Good day, I am having a problem with Bradlows phalaborwa were I bought a Recliner Roma 3piece (sofas)since they came and fit it the 3 piece is not properly aligned I did report the past 3weeks but there is no one who is coming to assist me, please help me with this issue my order number 14156837 and customer ID, thank you.

I want to lodge a complain regarding my coffee table which was fetched because it was pecting or peeling by ur JD Supply Services to be repaired or fixed on the 25th of October 2019. It has been a year now. I was communicating with the consultant via phone and in pwrson at Bradlows in west street,Durban. Up until today they havent given me a tangible solution and they have only been giving a run around,before lockdown this has started. Now the lockdown is over and still im having the same problem. I am now in dilemma as to what i need to do because at Bradlows there is no transparency to whome i must consult directly for my complaint and get assistance immediately. I bought this bed Restonic Magnolia 152cm on the 01/11/2019 at Bradlows.
my first complain i sent threw to the manger bay whatsupp on the 4 April 2020, my second complain log with the sales lady on the 19 July 2020. I am still waiting for any refrains number or complain number!!!!
the material is thorn and the wire is coming threw.

Good day about four months ago i went to bradlows and bought a lounge suite cash.
After one month it started to give problems...i contacted bradlows and they informed me they will work on it after struggling for a month with them thet told me to come and chooce another suite for exchange.
So i did everything from my side.
They informed me it will tale a few days for delivery on the new suite.

Now im strugeling again they say they are waiting for head office in polokwane to release the lounch suite.

Waiting for 2 weeks now
How long must a custemor wait and why do whe get this bad servise.

If you can spend money then there is no problem everything goes fast but it there is a problem whe strugle.

On 16 November 2020 I send an email with all the information and was ignored as it did not exist.
In March 2020 I went to the Brandlows Banch in Charlotte Maxeke street, Bloemfontein to enquire about the amount that I need to pay if I want to pay my account in full and close the account. I was inform that it is the full amount on the statement. When I said but it could not be because the amount was worked out with interest on every month for 36 months and I want to pay it of 9 months earlier the answer I received was that I have to pay the FULL AMOUNT.
I decided that I will then let it be deducted from my bank account every month seeing that the interest for the 9 months will not be deducted for me to pay the rest of the amount.
NOW in November 2020, Bradlows go and take from me the amount of R588.94 which is R348.11 more than I owe on the last payment and your accounts department KNOW that I only owe R240,83 as final payment !!!!!!!!!
I received a friendly reminder on 13 November 2020 that I must make sure that there is money in my account (contract date for every month is 15th). I received an email with the statement on 11 November 2020 with the amount owing R240,83. Then on 14 November the amount of R588.94 was deducted.
Your services is so unsatisfactory that I do not understand how your company still exist. I will never buy anything from your shops again and I will make sure that no one of my extended big family or friends ever buy from you.

I bought couches in Welkom Bradlows last year in June I returned them 10months due to poor quality and that was 5 months back. Till today i haven't received my couches back i communicated with store manager and Regional Manager was informed I also wrote complaint to account department but till day they are failling me dismally they can't give me my couches back, neither returning my fund or giving me other couches of the same amount value. Everyday it's a new story.

Because of this behavior i am forced to take legal action against the entity, because i have honored and fulfilled my role as a customer.

I Buhlebakhe Dion Shoba hereby wish to lodge a complaint about Burban (Castorridge) wherehouse, my lounge suit was taken to then in July for rectification of factory foulties. They brought it back without rectifying the problem four times. When I call them no one to take responsibility for that. I have spent a lot of money calling their wherehouse with no success. I paid R32000. 00 for that lounge on lay buy. however I am without them for six months now.

I have purchased a fridge few years ago in Bradlows Groblersdal, it's still within warranty, the supplier has granted me a credit meaning that I can get the same fridge or money back, I am disappointed on how the store is handling this matter, I was told that I can not get my money back, why is that because the unit going back to the supplier, they're really inconveniencing me because I don't have a fridge at the moment, I would like to have the same fridge or another fridge from them but the Fridges they have at the moment doesn't suit my budget and style, I hate being inconvenienced un necessary, emagine life without a fridge, we store important things in the fridge, my sisters medications and my kid's medicines, please speak to you're people to do the right things.i never thought purchasing a fridge in Bradlows will end up in a headache like this, you are being misrepresented, please fix this matter ASAP.

I bought a fridge early this year at Bradlows Maponya mall logged a call 12 June 2020 doors where not aligned the fridge was taken from my house 25 September 2020 till today I haven't received my fridge back, I spoke to the store manager of Bradlows maponya mall by the name of Dino telling me that they have arranged for a fridge from another store as they don't have stock of it its been two weeks since he said that I don't know if takes months or years to deliver from one province to another.
I need my fridge is summer can't live without a fridge in the house I don't owe the store please help or contact me will give you the full story
I'm tired of being sent from pillar to post it was authorized for exchange or refund I don't want money I want a fridge

I have called Head Office Customer Centre numerous times for assistance on a product I purchased at one of the Branches in Bloemfontein, which I am struggling to get a refund . The store where I purchased the product is just not assisting at all. I am helpless because I still have this faulty product. They also have communication issues and make empty promises. Anyone Please Help Me , at some point my money was good to accept but now to offer customer service is a problem.

