Hi Guys
we bought a laptop from incredible - mall of the south on 03.03.2021. we were told that if we register the unit we would get an additioanl 2 years warranty on top of the 1yr. i checked on lenovo website and noticed the laptop had 5 months left. i called incredible connection. they said to call lenovo. i did and emailed them the needed stuff. i again checked yesterday and now 4 months left. i emailed lenovo and they said the below......

Thank you for contacting Lenovo Registration Team.

I am sorry to inform you that we found more than 6 months of difference between your invoice date(2021/3/3)and the machine's manufacturing date hence( 2020/3/28), I am afraid we are unable to update the invoice date. But you may seek help for reseller.

I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

this is not accepatable. either it gets sorted or we want a refund. you guys are selling old stock and we not takingb the knock. if i dont hear from you guys i will go to the national consumer protection act, Ombudsman and even contact carte blanche. the choice is yours

I purchased a new laptop for R18999 on Monday via the online store. It was delivered on Tuesday and when I tried to switch it on the screen did not work and as such I was unable to use the laptop. I called on Tuesday asking for help, and again on Wednesday morning. I was then told to go to a branch which I did. The branch was unable to provide a replacement as the model is online only. The store called head office who then advised that the faulty unit would be collected and replacement provided. Head office then called me and advised that this was not the case. I then asked that someone senior contact me- this was just before 1pm yesterday. After not hearing a thing, I called again this morning at 8am and although the call centre agent was lovely, it is now after 1pm on Thursday and I still not heard anything. I have paid for a working product, which I have not received and no one seems willing to assist me as no one has bothered to make contact with me.

I Bought a brand new Android tv end of January 2021. As i got home the tv were preloaded with a user already on the tv. My Netflux wasnt working also. So i Thought lets try ine more thing. I took my PS 4 and start setting it up. As i put in the HDMI cabble the tv display retreaving data the whole time. I took the tv back and the salesman told me they wil send it in fir repairs. Thas already 3 weeks since niby can tell me whats going on and every salesman i spoke to still calls me back. I have lodge a complain by custemor service no one has phone me back. So i would like to know whats going on or should u start by going to the consumer act guys. Becuase i payed for a brand new tv. Atleast they coukd have give my my money back ir a brand new Tv. I do have all the proof frim the store i bought if from in somerset wes. I have proof that i took it back to Hermanus store were whe bought Also a tv and laptop that were R20000. The names of the sales person and manager. Please give me a call. Brandon.

I kept calling their online consultants and they checked with their supervisors and kept telling me I will still qualify for the voucher...with this in mind I went ahead and purchased the item...however now management is saying that the offer was only until a certain time..and refuse to give me the voucher...

Hi,

The settlement letter in question. Someone contacted me this morning about an outstanding amount and claimed that I have last paid my account from September last year.
I have settled this account - see your settlement letter and have attached the proof of payment from standard bank, please contact me urgently regarding this.

I have considered using incredible connection again but if this is the way you do business I will take my business elsewhere.
I have a spotless credit record and don't take phone calls like that lightly.

Please get back to me ASAP about this.

During December we bought a JVC sound bar. The salesman gave it raving reviews. On the 12th of February it stopped working and on the 14th of February we took it back to the Table Bay mall branch. We got told that it need to go in for assessment and that it will take 3 weeks to assess. Ryan would have phoned us on the Monday, 15 February. He never called. On the 28th of February we went back to the store to hear what was going on and found out that the sound bar was still not sent away, because it didn't have a box. No one phoned to inform us of this. On the 28th of February we spoke to the manager to try and find clarity. She was going to phone on Monday the 1st of March, up until now no phone call, again. We were hesitant of buying from you, but we were willing to give Incredible Connection a chance. Seems like it was a mistake.

Unable to get feedback as to the process from staff at Canal walk branch.
Its been almost 3 months and still nor repaired.

