They lied about the reason why the claim was rejected, and told me via the phone and when I came to collect that my Dr had authorized for 3months not 6 months. This neglegence on their part led to me not having any medication. I got the sms to collect on 5 August 2020 since I still had 2 to 3 weeks supply I did go then I then went on 23 August 2020 only to be left with out my life support. They had filled the claim with the too early for my medical aid to pay so instead of resubmiting it. I was emotionally drained to ask for the manager on premises. When I went back on the 24th August 2020 I had to tell them to resubmit and my medical aid told me that they are the ones who should check why not me since this is chronic medication and I should not be left without medication. I am really mad that they took my query not serious thats why they lied instead of double checking.

I arrived at Clicks in Vryheid on Friday at 2.40pm. I wanted 10 Allergex pills. I was 15th in the queue at the dispensary. 4 People (pharmacists?) were in "the back". Eventually one came out after 10 mins. Getting my 10 pills took 20 mins!
THEN I had to join the other queue at the tills. 3 tellers were having a loud and glorious conversation for more than 20 mins (only one till was operating at a snails pace, as she was also listening to the conversation) We were 26 people in that queue (from the tills at the front window, halfway down to the dispensary). When I asked for the manager by his name (Dennis) I just got a flat "NO" from the 3 chatting in the corner. Vryheid Clicks has NEVER been run SO BADLY. Thank goodness for other chemists in town. I definitely will NOT bother with Clicks anymore. It is out of control and has gone to the DOGS!!
When Bongani was still there, everything ran smoothly!

I went to Middelburg mpumalanga Mall as I am a regular customer
Wanted to purchase Molicare Mobile 14's Small asked Mr Bongani if he could order and please stock this item as they do have the other sizes in this product but not Small.He flatly refused and mocked me with the aisle packer staff in his home language. Well will continue to purchase from Dis-chem in future in the same mall.Always well stocked with this item and at a good price full range.
Only reason we go to Clicks is convenience as it is near Pick n Pay.

I received you prom catelog and inside was a Safeway titanium hair straightener which is on special for R319...I was so excited that I spent my off day (Saturday) driving around to each clicks store near and far to buy one... But to my dismay not one store had in stock... I was told that the warehouse don't even have stock.. I spent my Sunday phoning around just to make sure about the product... So my question is how do u promote a product that is on special and the warehouse don't even have... I am very disappointed in this..... They don't even do rain check in order for me to receive it at the discount price.... Or when warehouse will have stock.... I would like to receive a phone call. Ur Mrs S. Frederick

Clicks N1 city has the most disrespectful security. It was a lady with very short hair, i was speaking to her at the door and as i’m speaking she’s closing the dam door in my face! People like this should work with animals and not human beings! I’m utterly disgusted.

Good morning
On Tuesday I went to buy airtime on clicks waterfront R110 vodacom and R30 mtn. Cashier gave me R110 telkom instead of vodacom as I was walking out I saw the slips it was telkom not vodacom.
I turned back the cashier couldn't help me change airtime she send me to the store manager... I ask the guy who was a manager on duty can I change my airtym because the cashier gave me a wrong voucher and the manager said to me they can't I need to sell to someone.

I didn't understand it because I didn't go so far with the voucher I was buy the door and he saw me I didn't go to far.... Ignorance is too much

Good day,

My name is Alicia and I am very unhappy with the service I have received at Click Watergate branch on the 17/08/2020. Just to let you know I am working from home due to my vulnerability and I have decided to pop in to your store during my last tea break to buy my sons formula, asthma pumps, energy supplement and a few snacks for the night.

