The customer service said the refund will take 10 days but until now it still no update and got no refund. We also called the customer service countless times (ticket no. 004614297)

We filed our application on line last November 30, 2020 and we paid the connection fee. During our first follow up, the status revealed that the application is on hold status, and the operator told us that we gave the wrong installation address. I gave the correct address, but everytime I call, same issue is raised (wrong address). When will this be resolved?

I have applied for installation on Feb 4,2021 and got my account number 0020231212316 and also paid on Feb 10,2021 (See attached receipt). They said on the website that it will take 3 days for it to manifest as paid but until now it still says awaiting payment. We also called the customer service countless times (ticket no. 004753933) for details and also to know when we will get the internet installed. But they cannot provide concrete information and time frame when the internet will be installed. Please this is much needed for work-from-home set up.

for almost a week we have no internet access under account number 1111202027608 located at 162 Elpidio St., Bragado Homes, Mabalanoy, San Juan, Batangas for Mrs. Merlita S. Pasatiempo's account. we have tried using trouble shooting techniques but it doesnt work. when we check with the connection it says "network log in required". I have called your costumer service office twice and according to them configuration will be and needed to be done. I was actually requesting already for a technician to look into this. it has been a week already and no progress has been done. please exert your effort in extending your assistance since 6 students depend on this for their on-line studies.

We are constantly being disconnected even when we are paying our MRF due to wrong computation of our first bill. May we request you to reconcile our account and make an adjustment please. May we know why you started billing us for October 2020 when we only get activated and started using the service dated 12/16/2020? Fyi Our first bill should only be composed of prorated charges and advance billing. Kindly resolve this issue as we are very inclined to fix this - also provide us a timeline, we no longer have much patience to wait - it's so hard to contact your customer service if you have any. But this is the third time if ever. I just want to make the process fast because this is inconvenient for me since Im working from home.

Please look into the calls I had with these reps, I was told by them that my request for site transfer is confirmed since my new address is serviceable and request has been forwarded to reliance team and awaiting job order creation. But last week I received an email stating that new address is NOT yet serviceable and only options now is to either request for temporary disconnection which you will charge P300 or change of ownership to be charge additional P1000. Comment Same situation here...converge asked for payment upon filing of appli. And found out that our area is not serviceable...and until now no refund has been made since July 2020
COMPLAINT #12481 - Refund / Exchange Issues
We are the developer of Belvue Residential Communities located in Muzon, SJDM Bulacan and we are writing you this letter to explain to us the illegal installations of 5 internet connections to houses inside without prior approval from us, the developer.
The installations of these wires were haphazardly done with wires from ports from a 3rd class subdivision (villa muzon), across Linawan Road and your illegal installers just jumped these wires to our Belvue fence.
Your contracted installers deliberately defied our denial of their entry to install in the absence of 1.) Letter of Request from Developer 2.) Work permit approvals from Developer, Barangay and LGU. They conspired with one of our guards (who admitted and whom we immediately fired) to illegally install these 5 wires on a sunday when our office people are not present. Several witnesses can attest and a cctv footage confirmed this incident.
With this, we are demanding your immediate reply to your contractor's illegal actions and to immediately take down all these illegal connections and PROPERLY APPLY FOR A PERMIT TO INSTALL internet ports inside Belvue to service interested homes.
Again, please reprimand your contractors who doesnt know legalities of your trade. For you are tarnishing the good name of your owner Mr. Dennis Uy.

I lost my connection for about 3 days. I sent them an email many times.Created my own ticket and called support number that is not working I decided to finally go the nearest converge office in our area early in morning 9AM I gave them the last 5 digits of my acct number only to be told that the repair team is on the way. I went home and waited for a day. No one came and I just wasted my time waiting for nothing. They made me look like a fool and i lost sleep because I waited for several hours.

This is very terrible experience from an internet provider name CONVERGE ICT. Very annoying and very poor service in all aspects.
July 2020, I applied for an internet connection. After making a payment in early August 2020, there are people who checked our location and said that the application is subject to approval. After that first and last conversation, no feedback was received, no emails or phone calls. They are very active to follow up on the payment and after the fucking payment has been done they will stop calling applicants to follow up or at least update us about the application. The service was very poor. They are only after the payment, they don't care for your application, and most especially your refund request. They took you for granted and now it is already 7 months and this is my 3rd request on this site and they keep on sending you an acknowledgment email asking for your damn information which was already made multiple times.
