I bought products online in March, however the items somehow got lost in the delivery process, Carl from customer service assured me that I will be refunded in cash back. I have not received any communication from clicks regarding my refund, it's now June and I have not refunded my money for goods paid for but not received, ref number14980673

I bought airtime at clicks Sinoville center and walked out the door and for not more than 10 second I realized my slip did not contain my airtime. So I approached the manager about it, instead I was accused of dropping it or hiding it so l could walk away with both the airtime and the refund. Only when they checked the system they realized that the airtime was not processed. Despite all the accusations I not receive a single apology for the inconvenience.

On the 18June 2020 I made a purchase at Clicks Heidelberg Mall Gauteng Province of R463. The cashier told me the payment did not go through but I received an sms on my phone and I showed it to him

.He said I must swipe again and i dis so...I got an sms again from my bank.
And he refuse to give me my things I bought because there was no slip he ask me to swipe again and I
Told him I cannot pay a 3rd time just for slip that he can't from the till.According to him I was going to be refunded but until today I did not get my money back...And I had to leave the shop without my things that I payed for...I need my money back or the things I bought...I never had any problems like this before at any Clicks Store and love to buy at Clicks and they did increase the prizes like Dis chem ....Can you please help me.

This evening i was at Clicks Soneike in KuilsRiver at 17:03 and the manager Tourrien was at the door and he would not allow me inside to get my blood pressure medication. I called the dispensary earlier the afternoon to get it ready for collection.
He was adamant the store closes at 17:00 and he could not assist me. As a manager he could’ve handled the situation better and make a more informed decision but he didn’t even open the door to listen to me properly. This was a new tablet added to my current medication and it was a necessity. I will never again make use of Clicks Soneike.

I want to call this a suggestion rather than a complaint for the shop “Ferndale on Replublic, Randburg.

Now during Covid-19 the store is using a PEG system to allow only a certain total of people in the store. A PEG in the basket is sprayed with disinfectant, and then the customer has to take a PEG when entering and drop it off when leaving the store.
This is highly undesirable especially if the customer is older than 60, like in my case. On a few occasions the PEG was covered in a piece of paper because I did not want to touch the PEG. If the PEG is sprayed in the basket, there is still one side of the PEG which is not sprayed on.

In stead of complaining about this I rather want to give a suggestion.

Please get 2 baskets and NAME it clearly, ie. IN and OUT.
When a customer enters the shop, the attendant controlling this, can put the PEG from the OUT basket into the IN basket.
When the customer leaves the shop, the attendant can take a PEG from the IN basket and put it in the OUT basket.
In this case customers do not need to touch the PEG and the total of customers in the shop can be controlled.

I send my husband yesterday to your branch in Mountain Mill Worcester,to take our iron steamer back, as it causes short circuits,and a cordless aluminum kettle,with the kettle after it boiled,then it's totally wet underneath, I must put a cloth underneath, so that it doesn't spoil my cupboards, but the manager on duty refused to do a swop. This can also cause short circuits in my house, which for me is a major problem and concern, cause I have a month old baby in the house.So if they can't assist, I hope you will, cause I don't want that kettle. Would like to hear from you ASAP, because I will take it back.

Hi
I recently decided to try to the clicks brand diapers as I find it more convenient as they're nearer to me. Where as I normally use the dischem brand but have to travel abit more to get them.

However within two hours of use the size 5 diaper had been soaked through the wool had all come out and stuck onto my daughter her pants was wet as well.

I am honestly very disappointed and would like to have a refund. Please advise as this is urgent

I collect my chronic from clicks queenstown (Nonesi mall) monthly. The service is very slow. Every mnth I have to stand in que for over an hour to collect already packed medication. Please find a better way to manage this. It is irritating and time consuming.

Hi, I purchased products online clicks store on Monday the 8th of june 2020, today is Thursday 11th of June and I haven't received any kind of response about my order, whether it was processed or shipped or on its way to be delivered. I paid R60 for delivery, which they stated takes 1 to 3 days to be delivered. I left a message on their Facebook page, and got no response. I am angry and very disappointed in Clicks

Today I attended on this store and took a ticket waiting to be attended to at the clicks pharmacy. I was standing in the queue for about 10 15 mins while a pharmacist was busy typing on his cellphone. When I was eventually called by another lady, zukiswa, this service was pathetically slow and unappetizing. Firstly, she took forever to find my script. When eventually she loaded my script onto my card, she just processed everything without confirming what al I need from the script and whether it will be cash or medical aid. After a while when she was done I told her I do not need everything and further asked her if everything went off as chronic. With much attitude, she reversed what I didnt need and further informed me that one set of meds did not go through as chronic. With much sigh, she said she will need to phone the medical aid. I sensed complete laziness and attitude whereafter I told her to reverse everything and I will go somewhere else. I had to asked her 3 or 4 times in a row if she successfully loaded everything onto my card and after asking her to inform me that everything was reversed via phone later, she rolled her eyes at me. This was in front of another customer at the counter. A lady by the name of charmaine, also then with attitude and hand movements told zukiswa to reverse it and print it out and give it to me and I can to. I was shocked beyond control. I was then informed that after I had left, they spoke in front of the customer. If my script was not loaded onto my card, i would never return to clicks. I can assure you that after years or supporting you, after this 6 months of script I will never return and inform everyone else not to either after this service.