I was at your store in Ilanga Mall, Mbombela. I had a problem with my printer. As I came in, everybody ignored me, even though I was on crutches and struggling. I went to the tech counter. I sat there still being ignored. Eventually I ask if somebody could assist me. I was told that the Tech was on tea and that I had to wait. I sat there for almost an hour. When the Tech came back, he just went into the back. Finally decided to leave. As I went, I wanted to speak to the manager. As I came into his office, it was clear that he was irritated with me. He told me to wait, because he was busy with his computer. That is what is wrong with your business, no wonder people call you Incredible Corruption. I will never buy anything from you again, I will also tell people to buy at any other stores but yours!

I bought a laptop at Incredible connections on the 17-08-2020. After a few months of using the laptop, the screen cracked and I hurriedly returned it for repairs. In arriving the store i was utterly ignored as if they dont see me. After some time the technician showed up and I explained the problem. In reply he told me that the screen has no warranty, and that they will charge me a certain amount of which they themselves aren't sure of. I traveled long distance to arrive at the mall and I'm a 2nd year student. Why don't they inform u when u buy a laptop that screens don't have warranty? What do I do? I'm so broken. I'm studying via Online and dependant on this laptop. Please please help.

I returned a faulty printer for trepairs to the Tygervalley branch on the 11 January 2021. It took three weeks before anyone looked at the machine and when they did it need to be sent for further repairs. Last week the machine eventually was returned and on investigation I found that the machine that was returned not only wasn't mine it did not print properly. I expect that I be refunded as they don't know where the machine is, I have waited long enough and am at the point where I now need to replace the printer. The service at the branch is absolutely terrible. In the store yesterday accustomed stood at the POS area waiting for a cashier and all the staff in the store simply ignored her. There was no customers in the store beside her and myself. I have had to continuously call to follow up on the progress of the repair and when I call it takes forever for the call to be answered. They transfer calls and then th call gets dropped. I've been in the store numerous times and there is never that many customers in the store. Staff are standing around have chats and not servicing the customers in the store. The experience that I have had make some regret doing business with the company. I called the complaints line provided and the automated message clearly says the operating times are until 18:00 yet there is no one to take the call at 17:30 and you must leave a message. I simply want my money refunded for the machine that is now lost. I have also previously logged a complaint on this platform and no one has gotten back to me. I honestly don't know how this company is still operating.

I purchased a JBL boombox on a lay buy option. Paid every month and wanted to collect it today. No stock and discontinued is what they said.

So after paying for 3 months. Incredible connection wants me to take a refund with which I'm not happy with.

How can Incredible connection sell something that they do not have.

I'm going to get some legal advice as I think it is against the credit act.

The branch Manager didn't even get out of his office.

I'm very unhappy.

Were standing at the till to pay for goods at Incredible Connection, Weskus Mall, Vredenburg on Friday 5th of February 2021. The friendly and helpful staffmember who helped us asked Taneca (I assume she's higher in management as he) for the code of a product not on the system. She came back with the wrong item and showed it to him. He, and we, told her it's not the same but she shoved it towards him and with an arrogant attitude and higher tone of voice told him it IS the right product code. I then asked her politely to calm down and that it's not the right product. She gave me a very submissive stare and just continued to humiliate the co-worker. I told her that I don't appreciate it that she talks to co-workers in that tone of voice and thát in front of customers! I kindly told her that if that's her attitude, she can cancel my sale and that I would take my money elsewhere. When I turned around to walk out, I only heard a fáint sorry. To me, not even to her co-worker. Later on I went back and asked her her name, took a photo of her and the co-worker and left. I will NOT be shopping there anymore. Strongs to the co-worker, Cameron. I hope you don't loose your job one day over her. She's not worth it. Wish there were more people like you.
I wrote a review on headoffice's website (for what it matters) and hope that they do something about Taneca's unprofessional attitude. Will stay in touch with them over this - I'm not done yet.

