I had an appointment with clinic sister at clicks Heiderand Mosselbay mall on the 06/08/2020 at 16:30 and when I got there I was told the sister aint there anymore, The before they send me a reminder of the appointment at Mosselbay Mall , why wasn't there a notification to let you know that you have to go to clicks in Langenberg mall , how are people suppose to know if you don't notify us that you close a click at one clicks and appointments move to another one, in advance, very very poor service

I placed an order online on 29 July and I still have received even though it’s been 6 working days. I contacted the helpline and they said I need to wait an additional 2 working days to receive feedback. This is absolutely ridiculous, because you’re telling me you have no idea where my order is and it’s not in store and I have to WAIT to find out where it is when I’ve already waited the allocated 6 working days
I am appalled at the customer service team because the only answer they can give me is that they have no idea where my order is. That is your job. It’s been 6 working says and I still haven’t received any order

Good Day,
On 28 July 2020 I went to your branch in Century City to collect my medication as per medical script. I was told with attitude by Andisiwe May that because the script was emailed from the doctor and the medication is for a schedule 5 medication, she won’t load the script on the system and only give me 30 days worth of medication although I have a 2 month prescription. I explained to her that my doctor lives in England and only consults ad hoc in South Africa but due to lockdown travel ban, he cannot travel to hand my script in person in South Africa. She failed to try and assist nor understand that we are under lockdown and therefore I cannot obtain an original script but that an email copy should suffice under these exceptional circumstances. She was very rude, abrasive and didn’t even greet me properly.

This is the second time in two months that I have had to stand in a queue to collect my PREPACKAGED chronic medication at Port Alfred Rosehill Mall Clicks.
They have a card system with a number. On both occasions I have been first for the COLLECTIONS counter, but I have had to wait for people having prescriptions filled before I am called to the so called collection counter. WHAT IS THE POINT???
Th e TV screen that shows the card number also has a message saying that whilst you are waiting to be called you are welcome to browse around the shop! VERY CLEVER! So you are hoping that the customer me see something during this enforced waiting period and purchase it.
I am a 74 year old pensioner and I am doing my best to avoid being in crowds during the Covid pandemic, you people are not helping to prevent this delaying my stay in your shop unnecessarily!
The four “pharmacists “ behind the counter are always busy packing shelves or out of sight somewhere else instead of delivering the service they are supposed to be doing.
You had one very efficient and knowledgeable lady , SARA GRAY, working at this branch until recently, she appears to have now left, what a pity, she was worth ten of the rubbish that you noe employ.

For attention clicks. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Your pharmacists today the 1 August 2020 did not inform me when I called in that I cannot collect a script at the script counter. When I get to clicks blue hills at the collection point I was told there are no collections and I must join the queue. That was after calling in and speaking to the pharmacist on duty to please have the script ready..

On the 30 july 2020 around 13:00 I was at maponya mall I found a guy who claimed to be a store manager because he was not wearing a name tag at entrance ,iam a nurse and I was on duty I asked him to go in as announced by the president
that nurses don't have to que , he refused to let me in but what surprise me 2ladies came wearing a bank uniform he let them in when I asked he said I have to que outside while I was standing again another lady came wearing same uniform like me he let
her in because they know each other please helpe

Iwalked in at Clicks to buy chocolates. I saw the advertised price as R20, and R38 when I went to the till they told me a different price of R127. This is not the first time this is happening. I was at clicks again on Monday and I bought Gum that was saying a different price from their prices at the shelves but I decided to let it go. Now I see that it’s an ongoing problem that is not being sorted. So according to the CPA (Consumer Protection Act) you suppose to sell me that product with the price that was advertised.... a guy buy the name of Jimmy(Supervisor) told me that I know that it’s impossible for them to be that price and he said there’s nothing I can do... I’m so unhappy and I’ve been a clicks customer for the longest time. I also took pictures for proof if you guys require that

Clicks secunda created a mix up when my mother took in a prescription to be on the system for chronic medication. Now she is unable to collect medication because the system reflects that they tried to issue the medication but it was not the right time and they failed to reverse the transaction.