Morning my name is Nyami,i bought a kettle in September 2019 and this year in May 2020 the kettle's plug burned and we had to cut it as it was stucked so we can take to the shop now the lady on Saturday in the said they cannot take back as the plug is broken.What did we supposed to do as it was stucked and our are working perfectly fine as we thought it was the plugs that are faulty,pleas advise as what to do coz we are sitting without a kettle and its not even a year.Thanx!!!

Good day. Today I bought a Phillips OneBlade shaver for R 499.00. I got home and opened it to test it. All in working order, I Googled the price of replacement blades and saw that it was R249.00 for one blade. That wasn’t said to me and Clicks Heidelberg Victorian Centre didn’t have any replacement blades where I could see the price. I went back to return it and told them that there was nothing wrong with it, the only thing was that it doesn’t male sense for met to pay R249.00 for a replacement blade. They told me the only way I can return this is if it was broken. I thought to be honest would help, bit this isn’t the way our country works anymore. So I must tell them it is broken and then they will exchange for something else.

Is this the end of the story or can someone please assist me??

Today I went to clicks Lynnwood Ridge. I went to get my scripts straight from the doctor. I waited for so long, the person who was assisting me (Letsatsi his name) took long. I asked him why took so long, he said it was two scripts, I asked him you don’t communicate maybe I should have sat down while you are still busy. He said to me he doesn’t see anything in my script that I’m in pain so he didn’t see it necessary. “Otherwise I could have sat down myself chairs are behind me” I said to him you can’t use my script of how I feel.

Also one medication he gave me was generic I asked him I need original he said to me it’s the same, I said the doctor recommended the origin he said to me “the doctor told you not me”

On 31/05/2020 me and my daughter visit Baywest Mall Clicks. While standing in the line to pay there were more than 10 people before us and a few behind us. An African lady left the line and we move forward after a while she came back and stand next to my child that was infront of me. I asked her please step away from my child and keep the social distance. She refuse and said it was her place. At no time did she mentioned or ask that her place must be kept. After 5 times of me asking her to stand away from my child she move closer to my child face to face touching my child and talking in her face. I called the security but he did nothing she refuse to move out of the line or away from us. After a while he walked with her and she went straight to the tellers at the front before everyone and paid. It this what Clicks is standing for? ME AS A WHITE CUSTOMER MUST BE HUMILIATED AND DISRESPECT BY YOUR STAFF AND ALLOW PEOPLE TO NOT COMPLY TO THE DISASTER MANAGEMENT ACT OF COVID 19 IN YOUR STORES?

Why do I register for prepacked prescription get an sms then when I get to store have to wait in same que as everybody else for 45minutes then I might as well not get it prepacked as there is no benefit. There should be a seperate line for prepacked. Bethlehem.

Good day...your store in atlantis had 1 staff member test positive for the virus and now they refuse to test all the other staff members they say they must make they own plans to go test themselves this is irresponsible they didnt send anybody home to shelf isolate all is back at work nobody was tested and the shop is open.

On the 9th May 2020 i purchased a electronic product from Clicks using their online shopping platform. Online it clearly stipulates in bold that your package will be ready between 1-3 working days. Till today i have not received my package, i spoke to some Abraham from their call center, who informed me that Clicks was suppose to send me a code via sms which will be used to redeem my purchase in-store and that it is 1 to 7 working days ( where the F is 7 days written online?, if i had know that i would have never bought it online, it still says 1-3 working days today), as for Abraham, what a bad attitude and incompetence.
Guess what, i never received it and i called numerous times, even sent emails asking where the code is with no luck. i got frustrated to a point were i was willing to just get my refund and move on to a more organised and professional outlet, they refused.

Fast forward, needing my package urgently i went to the store it was supposed to be delivered to, the stuff was very helpful but had to follow the rules and could not either refund me or give me the another package which was the same as the one i bought. After i sent an email requesting the code these simpletons still could not help. Clicks has absolutely no care for customer experience, Why rush to an online platform for customers if you do not have the experience to run it effectively?

Because they refuse to even refund me since they clearly cannot fulfill a simple online order. I would not recommend anyone to purchase anything online from Clicks , you will be sorry, stick to the stores even on this lockdown, the store employees have more experience than the fools online.

This has really changed my views on my favorite shop, i am even moving my future purchases to Dischem. I employ you to please ask Takealot for help, they are the Kings in this field.

FINALLY, TO CLICKS: I WOULD LIKE MY PACKAGE IMMEDIATELY PLEASE, YOU HAVE MY MONEY AND I HAVE NO PACKAGE AND THE TIME PROMISED IS OVERDUE. FOR THE PAIN AND SUFFERING YOU HAVE CAUSED ME, MY DRIVING UP AND DOWN THE SHOP WAY AFTER THE 3 DAYS RISKING MY HEALTH, YOU SHOULD DELIVER MY PACKAGE IN GOOD CONDITION ( YES, SOME OF YOUR COLLEAGUES DID MENTION YOU SEND ONLINE PURCHASES BROKEN TO CUSTOMERS, DON'T PULL THAT **** WITH ME.)