I bought the Oregon Lounge suite on the 04/11/2020 and after numerous fights this was delivered 17/11/2020 13 days for delivery , upon opening the suite the units are broken and the store is now trying to blame the transporter but this is clearly a factory issue , the one foot sits in the air the other on the floor and this lets the 1 seater wobble.he 2 seater is also broken. I am appauled at the service i got , the lies that were told. The Bradlows Southgate team has no intergrity and this is very poor for a household name like Bradlows. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me , 8 years ago i waited 18 days for delivery and eventually resorted to Hello Peter which i am going to do again. It seems as long as a sale is made and a target reached the client must see to themselves. Why dont they close that store so that we can go elsewhere and get proper service. I need answers

This is my first time doing business with your store and the only thing I seem to be doing is complain about the service really is this how a client feels when doing business with you guys.Today I was suppose to receive a seal Salvador 152cm reason being the one that I have is not even month old but it already makes terrible noise the driver called and asked if I was at home as they are coming to deliver I told him am not at home but my daughter is home he calls again and I give him direction again he calls but because I was at work I missed his calls when I called him back he did not pick up I get home only to find the old mattress. A angry simply because when am I going to get my bed and who will be home to receive it.

On the 04th December I went to bardlwos, I saw a headboard and base set that I really liked, applied for credit with bradlows, the gentleman (who was a trainee) who mind you was the only helpful one and had a little customer service skills in him, did the application which took from 4h30pm till 6pm, 1 and a half long hours!! I Just brushed it off because he is new,however I don't understand why he was left on his own to do the application with no supervision,instead of assisting him his manager felt it fit to make him look stupid infront of me and my sister .. Then to top it all off the application was captured incorrectly,but I was told I needed to make a R1700 deposit before I recieved the goods. The very next day I went and paid the deposit only to be told I had to redo the whole application all my details were captured incorrectly,i spoke to the store manager and told her I didn't have much time I needed to leave in 20minutes as my husband would be knocking off from work that time and I'm going home with him, I asked if it would take long and I was told it wouldn't.. 30minutes later I was still in the store,she kept saying we were almost done even though I'm sure she knew we weren't...on the 07th I decided to cancel due to the lack of communication and poor customer service!!! I went into the store and cancelled, I filed in a form for the refund.. On Tuesday I called once again to find out what was happening and the documentation still wasn't sent off to head office.. After 13 whole days I'm running around calling bradlows head office and none of their agents are helpful or even seem to care just like thir management, nobody can assist me and tell me when I will be getting my much needed money even after giving them a complaint reference number and a portal number (mind you I had to email to request this).. I was told by ths complaints department someone would call me back and here I am still waiting!! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHEN I WILL GET MY MONEY, you were so quick to take the money yet to give the money back it takes days. I need my R1700!!I'm so glad I choose not to go further wit this application because from the beginning their customer service was terrible!!!

I have been waiting for a refund for delivery (R520) which I did not use the services. I have given all docs asked of me, copy of ID & bank statement on the 30th of Sep 2020. I've been calling the store & speaking to the manager (Solly). He has been so rude & not helpful, telling different stories which do not make sense. I am fed up because he does not call me back instead tells me about Head Office delaying. Please Help.

I was given a settlement amount on june 2020 to pay for 3months i payed what they asked me to pay,its been 2 months nd 15 days since i settled my account but im still receving call that says I still have a remaining amount, Today i spoke to sabelo hadebe who gave me the worst attitude ever i end up hanging l the call because they way he was telling me that i will blacklisted if i don't pay,i tried to explain my story but he was like he doesn't want to help me at all...i really hate the service im experiencing at bradlows, i need answers with my account please....

I have settled my account on the 24/07/2020 at a 20% discount but never received any paid up letter regardless how many times I called to inquire about it and emails I left to customercare and the finance department I still not getting help, It is back and forth. when I call ADRS they sent me to bradlows and bradlows do same. I don't know what to do anymore. I think of escalating the matter to court. Because this is affecting my credit score and no one is taking accountabilities between the two parties, even worse they escalated the matter further to MBD debt collectores for what reason I don't know.

I will never ever buy furniture in Bradlows ever again.

I bought a 3piece Roma bedroom suite at Standerton Bradlows, when it was delivered the doors were slightly hanging down and the headboard had a scratch.I reported it the very same day,and made a follow up for the bedroom to be uplifted for repair .The warehouse uplifted it and when they brought it back it was worse,the headboard had a huge open scratch on the leather and it was patched up with a glue and the side of the mirror cupboard was open in a way that you could see the silver nails from inside.You could see that it was hit against a heavy object but they turned a blind eye when I reported it the very same Day.Mr Bongani at the warehouse says the kids did that scratch and the Delivery people are rude and unprofessional they don't know what is customer service.Bongani from the warehouse phoned me that they will deliver the bedroom on the 11/11/20 but they came and uplifted the bedroom for the second time with no new bedroom.I include the guy at Bradlows in Standerton who made a sale Thane Nkumane he should have been honest with me from the beginning because he has brought a bad image for Bradlows and needs to be trained on how to deal with customers and making sale as a whole I have lost my trust in Bradlows Store.Thanks to the manager Bathabile Mahlangu for updating me and making follow ups.