I was discharged from hospital at 12pm today, my partner fax the script through to Sunridge clicks for delivery.( pain meds) At 2pm she followed up & the delivery had not gone out yet, now I need the script!! Phone clicks " oh they never arranged the delivery boy for this afternoon" please collect!!!such disappointment, inconvenience,really spoke to 3 different ladies & just no communication!!! Dont offer a service if you cant offer it efficiently!! Very angry & disappointed, & I am in pain!!

On the 20 May 2020 I visited Clicks Modimall,I bought 12 comfort fabric softner(Morning fresh) which i never received until today.Since the date I visited the store, i never get a call from them,but i was doing a follow up which i never get a solution to it.Im really dissapointed and frastrutated because i went to the store again to check what is going on.I was told to that the code on my slip is not a Morning fresh ascent but another ascent which i dont remember buying.Please assit me as this is 3 months i bought the products and paid for it,Im only receiving excuses not my product

I have ordered essential items from Clicks on 28 June 2020. On the 1st of July I received a dispatch notification with a tracking link. When I wanted to track my order, I noted that the order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address.

I informed Clicks immediately that someone captured my address incorrectly, with no response.

I have emailed Clicks several times during the month (July 2020) with the issue that my delivery address was incorrect on their invoice/delivery, although my address is correct on their app.

I have received general responses from their self-generating emails.

I did receive a reference number, but no one contacted me. I then decided to contact Clicks via Facebook messenger to see if I can get hold of someone to help. Although they did respond professionally and timeously and forwarded my request to the Online team - division, they failed to follow-up.

Again I sent another message to the Facebook team, which stated that I still did not receive any response and no one has helped me resolve the issues. And again they promised to forward my request to the Online team division.

The following day, the online team did respond (via email) and indicated that they will contact the Johannesburg warehouse but according to them the order was delivered.

I waited a few days to hear from them, and then emailed them stating that I did not receive my order since my address was incorrect in the first place. Since then they did not respond, so I have emailed the Facebook team again. The same happened that they forwarded my complaint to their online team. Up to this date (29 July), no response yet. I have tried my best and cannot go on like this anymore.

All I want is a refund so that I can buy these essential items from somewhere else. To wait for essential items for over a month is unacceptable.

I have already started the process with the consumer complaints commission. According to them I can claim a refund with interest for non-delivery. I hope we can resolve this issues swiftly.

On the 23 July I decided to try Clicks online ordering service because I wanted to avoid going into the actual store during such unprecedented times of COVID-19. I created my profile and placed my order for R1339.86 and after 2 days realized that I did not get an order number nor an acknowledgement from Clicks.

I than called in and was told that my email address was incorrect however they will update it and send me an email acknowledging my order since they can see that the funds were debited from my account.

After a short while I had not received the confirmation email and called again, the second consultant requested for my email and said she was updating it on the system which was strange because this was supposedly done already.

I waited again and after a few hours called in and this time I was told that they have the funds however my cart was not converted and this meant that they needed to place the actual order in their side.

At this stage I had spoken to 4 people including Busi and Marchary amongst others and requested to cancel the order. Strangely now that I wanted to cancel the other, the online team emailed me, bearing in mind that all along I had not received but 1 email.

I was given an option to get the funds credited to my account or get cash back rewards loaded into my account and I went with the cash back rewards because it would happen almost immediately instead of waiting for a refund which would take up to 17 working days.

Makhail sent me an email confirming that the rewards had been loaded on my Clicks card and they sounded really simple, he did however mention it could take up to 4 hours to reflect which was not an issue because I planned to rush to the store the next morning.

By night time on Monday the 27th, I checked and the cash back rewards where not reflecting which meant this was not actually done and I could only sort it out the next morning. I emailed and called in and could not get helped timelessly.

At this stage it’s morning of the 28th on a Tuesday, I have no baby nappies, food and milk and are struggling to get ahold of someone to assist me. The consultants from Clicks don’t bother calling a client back and instead when you call in, they ask you to wait on the line while they try get ahold of each other.

