitude you must be loosing lot of customers

This morning 27 September 2020 I went to Clicks Thabazimbi to buy Mascarra. On the shelf is a 4 (blackholder) XXL lashes wet and dry Mascarra. The prize is R53.95. I decide I'm gonna take one for that prize because I dont have a lot of money an I need Mascarra. At the tillpoint they scan it and the price was R86.95. I told the lady cashier that the price is different from the one the shelf. She went and look and she also saw that is R53.95. We call the manager but he reduce to give the Mascarra for me for the price that's on the shelf. He said it's a wrong price l. I said but that's not my fault and that they have to fix the prices but I want that mascarra for that price that's on the shelf. He said they can't fix that prizes and I can't get theascarrs for that price. I know by law if the price on the shelf isn't corect when a customer take the it then I must give him the item for the price that's on the shelf and then fix the prices. I'm so mad. I want to take a photo but they don't want to allow me to take one because I told them I'm gonna take this matter to head office. So someone doesn't do their job at Thabazimbi Clicks.and that's why Clicks will never see me again. I already told some people what had happen. And I hope you guys will sold this issue. On 12 Sep 2020, my husband and I visited the Clicks store at shop 26, Gezina Centrum, cnr Nico Smith street & 11th Avenue, Gezina, Pretoria 0084.
As usually clicks advertise special prices and in this case for deodorant for men which was on special for a certain price it you take two. (Brut) When we came to the till to pay for all our items, they did not ring up the special price. When we queried this, they say that the special is only for the small deodorant 125 ml and not the bigger bottles that we have taken. We took the employee, Cynthia, to the shelves showing her the special that is being advertised is on the shelves where the bigger bottles are and that there are no smaller bottles on the selves. I ask her to then rather remove the special as this is confusing and false advertisement. The Cynthia straight forward tells me that she will not.
My husband said that he is not willing to pay more than what the advertisement said on the shelve. He said that he does not have his reading glasses on and could not read the fine details on the advertisement only the bigger letters. Cynthia was then extremely disrespectful and belittles my husband to say in a loud voice in front of all other customers in line waiting to pay for items, that my husband cannot read.
This way of treating customers firstly to refuse to take down the advertisement that is on the shelves with the wrong products and then to belittle them to tell everyone in Clicks that my husband cannot read is totally unacceptable. She is extremely arrogant, disrespectful to clients and contemptuous. We will not stand for reverse racism that is going on here. If the role was reverse and it was a black customer being treated like this by a white employee, all hell was to be paid. We have been loyal customers of Clicks for many years, but we will not allow Clicks personnel to treat us as customers like this. Especially after all the problems you had the previous week with your advertisements. I think it is time that all personnel go through a customer service course and start treating clients as their main priority.
We demand a writing apology from Clicks as well as the employee Raesetse Manala (Cynthia) and we want to know how our complaint is being handled.

My name is Rachel Cupido I use buy there items but I have problem Saturday and Sunday morning my kettle did not go on I went to clicks in Grassy park and I have my proof and club card the kettle bowl there but i told her the kettle don't bowl at my house cant she give me other kettle because the guarentee is not finish yet she say there is nothing she cant do I was very upset to hear that went I come home the kettle don't want to bowl I put my macrovawe on it work my plugs at home is working but that lady upset me I am not happy for the service I will never buy electric appliances by yours the way she treat me it wasted on I hope u will see the matter as soon as possible

On 13/9 i collected my med at CLicks west end Kleksdorp which was already made up. On the 17th when i wanted to use my med i realized that the dopaquel that i have to take was not as what i was used to using. So without a nights sleep i went back and discovered that the wrong mg amount was issued. I use 100mg and 25mg was issued. I had to travel 50km to town to rectify this. So 100km in a week to get the correct med. This is unacceptable. Mr T. Marumo the one handling the prescription. The question now also is who was the pharmacist that signed of the prescription. This means double Negligence by both employees. This kind of negligence is unacceptable for professional employees
This excludes the traveling cost on my expense. Departmetal steps must be taken against this employees. I am also of the opinion that i should be compensated for my travelling cost due to negligence of your employees. This is not the first time i am experienced from clicks. I am also lodging a complaint with polmed to move my cronic to another provider. Feedback is being awaited.

good day i would like to complain about clicks festival mall, dispensary section, as a loyal customer i had been purchasing my medication with medical aid since 2015, today 17/09/2020.At around 14:00 i went to purchase my medication, the gentleman who was assisting me said i need to produce my ID in order purchase my medication, he was so rude.I didnt like the way he handle the situation he scanned the products and few minutes later he changed his mind and requested ID book, i felt like i was treated like a criminal as if he didnt trust me that the medical aid card bellowed to me, i felt disrespected and undermined. As a result i dont feel the need to purchase anything from clicks after this incident, as from today am going to purchase my products at dischem
