Hi. This is Nozipho. I bought a washing machine on 2018 July. Then by 2020 August the machine stops working. I went to the shop at Bradlows commissioner Street JHB for a complain, I didn't get that attention that I got when purchasing. The salesman Penny told me that the machine gurrantee is over. After paying R5500 for it. Then this year 2021 I visited the shop again I found the other salesman Gift I told him my story. He went through making calls left and right and when phoning the Defy company they told us that the machine gurrantee is still on, he made the arrangements with the Defy. They came into my home only to find out that my mom asked someone to fix just because Penny told the gurrantee is over. The Defy people left without fixing. I want Penny to pay for my machine this is all her fault Or can I get my money back so that I will able to buy the new one.

My name is Sebina Mlambo I bought a chest of drawer and a wardrobe at bradlows in Alberton the quality that attracted me to buy the goods was totally different to what was delivered. The chest of drawer did not have shelves inside and the wardrobe.s handles are loose and it also has dark marks on the side. I called the branch and they promised to exchange the goods and they said I should wait until the 26January but when I called them today they are now taking me from pillar to post.I.m very disappointed and I will never buy at bradlows ever again their service is horrible and they don.t even value customers.

I have placed an order online and I have canceled it after realizing that the product will not work well on my couch. I. Have been sending emails with no response and I need my money to be refunded. I am still getting sms notifications for my order.

Am still waiting to be refunded. It has been over 3 weeks now. Am dealing with service consultant called Kutlwano from Joburg. The service is pathetic she doesn't respond to my emails

I have purchased two beds from bradlows festival mall on the 07/01/2021. I was not told that the stock I was purchasing is finished and they proceeded with the purchase and confirmed the date of delivery(12/01/2021). On the 14/01/2021 I called to enquire about my deliver, the sales person then explained that they stock was finished and they don't know when they are going to have the stock because there are still more people who purchased before me and they will be first on the list to receive their stock but I can expect the following week. On the 19/01/2021 I went to the store to enquire again and I was told the stock will arrive at the warehouse either on the 21/01/2021 or 26/01/2021. On the 21st they called me to tell me the stock has arrived but they will call again the next day to confirm the delivery. On the 22 the called and confirmed my stock will be delivered on the 25 which is today. The delivery guy called me to say they are delivering one bed to me. I called bradlows Festival mall to find out why one deliver the manager of the store insisted that she told me that there will be 2 deliveries first deliver today and they are still going to wait for the other stock to arrive at the warehouse and set another date fore delivery. I feel Bradlows Festival mall have a very poor and disgusting service and they don't take customers serious and they just don't care. Everyday when I enquire there is a new story I never heard before.

My name is Mpho Mothebeng. On the 20th January 2021 I bought a generator worth P1500 at Mogoditshane branch in Gaborone, Botswana( shop number 695) I paid and was told to collect the generator at the warehouse in Phakalane. I sent someone to collect for me after discussion it with the shop manager Mr. Benjamin who enquired at the warehouse and was told by Mr Mokoto that they are left with 15 generators so I can come and collect mine. Unfortunately they refused to give the person I asked to collect for me though I have paid. They even refused to give me the generator which was on display. Today the 21st January I went to the shop only to be told that the generators are finished but how I don’t know because mine was already paid for. I spoke to the General Manager Mr Kgari who could not assist me resolve this issue after spending 4 hours at the shop.

May I also point that I was not pleased with the customer service of Mr Benjamin( shop manager) and Mr. Kgari ( General Manager)

May I kindly ask your good office to intervene in this issue because all i need it’s a generator not a refund

On the 13th of this month, we purchased an item worth R7500.00 ( Rustenburg Branch) and we where promised to get the item the following day. We didn't get the item and nothing was communicated with us. On the 19th we went to the branch to enquire, infact we went there to get a REFUND.

That's when the sales person (Phillip) sold us lies again, he said we should be patient because the item is on it's way, on the 21st we will get the item. So, he was against the idea of the refund. He said we can't get the refund instantly because cash was used for payment.