On the 8th of January 2021 I went to incredible connections and SouthGate shopping centre mall to return my Skullcandy method wireless earphones that was still under 1 year warranty one side was faulty today is the 15th of February 2021 more than 21 working days later and I have still not received anything not even a phone call notifying me of any delays they could be facing I have attempted calling them multiple times for the first call I was told that I'll be put through to its condition and no one answered on the other side I tried calling again and I believe that my call might have been rejected.

Manager as well as sales ladies at Mthatha store do not care for clients.
Sales lady answered her personal phone while assisting us then sat on her phone after showing us what we asked for when we asked for the manager, he took his time to assist and instead of helping us, he was rude and raised his voice in the store.
We took our business elsewhere to a place that actually cares about customer satisfaction and customer service.

I requested a quote which was sent to me and upon going to the store to purchase the TV, I am told they don't have it in stock and it is not manufactured anymore.
All I wanted to know was why the lady I spoke to did not tell me this when I asked for the quote and he began pointing and raising his voice.

My order number is 300427665. I ordered an Xbox on 02/02/21. When I checked my order on 05/02/21 is shows that my order picking is still in progress. Does it take 3 working days to take my order from your storage. When I ordered I was told that it would take 2 to 5 days to deliver. If you do not have stock then please put the money back into my account so that I can go elsewhere. I don't get this bad service at Takealot. I'm sure they would appreciate my business.

I have bad experience and poor service from Ensure Services. I bought a Asus X407U laptop from Incredible Connections at Ferndale in Republic, it was slow and I wanted them to fix it for me on the on the 28th December 2020 then i had to collect it on the 31st January 2021 from Incredible Connections. I found scretches on the web cam and a nail on the left side of the laptop next to the keyboard, so I left it at the shop telling them that I didn't give them the laptop in a bad condition but when I collect it is on a clumsy and bad condition. I want a refund or give me a new laptop. I can not believe what I saw.

I bought a ASUS VivoBook laptop on Friday 29 2020 at Garden route Mall George.The assistant told me they had nothing on display for me to test or see but assured me this laptop had all basic funtions needed for school and watching Dvd's....I even went back a few minutes later to purchase Canon PIXMA INK....I just opened everything for the first time.I AM SITTING HERE NOW shocked and very dissapionted...I bought ink ...wasted money .....bought Dvd's ....now what.....I literally feel like crying as I paid alot for this laptop and ink goes at almost R500 a cartridge....Very bad servive....I went back to purchase the ink and the same assistant help me ....what da....money does not grow on trees... people are supposed to be trained and assist correctly that is Why they are there to assist right....i cannot leave this like this ....I want another laptop.Im packing everything back now...school is starting...Ill wait on a response but Im taking this laptop back...exchange or Ill take it further.

I just wanted to inform you about the atrocious service I got at Incredible Connections at Northgate by a lady called Mmapitsi - Firtsly the tv was advertised as R7429.00 but at the counter the sales people said they will give it to me at R6499 but Mmapitsi had already captured the wrong amount and tried to balance the amount by giving me insurance that I did not request!

I wanted to buy it on credit the application process was terrible she was having issues getting emails and her computer was not working properly she was going up and down the place wasting my time. she requested for my 3months banking statement then a couple of days later she asked for the 4th one which really confused me it felt like I was at a circus because there were just too many stupid mistakes done at that place.

I drove to Incredible connections for straight 3 days just to find out how far is my application every time I went there Mmapitsi was absent they said she will be available the next, only on the 3rd day when I started to get annoyed was when the other consultants interested in assisting me I mean it doesn't mean when Mmapitsi is not around everything stops I should've been assisted on the first day but instead they waited for me to get angry first and the other consultant who was helping said Mmapitsi entered the wrong info that is why my application process is taking time and he was also shocked that Mmapitsi requested for 4 months banking statements - One question did Mmapitsi go to training before she got the job because the service I got was unprofessional and very poor if I had to rate her Id give her a -5