As approached your store at the door I was told to stand outside I am not allowed to come in. I ask the security ( Cythia Ludid) can she explain the reason and she and another clicks staff member ( Zandile Dlanga) laughed, I ask whats the reason for them laughing the reply was " haibo you cant come like this to the store ". I ask her again tell me the reason. The security lady response was you wearing night clothes to the store this is CORONA. I told her, her reason is invalid and I would like her name and to speak to the manager. In the interim I ask another store assistant Sisanda, if she could check if your store has go black hair dye without a doubt she helped and told me to come in the store she asked me whats wrong I told her the security do not want me to come in. I asked another store assistant a Muslim lady if she could please call the manager I need to speak to him. The manager came and told me his a trainee manager as the store manager was busy in a meeting but his willing to help. My first question to him was is there anything wrong with the way I am dressed he said no. I then told him what I am wearing and then he explain to me, due to the pandemic many things was put in place. I apologised but at the same time I told him there was no notice on the door to say that certain clothing wear is not allowed. I told the trainee manager (Lucky) that I am not happy with the service I have received. I felt discriminated and humiliated as this whole incident happened infront of customers as they entered the store. I told the manager this is deformation of character and not a nice feeling. I have never had this experience at the store. Sisanda has been and still is giving me excellent customer service. We have build a customer relationship whenever I popped in the store she will always tell me of specials and how to save money.

I do not wish them to loose their job, but to avoid this type of behavior in future as this can destroy your brand.

Your responds will be appreciated and I am waiting in anticipation.

I would like to lay a complaint on the Clicks in Edendale Mall. There are many layers to this complaint but mainly attitude and incompetence. I went in with a dentist script and was assisted by a lady names Mandisa Khumalo (who in my understanding is a beautician and not a pharmacist).
She handed me medication that was incorrect and had very severe damage to me when the medication was taken. I had to call an ambulance. I could have died!! 1) the script was labelled by someone else (I am guessing the correct pharmacists and not the lady who was helping me). I went back the next day and was 2) given attitude by Mandisa when I complained about the medication.

They claimed that the dentist must have made the error. This could have had dire consequences and would like someone to take responsibility. When I went back to the dentist, she indeed confirmed that I was given medication for acne and not the correct medication. Someone could have died and I require an explanation and an apology from Mandisa.

I am a customer of Clicks for over 12 years. My chronic medication is fetched every month. On 2020-08-16 I proceeded to Clicks The Berg since this been the closest.On arrival I encountered problems. I then decided to go to the Columbine Square Clicks, the branch which I always visit.I was attended by a assistance pharmacist by the name of Ongiwe Mnduzulwana.I explained to him the situation and he tried to check and said that he cannot assist me and furthermore that this not his branch cannot assist me. I further explained that I need the insulin as I have none. He said come tomorrow and I will get help. I became irritated and said this is not possible.He also became abusive and informed me to leave. I then contacted an off duty pharmacist of the branch and went to another pharmacist and handed her the phone whom thereafter assisted me.The manager Mr Madkibulwana later did apologise on the phone when contacted. Do you have competent Assistant Pharmacists?Are they well versed with your systems?Do they understand the values of Clicks? Do they know customer service?

Good morning
I recently went to a clicks in Cape Town. I asked them about a special that is 3 for 2 and they said it's at all clicks shops. I decided to go to the one clicks that is nearest to me which is resided at Rylands village today (15 Aug 2020) and the special was not on which was two days ago. I did research and saw the offer is valid til the 19th of August.
Why was I told the special is at all clicks but isn't??? This is definitely false advertisement.

I went to Flora Centre and took a faulty base make up. It had no lid. I squeezed it, some product came out and I put it on my neck. I decided that at the price I could not take a priduct which color is incorrect which I would otherwise have purchased. I was told I HAVE to buy the product because I opened it. It hadno lid!! Last week I bought some probiotics at the same store. When I got home the box was empty. I have supportedyour stores for many years but no longer will.