He said that they don't keep fiat money in the store, therefore they can't refund us. Head Office will refund us instead. He further said that we need to sumbit a bank statement wich shows a bank account number & a copy of i.d document. That's how we will get our cash back. After 21 DAYS! Nogal.

That's why we where convinced to wait 2 more days since to do the refund is a drag, we agreed. Till this day we haven't received our item, the guy in question phoned today to sell us more lies. He says the item will be delivered tomorrow.

We are dissatisfied with his customer service. All we want is our cash back, so that we can purchase the item somewhere else. We desperately need the item.

So, can you please help us to get our money back. 21 business days is way too long for us. Thank you in advance.

In December 2020 I bought a bedroom set at Bradlows Rustenburg branch. Service at store was good, after that we wait almost 3 weeks for delivery. As soon as the delivery take place I notice one of the bedside cupboard door was not stable. So we reported it to the manager at the store and he said in January it will be replaced. After several calls we didn't get any joy from the store. Now everyday I do get calls to be reminded of my payment that needs to be paid in February. Amount of calls from number 010 045 7035. I am fed up for up to 10 - 15 calls per day and every time the same conversation took place. I am really not satisfied with this franchise at all. I will not under any circumstances encourage anyone to buy from Brandlows.

We bought a fridge and a double bed cash at the Ermelo Joubert street branch on 16/01/2021 with the request of delivery in Pretoria on 18/01/2021. The delivery date was confirmed by Bradlows Ermelo for that date.
We have been struggling to get our delivery but untill now nothing yet. We gave called numerous times and are clearly very upset with the service. We have to sleep on the floor, we cannot buy proper food because we dont have our bed or fridge yet.
Please assist urgently in this matter. Bradlows was always a company to rely on, I wouldn't buy from you again neither will I recommend you to any one else. I would like to get my my delivery today.

I went to sleep masters to buy a bed that worth R6500......the service was excellent there after I went to bradlows to buy a TVs stand that worth R3699 I have asked them to sell me the 1 from sales floor meaning display unit they refuse to sell to me by the lady looks very rude to arguing with Customer....she said ....she is manager of the store...but her approach to me was very rude.....(bradlows mamelodi denlyn complex)I was surprise surprised when she went to sleep master to asked for assistance bcos she can't create a sales order for a customer.....my question is how can you put someone like her in charge while she can't even helped the Customer but she said to me that she's the manager of the store.....you guy's lost my business bcos of her arrogant.....

Was promised it will be uplift in the same week
Followed up I was told that definitely in the 17th of December
Today is the 18 of January no phone call no uplifted or exchange
Such poor and ridiculous service I am no totally fed up with this un acceptable service
I purchased it cash and now no one cares

I bought washing machine during black Friday 2020 @ Silverton .Today is been 2 weeks waiting for the the repair guys.this morning came a guy to repair, he said he is unable to repair because he's not working for hisense.
Now I must wait another 2 weeks?This so unprofessional and unfair for me. I'm sitting with matchine with water inside and my house is smelling like it style because of this .
I'm requesting refund or new matchine.

Silverton Bradlows waited for me to call them .
I want my money back or new matchine.

I can't be paying R8000 cash for stuff not working. Pls Give me new matchine o my money back.

I visited Bradlows store Claremont, 4 January 2021to return the washing machine I purchased which is not even working. I've been told by the salesman that I must wait on some authority to authorize this. It is 2 weeks later now without any reply from the store even though I called them again. The new washing machine is standing on my balcony where it could be stolen any time. I have also emailed with and got an automated response that the matter will be dealt within 48 hours. Your urgent assistance in this matter will be appreciated

Regarding my recent purchase from Bradlows Phoenix plaze i have had numerous issues regarding the service i've received.

First the corner set i purchased came with no legs... Then the second delivery was a set that was the wrong colour and the workmanship is poor.

I would like a refund. I am a cash customer.