I loaded airtime after airtime and continuously called them. Not once did I get a curtesy call. As it stands I am still waiting for someone to help me.

I went to collect my daughter's chronic medication two weeks back at clicks Musgrave, they advised that they only had 8 sachets of the Monte Asthma sprinkles and would call me for the rest. The call has never happened till now, I call and nobody picks up the phone, the one time someone answered they dropped the call while I was still talking. My daughter needs her medication. Especially in this pandemic. Can this matter be treated as urgent. Why I haven't gone there is because I work full-time and by the time I leave work clicks is closed. The only break I had I used it to go collect and I got the 8/30 sachets.

Good day.
We have been customers at Clicks Brackenhurst for many years, and have 2 x repeat scripts we collect monthly.
The last couple of months we only receiving notification on the 1 and nothing on the other. I have tried getting this corrected but with no luck. I tried calling them this morning as my meds are now finished and no sms received again, inquire on my script.
Only after the phone rang for several minutes, was it eventually answered and I rudely informed: "the pharmacy is busy, there is a line, phone back another time" the person then hang up.
All i want is that both my scripts are filled at the same time, and i am being notified to collect at the same time.
Surely this is doable?
This is not the level of service I'm driving pass two Deschem-stores for.

Clicks in Nquthu Branch they have a Sanitizer outside that has to be pumped by hand. So I decide that I don't want to touch it and pressed it with my key. The Security took it personal and told me that Nurses, Police Ofiicers , Teachers touch this Sanitizer everyday "Who am I". I told him that by the way you're supposed to have a Hands free Sanitizer, he said (Door Security) send an email and he had so much attitude that he knows that I will report him and nothing will happen. I didn't see the need to tell him that yes Nurses, Teachers and Police officers touch the pump but I'm not going to do it because I am a bloody Microbiology Technician. I am going to report this to the DOH. I'm sending this as courtesy anyway.

I really had a bad experience at Clicks Mountain Mill Mall Worcester today.
They advertise sale on electric appliances. I decide to buy a Safeway Egg Boiler for the advertising price on the shelf of R249.99 less 20% discount.

At the till the price showed R269.99 less 20%. I took the price from the shelf and show the manager Lizelle Worth, the advertise price.

She said that due to the 20% discount I must pay R269.99 less 20%.

If Clicks mark their products higher to give you a 20% discount I think it is fraud.

I ask her to let me take a photo of the advertise price and she treat me rude by saying it is Clicks property and I cannot take a photo.

I will think twice before going back there.

I was with my sister and nephew at clicks today, the que for self medication counter was long so my nephew was at the que while me and my sister were shopping for other products.A staff comes to us, at that point we were looking at nail products, without greeting or at least an "excuse me" and starts rudely asking if we were in the que. I tell her no but my nephew is. She continues in her very disrespectful and rude tone abd tella us that only 1 person is allowed to que. Mind u we are NOT AT THE QUE, we are busy trying to shop at that point.I stood there shocked at the level of disrespect we are getting from this girl while my sister is responding to her. she then screamed the security guards name and told him to come handle us! maybe there is a policy in the store but the way we were treated was utterly disgusting and unacceptable. That is not how u speak to people who literally put food on ur table by shopping at that store! This was at Clicks Welkom, Boitumelo mall.

We cannot be treated lke dogs by staff at that branch. I beleive the girls name is Granny or something like that.
No client should experience such.

So I was actually going to give you a five star rating for receiving my online order within 3 days but thanks to one of your sick employees (at dispatch/warehousing I presume), I have to publically complain. I opened each item I ordered to ensure that everything is intact (which I really expected it to be...) but to my shock found a huge, thick, disgusting finger mark in the Johnson's baby jelly tub. Are you friggin serious???? I don't even want to exchange it or go to the nearest store to exchange it (which will totally defeat my reasons for shopping online in the first place), it went straight to the dustbin. I really hope this is reason enough for Clicks to monitor the dispatching of online orders, given the current state of panic our country is in with rising Covid cases!!! I am actually scared to now use any of the products I ordered