I am honestly disappointed in the service i have been receiving from Clicks Walmer Park. About a month ago i went to the store to purchase a foundation,i was assisted by a sales lady who informed me that i must give a note to the cashier who will fetch the foundation from her. I did this "assuming" all would be in order as i gave the note with my shade to the cashier. I paid for my goods left the shop and to my surprise found out the following morning its a complete different shade to the one i chose and provided a note for. I called the store held on for 10minutes only to be told i cant return make up (R200 loss due to their negligence). Two weeks later i went to purchase a few items again (buy 3 pay for 2 specials) as i left the store i cross check my till slip to discover i was fully charged for the deodorant which was on promotion, i had to wait a whopping 15minutes to be refunded. Wow today i visited the store again to purchase my daughter's meds and a few stationary item, without fail as i left the store i checked my receipt and discovered not only was i overcharged for an item that was advertised for R6.99 and its on promotion buy 3 pay for 2, i was charged R19.99 for each of the three items. This time i took the cashier to the shelf showing her Babalwa the price advertised, she apologized took me to a very rude and unfriendly manager, who forgets we living in a New South Africa and this one starts gossiping to Babalwa the cashier about me in Xhosa, which by the way i understand fluently. Upon me interupting the gossip session the "manager" told me with the stinkiest attitude that she will refund me but the pricing was wrong, No Apology as if i priced the items in the store. She took her sweet time returned with the same stink attitude gave me a piece of paper to sign and stood there not even handing my money or items to me, i had to ask if i could take my stuff and leave. I am disgusted and wow never to support that branch again which i have been doing for more than 12yrs of being a resident in the area. Very dissatisfied with the way in which i was treated at Clicks Walmer Park.

Hi, earlier today 12/08/20 around 5pm at Clicks Checkers center Kroonstad, both the manager and door lady I assume insulted me and followed me (causing me to purchase incorrect goods) meanwhile threanening me after I had a manager called to clear a misunderstand, he refused to identify himself and claimed he was the owner of said shop while wearing but the employee attire, afterward as I was in the que he kept rolling insults and looking at me with murderous intent, please take note of the insident as others in the que surely did. Good day

Am writing this in dissatisfaction of your services. On the 02/08/2020 ,I purchased items at clicks Protea Glen that amounted to R467.00, however, the system at the clicks retail store debited twice because I was using my bank account. I went to clicks Protea Glen for them to rectify their mistake and also gave them my bank statement that also validates that they had debited twice. They promised to look into the matter and send me an email to let me know of the progress. I went back to the store twice To ask about the same matter and they told me that they are still rectifying the matter and they will call me. To this day, I Am still waiting for their response, It has been over a week now since the incident.

I am looking forward to an effective response.

I bought a Safeway Radio Alarm on 3 August.
I find the instructions almost impossible to follow. After much trouble I managed to set the time, but not the alarm and radio. I asked a friend (much younger than me) to help - she could not set the alarm. Has any of your buyers tried to use this product? The product should carry a warning "Only suitable for computer whiz kids". The product is of no use to me.Please authorise return for refund.

I went to buy medication and that rude lady doesn't wanna assist to use my husband medical aid meanwhile he has been tested positive with Corona for the fact that I forget his medical card even though I produce his card as he sent me picture via WhatsApp stil that rude lady refused and is not like the first time I bought for him medication and they never refused at least in future they must update us.That lady must go for customer service she doesn't know how to deal with customers

On the 6th of August 2020 at 17:15 my friend and I walked into a clicks in Margate the one at the Hibiscus Mall . As we were walking in we were told In a very rude manner that we should hurry up as they are closing soon . To our shock we looked at each other and carried on to ask for assistance from one of the ladies there , she assisted where she could then came a guy that works there and proceed to remind us that they don’t have time for this we need to hurry the hell up , we again in shock look at each other and not say a word to this man . As we’re looking through the hair colors a lady approaches us in a rude manner asking if we need assistance as they want to go home , we should hurry up . So at this point we’re boiling at this horrible service that we’re getting from this store . It seemed as if there was no manager in this store to reprimand this staff as they proceeded to shout at us as if we are not customers at this store , so I told the staff that I will report this incident because this isn’t on for retail , I’m in the retail business and I know how a customer is supposed to be treated , clearly that staff isn’t trained or they just do as they please in that store . Which is not on . I urge this to be taken with seriousness and with immediate attention.
